Copenhagen, June 26, 1933. Your Excellency,

On instructions from His Majesty’s Principal Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, I have the honour to notify to Your Excellency in accordance with Article *5(^a) °f the Convention regarding legał proceedings in civil and commercial matters, which was signed at London on November 29th, 1932, the extension of the operation of that Convention to Northern Ireland.

The authority in Northern Ireland to whom reąuests for service or for taking of evidence should be transmitted is the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland and the language to be used in Communications and translations is English.

In accordance with Article 15 (b) of the Convention, the extension no w notified will come into force one month from the datę of this notę, that is to say, on the 2Óth July next.

J'ai Phonneur, d'ordre du principal secretaire d'Etat de Sa Majeste pour les Affaires etran-g£res, de porter a votre connaissance, confor-mement a Particie 15 a) de la Convention relative aux actes de procedurę en matiere civile et commerciale, signee a Londres, le 29 novembre 1932, que les effets de cette convention sont etendus a lTrlande du Nord.

L^łautorite a laąuelle les demandes de signi-fication et les commissions rogatoires doivent etre transmises en Irlande du Nord est le Registrar of the Supreme Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland, et la langue a utiliser pour les Communications et les traductions est Tanglais.

Conformement a Particie 15 b) de la conven-tion, Pextension notifiee par la presente notę entrera en vigueur un mois apres la datę de ladite notę, c'est-a-dire ]e 26 juillet prochain.
