Sacral Spine Transverse I-Shape
Movie for broad-band (300kbps)
Patient position: neutral standing.
Remove backing from the central
portion of the tape. Apply the central
portion of the tape to the lumbosacral
junction.
Ask the patient to move into trunk
flexion.
Apply severe (75%) available tension
to the middle 3/4 of the Kinesio  I
strip.
Apply the ends of the Kinesio Tex
with no tension.
Completed Kinesio Tex application
