Deleted extra Rapid from Approach.
Moved callout of CSSOn for FirstOp and NewTool.
Changed format of output from 0. to 0 for a zero output.
Due to a recent visit to the Twilite Zone,
I had to start with a fresh Form (I used L001) to get this to work.
Colon block must imediatly follow a program stop.
Moved ProgStop to a line by itself after DoOpComments in same tool.
