7.    The transfer of copyright to the Work comes together with the right of ownership to the subject of the Work - corpus mechanicum.

8.    Executor consents to the handling and use of subsidiary rights to the Work by HP GBC, and in particularthe editing and execution of any changes and modifications.

9.    HP GBC has the right to use and disseminate the Work as well as any edits to it without indicating the name and last name of the Executor.

10.    HP GBC is authorized to sell the rights acquired under this agreement or allow a third party to use the authorization obtained.

§4

Executor shall also agree to the use of the works as the object of industrial property under the Act of 30.06.2000 on Industrial Property Law (Dz.U. z 2003r. Nr 119, poz. 1117 z późn. zm.)

§5

1.    Any changes to this contract must be in writing to be valid.

2.    In matters not governed by the provisions of the Agreement, the Civil Codę, acts regarding copyright and related rights, and acts on industrial property rights will apply.

3.    Settlement of any futurę disputes between the parties will be undertaken in the competent court in the location ofthe registered Office of HP GBC.

4.    The Contract is drawn up in two identical copies, one for each party.
