PRIMARY DRIVE GEAR REASSEMBLY

♦    Reassemble the clutch release camshaft. (£7¹7-9)

♦    Reassemble the stator and magneto rotor. (£7"l3-6)

♦    Install the washer and primary drive gear.

NOTĘ:

The washer is directionai. Assemble the washer ® as shown in the Hlustration.

♦    Hołd the magneto rotor with the special tool and tighten the primary drive gear bolt to the specified torque.

n Primary drive gear bolt: 70 N m (7.0 kgf-m, 50.5 Ib-ft)

   Reassemble the gearshift linkage. (£7¹9-5)

♦    Reassemble the kick idle gear and kick starjter ąhąft (ę7"8-4)

*    Reassemble the exhaust valve govemóh (Ci^6V14) .

•    Reassemble the clutch and cluteh cover: (ę^7-5;,f; 8-5)

*    Reassemble the piston, cylinderąnd cylind^r head.

(CT6-9, to, 12)    "

*    Reassemble the intąke.pipe and ręed valve. (£7M1-7)

*    Reassemble the engine sprócket.

♦    Remount the engine. (tfc^-5-8)

*    Reassemble the kick starter lever. (C7'8-5)

♦    Reassemble the gearshift lever. (£79-6)

♦    Pourtransmission oil and coolant. (£72-9, 10)
