MARRIAGE AND SEX

The American family is in trouble. America will pay, and pay dearly, for this

great sin of which she is guilty. Divorce, adultery and rebellion have grown like an
ugly weed throughout the country. Here, as in many other areas, the statement,

"Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap,"

(Gal. 6:7). Too long have as a

nation wink at these great sins. Too long have the ministers of the Gospel refused to
preach against these great sins, and to remarry those who were divorced, and whose
former companions were still living. Too long have we failed to preach that divorce
and remarriage while the former companion is living constitutes adultery, and that

adulterers shall not inherit the kingdom of God. (Mk. 10:11,12; Gal. 5:19-21).

Jesus said,

“But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving

for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall
marry her that is divorced committeth adultery,” (Matt 5:32).

Do not divorce your wife except for adultery. You commit adultery by marrying

a divorced woman). The apostle John said “if you commit sin, you are the servant of
sin,” (Jn. 8:34). The Bible tells us to

“Mortify your members; put off all these sins,”

(Col. 3:5,8).

Too long have we taken too lightly our marriage vows wherein we solemnly and

openly before God and in the presence of witnesses promised "to have and to hold,
from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in health and in
sickness, to love and to cherish, till death do us part." It is easy for us to criticize world
rulers who when an when an advantage is to be gained disregard their treaty
obligations and speak of treaties as scraps of paper, but I am not sure but what our
guilt before the Lord is equally great if we can lightly break our marriage vows.

The Bible says,

“keep thyself pure from sins,” (I Tim. 5:22). Also see, “Flee

youthful lusts; lovers of pleasure more than God; lead captive silly women with divers
lusts.”

Demons work to break marriages. They will use both the husband and the wife

through the spirit of lust. Lust seeks its own gratification. The pardoner will feel used,
degraded or repulsed at having sexual contact with the spouse. Lust is not love. The
wife knows when she is not being loved. Sex is actually a sacred gift from God and
should be treated as precious with respect. Due to wide spread pornographic material,
many men force their wives into oral, anal and other sexual perversions, often leading
the wife into deviate sex. However, in our day due to powerful sexual brainwashing
by our schools, televisions, radio and media, women have, in many instances, become
willing slaves to sexual demons.

When an objective observer takes a long, hard look at the religious scene in the

United States in the twentieth-first century, they are met with a truly depressing sight.
Confusion abounds; something is desperately wrong.

There are a number of reasons why this tragic spiritual condition exists in our

nation. Particularly over the last half century many Christians, as individuals and as
a nation, have developed a strong aversion to reality and common sense. Having
abandoned the habit of thinking and reasoning for ourselves of planning ahead,
making long-term decisions for which they are personally responsible, have
unfortunately, turned into a nation of mindless sheep, a nation obsessed with
trivialities. In mental and spiritual shallowness, many have developed an obsessive
desire to escape, through fantasy, the harsh realities of the world around us. They don't
want to take personal responsibility for their own lives and the decisions that they
make. They just want to be amused and entertained, and without any real conscious
effort on their own part and be made to "feel good" and hope everything turn out well

in the end. Things may work out "happily ever after" in fairy tales, but very seldom in
real life!

Purity is very important to God. Evil actions will attract demons to destroy your

life. God does give us a road map to His freedom. The innumerable sex and other
scandals (Bakker, Swaggert, Tilton, Popov, et. al.) that have sprung from such
religious activities bear mute testimony to the fact that, although they may outwardly
appear to talk the talk but they most certainly don't walk the walk. As the Lord Jesus
Christ stated so clearly:

"Wherefore by their fruits shall you know them"

(Matt. 7:20).

We have had a dozen of preachers in our area that were caught picking up prostitutes,
homosexuals and molesting women and children.

They are "blind leaders of the blind -- individuals who have no true godliness and

even less character.

“And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch"

(Matt. 15:14). Hence their condemnation by Jesus. Spiritual leaders minus Jesus and
His Word as the center of their lives fit into the following scriptures.

"His watchmen

are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping,
lying down, loving to slumber. Yes, they are greedy dogs which can never have
enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way,
everyone for his gain . . . "

(Isa. 56:10-11).

"Many will say to me in that day, Lord,

Lord, have we not prophesied in your name? and in your name have cast out devils?
and in your name done many wonderful works.”

Jesus warns,

“Then will I profess unto them, I never knew you; depart from me,

you that work iniquity,"

(Matt. 7:21-23).

Notice carefully what Jesus said. Outwardly, these people appear to be deeply

spiritual. They use what appear to many to be all the right words; they go through what
appears too many to be all the right religious routines. But, despite what other
religious people around them might have thought, they were, in fact, workers of
iniquity.

But how could this possibly be? Jesus answers:

"Why call you me, Lord, Lord,

and do not the things which I say?"

(LK. 6:46). The religious people were talking the

talk, but they weren't walking the walk!

“And if it seems evil unto you to serve the

LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers
served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose
land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD,”

(Jos. 24:15).

"ITCHING EARS"

Now, notice carefully a couple of massive problems that the Apostle Paul, under

the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, said would characterize the religious scene at the end
time. He admonished true pastors to,

"Preach the word; be instant in season, out of

season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine."

Why was he so concerned?

"For the time will come when they will not endure

sound doctrine; but after their own lusts they shall heap to themselves teachers having
itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned
unto fables,"

(II Tim. 4).

As you can see, it is the people that choose their teachers. It seems that in our

time many want to go to church, but keep their sin life in tack. They want to smoke
their cigarettes, have their alcohol, commit fornication and adultery and live in their
emotions and the flesh. They seek teachers that will not preach against their sin life.
Christians’ lives are falling apart.

HUMAN RELATIONSHIP

The institution of marriage is in trouble in the secular world and in the church.

There are just as many divorces in Christian homes as we find in the world. Satan
hates marriage because it was one of God’s first institutions that He created. I was
meant to be the foundation of civilization. A strong Christian marriage that follows
God’s Word, makes a man complete and a woman secure and happy.

Marriage is trouble because Satan has targeted it for destruction. Witches’ and

wizards fast and pray against it. Two powerful principalities are working against
marriages,

Asmodeus and Osmodeus

. These two spirits cause divorces, and sexual

perverse activities. Our People must be taught and delivered and then they must
commit themselves totally to God.

Christians are going to give an account for their actions in their marriages. It has

always been considered a holy institution by the Christian Church. Christians can
evangelize the world, but if they are neglecting their family in the process then, at least
personally, their work is for naught. Evangelization and love for your fellow-creature
starts at home. The family should be the center of Christian life. No other institution
(including the church) or activity should get in the way of family life.

RELATIONSHIP BUILDING

A family will not work if it does not follow the biblical design set forth in (Eph.

5:21-23). True family functions from a hierarchical design. (Eph. 5:22-25), states:

"Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband
is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the Savior
of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their
own husbands in everything, husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the
church, and gave himself for it,”

The principles set forth here are clear. The male is to act as the leader of the

family. The wife submits to this leadership, not out of fear of her husband or because
she is inferior to him. but out of her respect for Christ. This biblical is the woman’s
spiritual gift to her husband. His gift to her is his respect and love.

REBELLION VERSUS SUBMISSION

We live in a rebellious generation of individuals who feel it is their right to sit in

judgment of those in authority over them. Christians are no exception. Church
members critique the choir and criticize the sermon. We would be far better off if we
entered into worship instead of critiquing it and allowed the sermon to judge us
instead of criticizing it.

Rebelling against God leads to nothing but trouble, as our commanding general,

the Lord says, "Get into ranks and follow me. I will not lead you into temptation, and
I will deliver you from evil." But we sometimes say, "No, I don't want to follow
today." So we fall out of ranks, do our own thing, open demonic spiritual doors and
get shot by Satan’s fiery darts. Then we blame God for not protecting us.

People are also tempted to rebel against human authority. They have two biblical

responsibilities in regard to authority figures: pray for them and submit to them. The
only time God permits us to disobey earthly leaders is when they require us to do
something morally wrong before God.

Study the following passages of Scripture to further understand our response to

authority: civil government (Rom. 13:15; 1 Tim. 2: -4; 1 Pet 2:13-16); parents (Eph.
6:1-3); husbands (1 Pet. 3:1,2), employers (1 Pet. 2:18-21); church leaders (Hebr.
13:17).

"Submission," then, does not mean enslavement. It is the "yielded, intelligent,

humble obedience to an ordained authority. Christ is the ultimate example of
submission. Throughout His time on earth, He submitted Himself to the will of the
Father."

Being submissive to human authority demonstrates faith. As you submit to God's

line of authority, you are choosing to believe that God will protect you and bless, and
that all will go well with you. Ask God to forgive you for those times you have not
been submissive, and declare your trust in God to work through His established lines
of authority. After you have confessed any willful rebellion to God, pray the following
prayer aloud:

Dear heavenly Father, You have said that rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft and

insubordination is as iniquity and idolatry (1 Sam. 15:23). I know that in action and
attitude I have sinned against You with a rebellious heart. I ask Your forgiveness for
my rebellion and pray that by the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ will take back
all ground taken against me by evil spirits because of my rebelliousness. I pray that
You will shed light on all my ways that I may know the full extent of my
rebelliousness and choose to adopt a submissive spirit and a servant’s heart. In the
name of Christ Jesus my Lord. Amen.

Modern men have been turned feminist, and modern women have been turn

miscellanist. Sexual roles have been reversed and confused. This, as George Gilder
notes, will result in what he terms "sexual suicide."

Men must become men again and regain their leadership role in the family. The

effective father is a leader, a role model. If we are to have leaders for tomorrow, then
the fathers of today must be leaders in the family classroom. The modern lamentations
concerning the loss of leaders in this country can be traced back to a breakdown in
leadership as taught in the family.

The wife plays a very important part in supporting the leadership role of the

husband. This is strategic because one of mans’ greatest needs is for respect. The way
a man can be hurt the most is by being rejected publicly or privately by his wife. This,
is part of the loving submission process. If the wife refuses to submit to her husband,
their children probably will also refuse. In addition to the husband being the leader

of the family, he is also to be a compassionate lover of his wife. (Eph. 5:25), is very
clear:

"Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave

himself for it.”

How does Christ love the church? With a sacrificial, giving, compassionate love.

A husband's love for his wife should be similar. This places the wife in a high estate.
Thus, we see the practice, for example, of men opening doors for women. Such acts
have roots in Christianity and, more specifically (Eph. 5).

MARRIAGE BREAKING SPIRITS

Bern Zumpano, M.D. Bible Teacher, says Perhaps no other area in the life of

a believer where he/she is more vulnerable to spiritual attack than the area of his or her
sexuality. Sex and sexual feelings are God-given for the purpose of express coven
relationship between a husband and wife and the Lord Jesus Christ. The doctrine of
Christ as it appears in the scripture dictates that our bodies are members of Christ, (I
Cor. 6:15) and are not for immorality, but for Him, (I Cor. 6:12). Our body is the
temple of the Holy Spirit in which He dwells, (I Cor. 3:15), honoring God, (I Cor.
6:19).

DEMONS IN THE SPIRITUAL WORLD

“And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the

water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared. 13
And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out
of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 14 For they are
the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and
of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty,”

(Rev 16:12-14).

“For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and

delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment,”

(2 Pet. 2:4).

MARRIAGE BREAKING SPIRITS

Asmodeus and Osmodeus — Marriage breaking demons (Divorce) and cause

rejection of sexual genders causing lesbian and homosexuality to occur.

Asmodeus and Osmodeus are also mythical spirits with characteristic such as –

overpowering tendencies to rage, lust, impetuousness, impurity and psychic
activities.

Asmodeus and Osmodeus Spirits

Asmodeus- Osmodeus are ruling spirits that are warring against all marriages.

These spirits also are keeping many from getting married.

RULER SPIRIT

Asmodeus rules in sexual matters. He is sometimes referred to as "the genius

of matrimonial discord and jealousy." Because he has remained a relatively
unknown spirit, he has masqueraded in many forms, deceiving scores of people and
taking them captive. He says, "If you will serve me, you will never want for anything.
I will take care of all your needs and you will never need a husband." It sounded very
good, almost like the Lord speaking, but it was a wrong (demonic) spirit. Once you
open to receive this so called mythical spirits characteristics to cause overpowering
tendencies to rage, lust, impurity, impetuousness, and psychic activities.

Eerdmans Bible Dictionary states that in rabbinic literature he is called the "king

of the demons,” and is sometimes equated with Abaddon, Apollyon and Beelzebub.
He is known as the "angel of the bottomless pit.” And in the last days this spirit will
take on the form of locusts and will torture those human beings who do not bear the
"SEAL OF GOD"

ASMODEUS HAS MANY CHARACTERISTICS

Marriage Breaking Spirits Abaddon, Apollyon and Beelzebub.

homosexuality to occur. Characteristics such as – overpowering tendencies to rage,
lust, impetuousness, impurity and psychic activities.

Asmodeus is warring against all marriages and is also keeping many from getting

married. He is "king of the demons,” and is sometimes equated with Abaddon,
Apollyon and Beelzebub. He is known as the "angel of the bottomless pit.” And in
the last days this spirit will take on the form of locusts.

Researchers have pointed out that Asmodeus has many characteristics -- some

that even sound beneficial. On the one hand he is jealous, filled with rage, lustful and
given to extreme excesses. On the other, he loves to have a good time, is sympathetic

and is very religious.

Early church history points him out as the one that desired to possess young

women in Christian service, to make them lustful and to destroy them and their work
. . . He is connected to A Jezebel.

It has been said that this spirit drove Solomon to all of his excesses. In his last

years he missed the mark, allowing himself to open up to wrong spirits. That example
alone should prove that none of us are above falling or missing it, even after years of
Christian service or ministry. The Scripture tells us that the "devil goes about like a
roaring lion seeking whom he may devour." It is necessary for us to be on guard at all
times against the devil's tactics.

MYTHICAL WRITINGS

In mythical writings Asmodeus is the one who killed the husbands of a young

woman named Sara. The first time she was to be married her husband died on their
wedding night. Seven times in all she got married and in each case her husband died
on their wedding night. The reason was that Asmodeus wanted this woman all to
himself.

ASMODEUS - OSMODEUS Lustful spirits

Asmodeus is also a lustful spirit he will motivate a marriage partner to be

unfaithful, thus bringing in an adulterous spirit. Many marriages have been destroyed
because of adultery, extreme jealousy, rage and physical abuse. Remember that men
as well as women can be affected by Asmodeus.

ASMODEUS - OSMODEUS Lying Spirits

A lie that Asmodeus tells single people is that they should stay single. The

Scripture DOES tell us (Matt. 19:12) that there are those who are definitely called to
be single, but it is the exception rather than the rule. Many young people have labored
intensely over the issue of whether or not they should get married. I believe it is safe
to assume that unless God definitely shows them otherwise (and He will if it is His
will) it is His plan for them to be married, provided it is to the right individual.

ASMODEUS - OSMODEUS religious spirits

Asmodeus is the same demon that tells people they should get a divorce so they

can better serve the Lord. In fact, somebody actually prophesied that to a minister. The
word sounded "good" to the man because his wife was not a Christian. Within days,
however, she got saved and he realized that a deceiving spirit had been speaking to
him.

SPIRITS CONNECTED TO ASMODEUS - OSMODEUS

Apollyon and Abaddon

<

"Over them as king they have the angel of the Abyss (of the bottomless pit).
In Hebrew his name is Abaddon [destruction], but in Greek he is called

Apollyon [destroyer],” (Rev. 9:11).

Abaddon (Job 31:12).

"For [uncontrolled passion] is a fire which consumes to Abaddon (to
destruction, ruin, and the place of final torment): [that fire once lighted would
rage until all is consumed] and would burn to the root all my [life's]
increase." And in (Prov. 27:20), sheol (the place of the dead) and Abaddon
(the place of destruction) are never satisfied; so [the lust of] the eyes of man
is never satisfied." In (Prov. 30:16). "Sheol (the place of the dead), the barren
womb, the earth that is not satisfied with water, and the fire that says not, It
is enough."

Also in (Hab. 2:5)

. "Moreover, wine and wealth are treacherous; the proud

man [the Chaldean invader] is restless and cannot stay at home. His appetite
is large like that of Sheol and [his greed] is like death and cannot be satisfied;
he gathers to himself all nations and collects all people as if he owned them."

Beelzebub Mark 3:22

"And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem said, He is possessed by
Beelzebub, and By [the help of] the prince of demons. He is casting out
demons."

The ploy of Satan has been to destroy every Christian. Satan is being exposed and

his ruler demons finally being named so that victory for God's people can be realized!

No matter how much you pray you cannot be set free (unless it comes as a

Miracle). You must cast OUT Asmodeus, and Osmodeus plus the connecting demons
according to (Mk. 16:17). JESUS came to destroy the works of the devil and
DELIVERANCE (casting OUT demons) is the only way to be set free from these
marriage breaking spirits.

ONE IN BODY, SPIRIT AND MIND

When a husband and wife come together in sexual unity, they become one in the

body, spirit and mind. This is why sex is such a powerful act. So it is that when a
person commits a sexual act outside of the bonds of marriage, that person becomes one
in the spirit, body and mind with their partner. Every person that has had sex with a
partner meets the problem of commingling spirits of every single sex act! This will
cause transference of demons between the couple. Just as the person transfers germs,
they will also transfer demons.

We know that generational curses can come down family lines. Think about this,

if a couple decide to have sex outside of marriage, all the demons in both partners and
the family lines, as far back as four to ten generations will come into this sinful act,
body, soul, and spirit--- and demonic infiltration will occur! The Bible shows that the
Believer is protected through the bonds of marriage from demonic transfers. Look at
(1 Cor. 7:14).

“For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the

unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but
now are they holy.”

What About Infidelity

ADULTERY ABUSE

It is ironic that some do not have time for building their marriage relationships

seem to have plenty of time for sex outside marriage — that is what we must conclude
from the reports of marital infidelity in our country. Couples make a vow of fidelity
at the altar, and many would agree with the Bible's clear statements that adultery is sin
(Exo. 20:14; Matt. 5:27,28). However infidelity today is soaring to unprecedented
heights

A recent national survey discovered that nearly 31 percent of all married

Americans have had or are now having an affair. Almost two-thirds of these people
don't think there is anything wrong with their actions. Other studies indicate that 50

to 65 percent of all married men and 45 to 55 percent of all married women have had
at least one extramarital experience by the time they reach age forty

Psychologist Henry Vikler wrote a book on infidelity and concluded that- this can

be one of the most painful and devastating experiences that a married person can ever
encounter. It destroys trust and fuels the fires of both doubt and fear. Often it leaves
the perpetrator feeling guilty and the victim feeling like a failure who was forsaken for
another sexual partner. Infidelity frequently leaves lasting memories and deep
insecurities in the minds of those who are affected.

It is tragic that infidelity and a lifestyle of casual sex are glorified in television

and other media. This philosophy tells men and women that they do not have to be
committed to a marriage partner or to their children, but that they should be free to
express their sexual urges whenever there is an opportunity.

Sexual promiscuity has become the lifestyle of America, this cult of sensualism

is more than a revolution of dirty magazines and sexually explicit motion pictures.
Infidelity and marital Infidelity represent a pervasive lifestyle that always corrupts the
family. Men and women who indulge in such practices knowingly sacrifice their own
families to gratify their sexual desire.

This kind of lifestyle also leads to the destruction of careers, inner peace, and

sometimes even lives. "The biggest mistake I ever made in my life was to leave your
mother for another women," a middle-age father recently wrote to his teenage son.

The man who wrote this note took his own life after his relationship and his

career had fallen apart. The abusive person uses violence (or the threat of violence) to
gain control. Abuse occurs in the households of both married can cohabiting couples,
and it tends to take on three forms:

Physical abuse, sexual abuse, and psychological abuse (involving actions such

as rejection, constant verbal criticism, demeaning comments, or even ignoring one's

mate completely).

ABUSE CONTINUED

One study estimated that approximately 3:5 million women and 250,000 men in

the United States have been battered by a spouse or intimate partner.' According to
other research, 25 to 30 percent of all American women are beaten at least once in the
course of intimate relationships.

FBI reports indicate that 30 percent of the women who were murdered in this

country during one recent year were killed by their husbands or boyfriends./ These
figures cannot begin to convey the terror, physical and emotional pain, and shattered
self-esteem that accompanies abusive behavior.

Most experts agree that some violence is related to the stress that modern families

encounter. Men who batter often tend to bury their feelings of anxiety, fear, or
frustration until they lose control and explode in anger. Often these men don't know
how to manage anger, how to cope with pressure, or how to deal with the economic
diffculties of life.

Many abusive people have a low self-esteem. They have never had good male

role models, they feel personally incompetent, and they are inclined to assert their
masculinity by being tough and dominant. Sometimes fueled by alcohol or triggered
by intense frustration, they become violent and attack their own spouses or children.

Even Christian men can fall into the same patterns, and some come to the false

conclusion that the Bible gives them permission to be dictators in their families. But
the Bible teaches that husbands are to love their wives "Just as Christ also loved the
church and gave Himself for it" (Eph. 5:25). Is Jesus Christ a dictator? No!

HUSBAND AS PROVIDER

A husband and a father is also to be a provider for his family. He is to take care

of their physical needs by workng and earning an income to help meet those needs.
Then he is to protect them, not only from physical harm but from spiritual harm as
well.

place in society. Sometimes we do not like what the feminist movement says,
especially when we see radical feminists seeking to destroy the family. But we agree
that many women are abused and treated unfairly, and that is not right. Most men

believe that women should have greater access to better jobs and that they shouldn't
have to face "invisible ceilings" in so many work places. Women do have concerns
that need to be addressed and inequities that need to be corrected.

Where does all of this leave men? As one leader in the new men's movement has

written, we men have begun to realize that women are not the only gender with
problems of identity. We men have problems too. We don't know what it means to be
a easy to react in anger; but abuse is never appropriate. A clear understanding of the
God-ordained roles and relationships is needed.

A NEW FAMILY COVENANT

Bible students know that in the Old Testament, God made a number of covenants

with his people. These binding promises were best illustrated by the Ten
Commandments and the Mosaic law that God gave for his people to follow. The Bible
often refers to the original, covenant, the Old Covenant, as God's original promise to
be the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and of all those who came after them, (Heb.
8:7).

In the New Testament we learn of a New Covenant, one that is built on the old but

that is better (Heb. 8:8). Because Christ, God's son, came to earth to pay for our sins
with his death on the cross, we no longer have to struggle to keep the old law. Instead
we can put our faith in Jesus Christ, ask him to save us, to cleanse and forgive us from
our sin, and to make us new creations.

God always hears this prayer. He always answers, and He always sends His own

Holy Spirit to live in us and guide us when we come humbly and honestly to him. If
you have never prayed this prayer, I urge you to do so. Ask Jesus Christ to live in your
heart, to show you how you should live, and to renew you for the challenges He has
prepared in advance for you to undertake. He loves you so much, and He knew before
you were born that you would come to this moment of decision. Please say yes to
Him.

Now make a Christian covenant with your spouse and children. I hereby promise

to the best of my ability to live as a holy person in my marriage. I believe that God
brought you, my mate, to me. I praise him for this. I will live with you, in love and
respect from this day forward, doing as the Bible says to the best of my ability. I ask
Father to help me to grow daily in our marriage. We together will give our beloved
children a Christian home. In the name of Jesus, our beloved Lord.

ADULTERY

The Bible declares,

"And I find more bitter than death the woman, whose heart

is snares and nets, and her hands as bands: whoso pleaseth God shall escape from her;
but the sinner shall be taken by her,"

(Eccl. 7:26).

What a graphic picture is presented here of the adulterous woman! Her "hands as

bands" are compared to "chains." In her warm and fond embrace, she entangles or
wraps her victim's emotions and affections in "chains of darkness." She entices him
with the bait of pleasure and leads him down the path to Hell. Nothing is more ruinous
and dangerous to a man's soul than her subtlety and enticements. The only way to
escape her "chains," "snares," "nets," and cunning, emotional game is to walk holy,
blamelessly, and soberly in this present evil world - while keeping the body and its
passions and affections under the absolute control of the Word of God.

As we stated above, the transferences of demons come through “open doorways

of sin.” When a person commits adultery, it is not a secret sin that stays behind closed
doors. It is a sin against your family. You will pollute your holy vows to your wife or
husband, and you will gather hordes of demons to begin their journey down the family
lines of your children.

Look at the promises of God in (Deut. 5:9-10),

“Thou shalt not bow down thyself

unto them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the
iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them
that hate me, 10 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me and keep
my commandments.”

Then look at what the Bible says when a bastard child is produced. God says,

(Deut. 23:2),

“A bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to

his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD.”

How many are living outside the Church of Jesus Christ because the curses of

generation lines were not broken over families?

FORNICATION

Former U.S. Surgeon General, Dr. C. Everett Koop, declared pornography a

“crushing public health problem . . . a clear and present danger . . . blatantly anti-
human . . . We must oppose it as we oppose all violence and prejudice.”

So many people are abiding in loose sexual desires. They no longer understand

the consequences of the results of their behavior. Jesus said, “Flee fornication.” He
knew the spiritual rule that when a man and woman has sexual contact, they become
one in the body, mind and spirit.

We have all heard about generation curses that will come down family lines. As

a deliverance minister, I can say, that family demons that are in each person’s family
line will transfer into the fornicators. This transference could mean that millions of
demons could be transferred by sexual contact. This would affect the person’s body,
mind and spirit. Confession, repentance and renunciation will set the captive free!
When this minister has led people to repent from all their former sexual contacts,
deliverance immediately happens and the person’s countenance is remarkable. They
are suddenly set free from bondages that they did not know they had been entangled

“Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not

to touch a woman,”

(1 Cor. 7:1-5)

, “Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote

unto me,

(Verse 1-5).

The equivalent of our modern formula, “Regarding your letter.”

It is possible that Paul had been asked to approve celibacy as a duty for all. He grants
the state is good. Marriage, however, is a duty for those to whom the evil society and
habits of the day might prove too much. This is not a low view of marriage; it is an
honest facing of the facts in order to avoid fornication. Literally, fornications, the
plural referring perhaps to the many cases at Corinth,”

(cf. 1 Cor. 6:12-20: 3-5).

“Genuine marriage, however, is a partnership, a union of two people who become
"one flesh," (6:16), and involves mutual obligations, conjugal rights.”

(1 Cor. 6:12;

If you had sex before marriage, you set a pattern for your children to commit

fornication. Like father, like son, like mother, like daughter. The sins that the parents
commit will tend to be repeated by the children and their descendants.

POWERFUL ACCESS FOR DEMONIC CONTROL

There are very important reasons that both Jesus and Paul advised people

to “flee fornication.” We know that fornication is considered sin. We acknowledge
that God invented sex and made it beautiful to complete man and woman as
husband and wife. He created it to carry on its function as both pleasures for the
marriage bed but also to procreate children. The family was God’s first institution and
that is why Satan hates the family unit. Satan is a polluter and reverser of the holy
laws of God.

When a husband and wife come together in sexual unity, they become one

in the body, spirit and mind. This is why sex is such a powerful act. So it is that
when a person commits a sexual act outside of the bonds of marriage, that person
becomes one in the spirit, body and mind with their partner. Every person that has
had sex with a partner meets the problem of commingling spirits of every single sex
act!

We know that generational curses can come down family lines. Think about

this, if a couple decide to have sex outside of marriage, all the demons in both partners
and the family lines, as far back as four to ten generations will come into this sinful
act, body, soul, and spirit--- and demonic possession will occur!.

Whenever, we take people through deliverance, we always lead them to

renounce the sin of fornication and adultery. They must repent and ask the Father for
forgiveness. We tell them to close their eyes and see the names of the ones that they
have trespassed in fornication. Then we lead them to forgive these people and also
forgive themselves. We call the sexual devils out, perversions, oral sex, etc. We
break the family line curses and devils that came in from these various partners ten
generations back. We cut the soul ties because a piece of the person’s mind goes with

and renounce the sin of fornication and adultery.

rejection, control, bitterness, accusation, criticism, cruelty, faultfinding, hurt, wounded
spirit

You can’t believe the freedom that a person will receive from sexual

transgressions after deliverance. It is wonderful.

ASMODEUS AND OSMO DEUS

"Keeping mercy and loving kindness for thousands, forgiving iniquity and

transgression and sin, but Who will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity
of the fathers upon the children and the children's children, to the third and fourth
generation," (Ex. 34:7).

Succubus--- INCUBUS DEMONS

These are sex demons that attack at night. They are directed by Asomodeus and

Osmodeus spirits. The author has ministered to many people who have experienced
these demons attacking them while they are sleeping.

The respected Jewish scholar, Gershom Scholem, provides this education on

demons according to the Talmud and the transition of Talmudic demonology to the
Zohar: "According to Talmudic tradition, demons are spirits made in the Friday
evening twilight, who, because the Sabbath has intervened, have received no bodies.
From this later authorities drew the inference (which is perhaps implicit in the
Talmudic sources) that the demons have been looking for bodies ever since, and that
this is why they attach themselves to men. This entered into a combination with
another idea. After the murder of Abel by his brother, Adam decided to have no
further dealings with his wife. Thereupon female demons, succubi, came to him and
conceived by him; from this union, in which Adam's generative power was misused
and misdirected, stems a variety of demons, who are called nig'e bn Adam, 'Spirits of
harm that comes from man.'…practices are systematized in the Zohar, which develops
the myth that Lilith, Queen of the demons, or the demons of her retinue, does their
best to provoke men to sexual acts without benefit of a woman, their aim being to
make themselves bodies from the lost seed."

In his article on "Jewish Magic" M. Gaster states:

"…These ideas [Talmud demonology] received a fresh impetus from

the publication of the Zohar, which, a Jewish writer tells us, " from the
14th century held almost unbroken sway over the minds of the majority
of the Jews. In it the Talmudic legends concerning the existence and
activity of the shedhim (demons) are repeated and amplified, and a
hierarchy of demons was established corresponding to the heavenly
hierarchy Manasseh [ben Israel]'s Nishmat Hayim is full of information
concerning belief in demons . . . "

Further reference to the Zohar teachings reveals that men and women have sex

with demons during their sleep.

"See the Zohar, treatise Bereschith, folio.54b, where it is said that all men are

visited in their sleep "by female devils." These demons never appear under any other

concerning demons and the succubi mentioned above. These unholy unions are found

article on Jewish Magic by M. Gaster.

"…the vile confessions made by both Scottish and French peasant

women accused of witchcraft concerning the nocturnal visits paid them
by male devils 2. find an exact counterpart in passages of the Cabala,
where it is said that, "the demons are both male and female, and they both
endeavor to consort with human being a conception from which arises
the belief in incubi and succuba."

Biblically, we know that to embrace sorcery or witchcraft and such, is an

abomination before God. Despite Old Testaments warnings, the Talmud provides
'solutions' for protecting oneself from the onslaught of demonic attack and disease, as
seen for example, in treatise Berakhoth, folio 6:

" … The Talmud also gives directions on the manner of guarding

against occult powers and the onslaught of disease. The tract Pesachim
declares that he who stands naked before a candle is liable to be seized
with epilepsy. The same tract also states that "a man should not go out
alone on the night following the fourth day or on the night following the
Sabbath, because an evil spirit, called Agrath, the daughters of Ma'hlath,
together with one hundred and eighty thousand other evil spirits, go forth
into the world and have the right to injure anyone they would chance to
meet."

Focus on the Family Transcript of Ted Bundy speaking to Dr. James Dobson at

the Florida State Prison, 23, January 1989 when he talked to a psychologist Dr. James
Dobson on the eve of his execution. Bundy maintained that “drug store photography”

women and girls:

This is the message I want to get across, that as a you boy, and I mean a boy of

twelve and thirteen certainly, that I encountered . . . in the local grocery store, in a

talking about happened twenty, thirty years ago in my formative states.

sadosexual material children consume today.

What scares and appalls me, Dr. Dobson, is when I see what’s on cable TV,

some of the movies and some of the violence in the movies that comes into homes
today, with stuff that they wouldn’t show in X-rated adult theaters thirty years ago .
. . as it gets into the home to children who may be unattended or unaware that they
may be a Ted Bundy.

What did Bundy have to gain by this confession? He was about to die. One the

threshold of death, he predicted a future that most academicians, sociologists,
psychologists, and serologists still ignore: There are lots of other kids playing in
streets around this country today who are going to be dead tomorrow, and the next
day and the next day and next month, because other young people are reading the
kinds of things and seeing the kinds of things that available in the media today.

EXPERIENCES

The Author has ministered to many people who have these type of sexual

demons. A woman who was more than sixty-five came to our ministry. She said that
a demon was assaulting every evening. She was single. She told us that this devil had
been doing this disgraceful thing for year.

She told us, “Every major deliverance minster in the country has tried to

deliver me but they have failed. She told me some of the famous deliverance
ministers names that supposedly had ministered to her. We tried in vain to cast this
ungodly spirit. She said, “see no one can cast us out! Walking in agreement with a
devil, is a powerful thing. God will not cross over the will of a person. The name of
Jesus is more powerful than all the devils in the world, but He will not traverse the
will of a person!

Sexual devils have every right to stay if the person is walking in agreement

with them.

Another case, we were casting devils out of a witch. She was getting a lot of

deliverance. During the deliverance, a spirit of ecstasy appeared on her face. I asked
the spirit to identify itself. He answered and said, “I am her pleasure devil and you
can’t cast me out because she wants me here.” I asked this foul devil what kind of
pleasure did he give her? The evil spirit replied, many, masturbation, bisexual,
lesbian, pornography.

We gave this woman a lot of time and prayer.

She really stopped cooperating with us and decided to keep her pleasure devils.

I have cast many spiritual husbands and spiritual wives in Africa and

America.

These spirits lay claims on their victims. These sex devils become very

possessive of their dupes. They even give them spiritual marriage rings. These rings
are invisible to the naturel eye. You must break the sexual ties and take the spiritual
ring and cast it in hell!

We had a woman to come through our ministry that was the Sunday school

teacher of the youth in her church.

She was a Satanist! (Many witches and Satanists go right to the children in

“children church” where they can pollute them). These times, it is hard to convince
Christians to work in church because many just want to “receive the Word, dance and
sing to “be blessed.” Satan infiltrates and fills the gap. He sends his agent right into
children’ church! Some, molest these young people and draw them into perverted life
styes.

In one illustration, I’ll call this women Terry. She told me that she had

joined a Satanist group and had practiced Satan worship for many years.

One day, she went to a church to see a “drama.” The next thing that happened

to her is that she began to manifest. Christian began to pray for her. She was writhing
and fighting against them. She fell into another dimension and black out. When she
came back, everyone was praising the Lord. She asked them what had happened to
her. They told her that she had become “born again.”

How ridiculous! How can a person become born again while unconscious?

She eventually married the piano player of the church and tried to make him fall away
from Jesus. Being unsuccessful, she took the Sunday school class to teach the
children.

Terry, had a foot that was twisted in the reverse direction and when she walked,

she had to drag the foot. She told us that she had a familiar spirit called “Albert.” She
said that Albert had twisted her foot after a car accident. While she was in the
hospital, Albert told her that if she would give him her foot, he would heal it. She
gave him her foot, and he twisted her foot!

Terry went on to tell me that every night, Albert would get in bed and placed

himself between her and the husband. She had a spirit called, “a water spirit,” in
Africia and also known as a spiritual husband.

When we ministered deliverance to her, we led her to command Albert to

give her back her foot in the name of Jesus. After that, we delivered her from the
spirit of Albert and prayed for her foot. It immediately began to be loosed and the foot
turned around and became normal.

Regrettably, after much deliverance, Terry fell back and invited Albert to come

back into her life. Her foot returned to the in the opposite direction of being twisted,

but worse than before. Astonishingly, like her mother’s foot, her daughter’s foot
became twisted and Albert turned in the opposite direction exactly the same foot!

These sexual spirits are very powerful and more common than you can

imagine. So the study that I am going to take you into, may seem incredible, I make
a request that you prayerfully pray.

The following are some sexual devils.

INCUBUS - A spirit or demon thought in medieval times to lie on sleeping

persons, especially women, with whom it sought sexual intercourse.

SUCCUBUS - In folklore, a female demon thought to have sexual intercourse

with sleeping men.

We can forget medieval times and folklore.

These demons are for real and active! Americans tend to think that these kinds

of devils are just fantasy or imagination. I’m telling you that they are for real! They
are supernatural evil spirits that are being invited into our homes because many open
a sexual perversion door through televison, movies and evil magazine. When they are
invited in, they are very hard to deliver because they are “pleasure devils” that give
joy to the flesh of their victims.

You must remember, these are “feel good” devils and just as powerful as

some one who gets hooked on drugs and cigarettes and you can’t get them free
unless they are willing to stop. So it will be with these devils.

In the beginning they may give you pleasure but in the end, they will kill you!

Try to find help before it is too late! These demons have sex with both men and
women as the person sleeps, AND SOME OF YOU KNOW IT. It's not a dream, and
it is not your imagination, it’s evil supernatural experience!

SEX WITH DEMONS

This type of sex is usually reserved only for people who have been involved in

the occult. However, a person heavily into pornography and prostitution can also
experience this phenomenon. Witchcraft, Satanism, and eastern religions experience

sexual intercourse of various sorts with spirits. In Africia this is called to have a
spiriual wife or husband. In Asian countries, this is called 'astral-sex'.

The following excerpts are from Erica Joseph of Breakthrough Missions (from

Tampa, Florida, address unknown) in a booklet titled "Sex with demons -
Nightmares, Incubus and Succubus"

Sexual experiences with demonic spirits are very real even in this day and

age. Erica Joseph says, “I have personally taken both men and women through
DELIVERANCE, that have experienced this and some became bound by the spirits
of Incubus and Succubus. I have personally taken both men and women through
DELIVERANCE, where the witch or warlock has actually, through the use of astral
travel, seduced them, having sexual relations with them as they slept, with them
thinking it was only a dream and this is arranged through the utilization of "Familiar"
spirits.”

Reverend Joseph continues, “In every DELIVERANCE situation of this nature

the one thing that has been required is total and complete honesty from the person
seeking the DELIVERANCE. I have taken some individuals through
DELIVERANCE and the Holy Ghost has caused those spirits to manifest (reveal
themselves). Some individuals have enjoyed the sexual experience with those
demons. Thus, DELIVERANCE was not effective.” She goes on to say, “In some
instances, I have found that those spirits have entered in through masturbation
and fantasy lust. If the individuals renounce the fantasy lust and stopped
masturbating, they were DELIVERED. I have taken several individuals through
DELIVERANCE from those demons and I've found that people have been violated
(raped) by spirits, not actually wanting to believe it or not understanding what
happened to them until DELIVERANCE revealed it. But they know that they had
experienced something painful and undesirable.”

Amazingly, Joseph proceeds to write, “I have taken individuals through

DELIVERANCE, that have felt the bed moving, felt their bodies responding
uncontrollably, yet their rational, logical mind could not comprehend it. So they
wrote it off as a dream. These demonic spirits that function in this sexually perverse
way must be renounced and cast OUT, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.”

Essentially, the incubus is a lewd demon which seeks sexual intercourse

with women. It is also termed follet (French), alp (German), duende (Spanish) and
folletto (Italian). The corresponding demon who appears to men is the succubus.
When associated with one particular witch or sorcerer, both incubus and succubus
is known as magistellus, or "familiar.” Inasmuch as the nightmare dream is sexual
in latent content, an incubus is often used interchangeably with The Mare Demon;
in fact, the Latin word for nightmare is incubo (to lie upon). The incubus can
assume either a male or a female shape. Sometimes he appears as a full-grown
man. Sometimes as a satyr or in the form of a demon, and if it is a woman who
has been received as a witch, the incubus generally assumes the form of an

A succubus is a demon in female form, specialized in seducing men.

Although feminine in meaning, in form this medieval Latis word, succubus, is
masculine (because demons were supposedly sexless) the feminine form succuba
(strumpet) is occasionally found.

If you have, or are having dreams or nightmares of a sexual nature that

you know are as real as life, dreams where you cannot exactly distinguish the
real from the unreal, please seek DELIVERANCE. Don't allow Satan and his
demonic hosts to degrade your body which is the Temple of God.

The demon MARE: Works with the Incubus and Succubus demons. This

demon is alleged to cause dreams of sexual content coupled with those evil spirits.

NIGHT SPELLS: Charms or enchantments by night, used by witches and

warlocks.

NIGHTMARE or MARE: The demon or mare alleged to cause bad dreams.

The dream itself is called a nightmare.

MARE: The supposed demon which, during the night, sits on the chest and

causes feelings of suffocation and choking. Causing a feeling of being paralyzed and
that the weight is crushing the breath out of a person

There are humans who have the ability for out of body experiences. These

spirits are "visiting" you as you sleep. Cutting their silver cord, in the name of
Jesus, will make them disappear.

If you are attacked by these demons, pray this way.

In the name of Jesus, I bind up these demons, and I command them to leave me

and my home.

“I cut all ungodly silver cords and command all ley lines to burn by the

power of the Holy Ghost.” (Wizards and witches that are soul traveling at night.
This is called atrial projection. The silver cord is connected to the person’s body and
the person’s spiritual body. The person can live as long as the silver cord is
connected to the physical body. A supernatural power will stay in effect and
function, unless a superior power supercedes or overcomes it. Born again Christians
are the only people who can use the name of Jesus to rebuke and deliver demons).

If you are unable to speak, you can just THINK these prayers or the word

JESUS. It works!

THE SPIRITUAL REALMS AND HOW DEMONS WORK

Marriage Breaking Spirits

"I am a DELIVERANCE worker, and minister whenever I am contacted, but

had been working full time till this year. I recently retired, so I am more available
now.

One of my most remarkable experiences in DELIVERANCE was the case of

a 32 yr. old petite, fragile woman, who had been married 6 times and was on the
verge of divorcing her present husband. She couldn't understand it, she loved them
all, but bad things happened to them. One committed suicide, one was accidentally
killed, one was an alcoholic, etc. After much counseling, I discovered she was first
engaged to a sailor, planned to marry but he was called overseas, and later she broke
the engagement.

However his mother, who had picked her for a new daughter-in-law, was so

upset and angry that she placed a CURSE on this girl. "If you don't marry my son,
you will never find another man to marry. You will never stay married to anybody
else. I will see to that.”

I broke that curse spoken by the mother, and as I did, this little fragile woman

bolted up, threw herself to the floor, and started screaming obscene things, and
wanted the demons to continue controlling her life. I called out all spirits behind the
curse, broke soul ties between she and each mate, commanded all separation spirits
to come out (demons began writhing), then ministered healing of emotions. At this
point, she had become so weak she could hardly sit up, but as the healing took place,
she became more alert, and could not believe what had happened. Praise God.

Several months later, she and her husband were reconciled.

A word of caution!!! Whenever, someone speaks words over you that sounds

like a curse, break the curse as soon as possible. Also, when ministering
DELIVERANCE, always check for curses in a person's past."

Has anyone ever cursed your marriage? Break it in Jesus Name!

TESTIMONIES

The Author has ministered to many people who have these type of sexual

demons. A woman who was more than sixty-five came to our ministry. She said that
a demon was assaulting her every evening. She was single. She told us that this devil
had been doing this disgraceful thing for year.

She told us, “Every major deliverance minster in the country has tried to deliver

me but they have failed. She told me some of the famous deliverance ministers
names that supposedly had ministered to her. We tried in vain to cast this ungodly
spirit. She said, “see, no one can cast us out!” There is NO demon that is more
powerful than Jesus!

Walking in agreement with a devil, is a powerful thing. God will not cross over

the will of a person. The name of Jesus is more powerful than all the devils in the
world, but He will not traverse the will of a person!

Sexual devils have every right to stay if the person is walking in agreement with

them. Another case, we were casting devils out of a witch. She was getting a lot of

deliverance. During the deliverance, a spirit of ecstasy appeared on her face. I asked
the spirit to identify itself. He answered and said, “I am her pleasure devil and you
can’t cast me out because she wants me here.” I asked this foul devil what kind of
pleasure did he give her? The evil spirit replied, many, masturbation, bisexual,
lesbian, pornography.

We gave this woman a lot of time and prayer. She really stopped cooperating

with us and decided to keep her pleasure devils.

The following are some sexual devils.

I have cast many spiritual husbands and spiritual wives (demons) in Africa and

America. These spirits lay claims on their victims. These sex devils become very
possessive of their dupes. They even give them spiritual marriage rings. These rings
are invisible to the natural eye. You must break the sexual ties and take the spiritual
ring and cast it in hell!

Testimony:
A friend of mine called me. “Pastor Pat. I had the strangest dream last night. I

suddenly aroused from a deep sleep. I saw a woman and she was on top of me. She
looked like a harlot. I had an orgasm and she disappeared.”

I told him that the woman was the spirit of Asmodeus. The woman was a

demon that took the form of Jezebel. We bound these powers and prayed. He was
delivered in the name of Jesus. This demon has never returned.

Testimony:

Pastor called EL called me and told me this dream.
I dreamed of a strange women that looked like a witch. In her hand, I saw my

daughter’s wedding ring. She had a chain around her neck. I said, “what are you
doing with my daughters’ wedding ring? I tackled her and snatched the ring. I bind
you. In the name of Jesus, give me the ring.” Then I awakened.

I called Pat Holliday and she said that my daughter was being bound by an

osmosdeus spirit to keep her from getting married. Pastor Holliday and I prayed and
broke the chain from my daughter’s neck.

About six months later pastor EL called again. My daughter asked me to seek

the Lord about her future husband. I told her that I was going to God and really pray
about it. I was praying for my daughter. I had an open vision. I saw a big house and
sitting on the front porch was a man. He said, “Why are you coming here to get your
daughter’s husband. I have five sons and not one of them are married. My sons
belong to me.”

Then I replied in the name of Jesus. “I rebuke you and the blood binds you in

the name of Jesus..” He suddenly fell of the porch.

I went up the stairs and into the house. There were five sons sitting. I walked

towards my daughters husband. I was distracted by the open back door and turned
towards the back door. There was an open field and could see acres and acres of

men. I saw all types of men in the world, rich and poor, blind, crippled, middle age,
and old men. Business men of all categories, such as lawyers, doctors, judges, and
men of all types said to me, “he prevented me from getting married. The middle-aged
men said. I have been waiting for my wife. I desire my wife and a family. Others said
I don’t have any children because I was not allowed to marry my wife.”

I asked them why they were in these place. They replied, “We can’t leave. That

man has us captive here. We want to go to our wives but we cannot leave.” One old
man said, “I’ve been here since my youth. I am now too old to have children but I
still want to marry my wife.”

I told the men, “Why don’t you just leave?”
“We cannot leave. He has us captives here.”

I turned to go back to the front door. The man was gone.

Again, I called my friend, Pat Holliday. “I know this is a spiritual dream. Do

you know what vision this means?”

“That’s amazing. You know, I am writing a book called Marriage and Sex. I

exposing spirits called Asmodeus and Osmodeus. These are the principality spirits
that keep people from getting married. They are in control of sexual spirits. They
tempt people into sexual sin and then they bind them.”

I believe that God gave this pastor this dream and open vision and then gave me

the interpretation. He wanted to show us how these marriage- breaking demons
work in the spirit realms effects over the physical realms. He showed us how to pray
for this pastor’s daughter’s future wedding. Also, I believe it gives us insight to pray
for the single people in our churches to free them to marry their mates. To God be
the Glory.

Charles Spurgeon writes,

"Having escaped the corruption that is in the world

through lust."

(2 Pet. 1:4). Vanish for ever all thought of indulging the flesh if you

would live in the power of your risen Lord. It were ill that a man who is alive in
Christ should dwell in the corruption of sin.

"Why seek ye the living among the

dead?" said the angel to Magdalene. Should the living dwell in the sepulchre? Should
divine life be immured in the charnel house of fleshly lust? How can we partake of
the cup of the Lord and yet drink the cup of Belial? Surely, believer, from open lusts
and sins you are delivered: have you also escaped from the more secret and delusive
lime-twigs of the Satanic fowler? Have you come forth from the lust of pride? Have
you escaped from slothfulness? Have you clean escaped from carnal security? Are
you seeking day by day to live above worldliness, the pride of life, and the ensnaring
vice of avarice? Remember, it is for this that you have been enriched with the
treasures of God. If you be indeed the chosen of God, and beloved by Him, do not
suffer all the lavish treasure of grace to be wasted upon you. Follow after holiness;
it is the Christian's crown and glory. An unholy church! it is useless to the world, and
of no esteem among men. It is an abomination, hell's laughter, heaven's abhorrence.

by an unholy church. O Christian, the vows of God are upon you. You are God's
priest: act as such. You are God's king: reign over your lusts. You are God's chosen:
do not associate with Belial. Heaven is your portion: live like a heavenly spirit, so
shall you prove that you have true faith in Jesus, for there cannot be faith in the heart
unless there be holiness in the life.”

As one who fears but grieving Thee,
And knows no other shame."

ROMAN EMPIRE

1. History bears testimony to this great fact that the great Roman Empire

fell when the homes of that Empire decayed. In the earlier years of the Empire
the wives remained at home and cared for their children. It was then that the
Empire became great and strong and ruled the world. But later a great moral
decline took place.

2. The historian Uhlhorn says, speaking of the moral decline that took

place in the Roman Empire, “The performances in the theater were thoroughly
immoral, and everywhere at social mythological entertainments painting on the
walls, tables, and utensils for food, presentations of naked forms, pictures often
positively immodest, surrounded the guests—to say nothing of the shows,
dances, music, and songs. The result was that domestic chastity and morality
almost wholly disappeared

A third reason for thinking of this subject is because Home can be and

should be such a precious spot to us. It is one of the sweetest words in the
English language. It is the oldest of all institutions. It is as old as the human
race. It is a divinely ordained institution. It is meant by the Lord to be the place
where love and happiness supremely reigns. It should be the place where
children want to spend their time in preference to all other places. It should be
far more than a boardinghouse with a lunch-counter. It should be more, as Dr.
Robert G. Lee has so aptly said, than a place where the children stay while the
automobile is being repaired and when the movies are not running.

DOCTRINAL AFFIRMATION

I recognize that there is only one true and living God

(Ex. 20:2,3),

who

exists as the Father, So and Holy Spirit, and that He is worthy of all honor,
praise, and worship as the Creator, Who sustains, and Beginning and End of all
things,

(Rev. 4:11; 5:9,10; Isa. 43:1,7, 21).

I believe that God has proven His love for me, because when I was still a

sinner Christ Died for my sins,

(Rom. 5:8).

I believe that He delivered me from the domain of darkness and

transferred me to His kingdom; and in Him I have redemption and the
forgiveness of sins,

(Col. 1:13,14).

I believe that I am now a child of God,

(1 Jn. 3:1-3),

and that I am seated

with Christ in the heaven lies, (Eph. 2:6). I believe that I was saved by the grace
of God through faith that it was a gift and not the rest of any works on my part
(Eph. 2:8).

I choose to be strong in the Lord in the strength of His might (Eph. 6:10).

I put no confidence the flesh

(Phil. 3:3),

for the weapons of my warfare are not

of the flesh

(2 Cor. 10:4).

I put on the whole armor of God,

(Eph. 6:10-17),

and

I resolve to stand firm in my faith and resist the evil one.

I believe that Jesus has all authority in heaven and on earth,

(Matt. 28:18),

and that He is the head over all rule and authority

(Col. 2:10).

I believe that

Satan and his demons are subject to me in Christ because I am a member of
Christ's body,

(Eph. 1:19-23)

. I therefore obey the command to resist the Devil,

(Ja. 4:7),

and I command him in the name of Christ to leave my presence.

I believe that apart from Christ I can do nothing

(Jn. 15:5),

so I declare my

dependence on Him. I choose to abide in Christ in order to bear much fruit and
glorify the Lord (Jn. 15:8). I announce to Satan that Jesus is my Lord,

(I Cor.

12:3).

I Believe that the truth will set me free,

(Jn. 8:32)

and I reject any

counterfeit gifts or works of Satan in my life.

. Therefore, I stand against Satan's

deception by taking every thought captive in obedience to Christ,

(2 Cor. 10:5).

I declare that the Bible is the only authoritative standard,

(2 Tim. 3-15-17).

I choose to speak the truth in love,

(Eph. 4:15).

I choose to present my body as an instrument of righteousness, a living

and holy sacrifice, and I renew my mind by the living Word of God in order
that I may prove that the will of God is good, acceptable, perfect.

(Rom. 7:13;

12:1,2).

I ask my heavenly Father to fill me with His Holy Spirit,

(Eph. 5:18)

to

lead me into all truth (Jn. 16:18), and to empower my life so that I may live
above sin and not carry out the desires of the flesh,

(Gal. 5:16)

. I crucify the

flesh,

(Gal. 5:24)

and choose to walk by the Spirit.

I renounce all selfish goals and choose the ultimate goal of love,

(1 Tim.

1:5).

I choose to obey greatest commandment, to love the Lord my God with all

my heart, soul, and mind, and to love my neighbor as myself (Matt. 22:37-39).

We can rebuild Christian marriage by knowing and obeying God's Word!

The Bible does say that Christians walk with Jesus through the scope of his
Word.”

GOD'S PLAN FOR MEN IN FAMILIES

Something has happened to men in the past few years. For almost a

generation males have watched women define their roles, deal with their
insecurities, clarify what it means to be female, and macho-masculinity is
harmful to people of both sexes. At last we are waking up to the fact that men
have a lot of problems. We struggle with insecurities, relationships, finances,
sex, careers, finding integrity as leaders, or dealing with temptations that come
from our lusts, our desires to wield power, our love of money, and our
temptation to be perfect. It has taken a while, but more and more men are also
beginning to ask questions about spirituality and about what it means to be on
earth, in the midst of the supersonic changes that are whizzing around us.

The Bible is not a question-answer book that lists all our problems and

gives cookbook answers. It does give guidelines for living, however, and it does
give us a model, Jesus Christ. We men have the challenge of following His
example, as best we can and with divine help. According to God's plan, men in
families have at least two-major responsibilities. They are to lead and they are
to be loving.

HUSBAND

(Matt. 22:2),
