EXERCISE.


Sit on a ohair body upright» left hand gripping the back ot ohair, and the right hand the seat for support, the legs extended and together. heels touohing floor lightly.

MOVEMENT.

(1)    Draw up both knees to the ohest, bending slightly forward, exhaling.

(2)    Stretch the legs to the ready position ag&in, inhaling.

This completes the exercise onoe.

Musoles ohiefly brought into play:-Hectus abdominis (7), Quadrioeps Extenaor (11).

Perform this exeroise daily.
