The examiner is a shop assistant.
Try to exchange a jumper you bought yesterday.
You don't have a receipt.
Jumper too small - get a bigger one.
Don't accept any other colour.
Try to get a refund if there is any problem.
You have to solve the problem
You speak first:
Begin: “Could you help me?”
EXAMINER'S ROLE
You are a shop assistant.
The candidate is a customer trying to exchange the jumper.
Ask about the receipt
Ask who served him
Offer bigger size in different colour, as you don't have it in the required colour
Don't agree to give refund - not possible without receipt.
Suggest exchange for something else.
The candidate speaks first, saying: "Could you help me?”
When you wish to finish, say: “Ok! I hope you will visit us again”
