• Familiarization with the basie concepts of the protein biochemistry (structure-function relationships enzyme - function, catalytic and regulatory strategies) and carbohydrates biochemistry (lipids and celi membranes, membranę channels and pumps), as well as basie concepts, regulation and design of metabolism

Course describes the basie classes of the macromolecules: proteins, carbohydrates and lipids and introduces to basie laws of catalytic mechanisms and enzymes functioning.
