Soph/Frosh Yolleyball


Freshmen yolleyball h«is at Iracted many incoming Ireshrnen over the years. This Freshman yolleyball team ac-coinplished many thlngs. Coached by Carol Schddl. the lady Bulldogs had a 16-6 re cord. Through extraordłnary team werk. they beat Sand* burej and this yietory was the most excilmg point ol the sea-son.

Three Irosh played at the soph-yarsity level. They were lanine Carey, Jeanen Weick, and Ai mee Lonigro. Coach Schaal sald the best player was Carrie Ferat; most consistent was Tra-cey Ziemba and most im proved was Tahane Spearman.

The lady Bulldogs earned this great record through their will ingness to play together as a team.

The loss to a gcxxl Sandburg team was a hard blow but the team t(X>k it in stride

Mr. Jacguith coached the team and was the mam lorce in their wirinmg season.

"The coaches are good. They make us practiee until we do it!" said one i nem ber ol the team.
