Muzykoterapia ze względu na obserwowaną wysoką skuteczność w rehabilitacji osób niepełnosprawnych budzi w nauce coraz większe zainteresowanie. Obecnie panuje powszechna zgoda co do tego, że muzyka pełni integralną rolę w stymulacji i rozwoju dzieci. W prezentowanych badaniach wskazano na możliwości wykorzystania muzykoterapii w rewalidacji dzieci z niepełnosprawnością wzrokową, zwłaszcza w sferze ich rozwoju fizyczno-motorycznego, emocjonalno-społecznego oraz poznawczego. Celem badań było przybliżenie technik i form zajęć muzykoterapeutycznych prowadzonych w Ośrodku Szkolno-Wychowawczym w Laskach. Badania zrealizowano z wykorzystaniem metody obserwacji zajęć muzycznych i muzykoterapeutycznych, wywiadu z tyflomuzykoterapeutami oraz analizy dokumentów wewnętrznych OSW, tj. dzienników i scenariuszy zajęć. Niniejsze badania pozwalają stwierdzić, że zajęcia muzyczne w dużym stopniu oddziałują na rozwój fizyczno-motoryczny, społeczno-emocjonalny oraz poznawczy dzieci niewidomych. Trwałe rezultaty uczestnictwa w terapii widoczne są po latach.

Because of the observed high effectiveness in the rehabilitation of people with disabilities, musie therapy is attracting morę and morę interest among scientists. Currently, there is generał agreement that musie plays an integral role in the stimulation and development of children. The research presented in the article pointed to the possibilities of using musie therapy in the rehabilitation of children with visual impairments, especially in the area of their physical and motor development, their socio-emotional development and their cognitive development. The research aimed to outline the techniąues and forms of musie therapy activities conducted in the Special Education Center in Laski. The research was carried out by observing musical and musie therapy activities, by interviewing musie therapists of the blind, and by analyzing the Center’s intemal documents such as registers and lesson plans. This research proves that musical activities significantly influence the physical and motor development of blind children, their socio-emotional development and their cognitive development.
