remove 15 mm of the covering around the cut- out opening and remove all adhesive materiał 3tuck to the roof on this surface.

Apply an anti-rust produot to the cut-out section.

fT“ 0pen the sunrooT and turn it. over on a clean, protected surface to prevent scratching the frame and glass.

Apply a bead of mastic approximately 6 mm wide around the entire edge of the frame, approxiraately *ł mm away from the outer edge.

dr Place the frame ±n the opening in the ve»ilcle roof, with the handle facing backwards. Offer up the olamping frame inside the vehiole and fasten the screws slightly.

Tighten the centre screws iri the front and rear sides then tighten the other screws alternately, starting from the centre screws and working outwarda.

H) Pi,t the finishing ring on the clamping frame and press the elips into the holea provided.

I) Open the glass panel and position the handle cover. Tighten the two retaining acrews.

Cloae the sunroof and check that it is fitted evenly. Remove the exeess amount of seal.

Clean the edge of the frame and oerform the sealins tests.
