Rep rnd 2 until sleeve measures 3.5 ins long. F/O leaving a long tail to sew sleeves to dress.

Try dress and sleeves on doll. Be sure the V of the front of the dress is centered on her
body. Sew 4 stitches of the sleeve to 4 stitches at the top of the dress directly under her
arm using a whip st. Repeat on other side, making sure the positioning is the same on both
sides. F/O and weave in ends.

Join Gold with sl st to any unworked st at the back of the dress. Sc all unworked chs along
back of dress, over sleeve and along front of dress. 2 dc in the V at front of dress.
Continue sc along front of dress, over sleeve and across back. F/O when you get back to
where you started. Weave in ends.

Row 1: 1 hdc in 2nd ch from hook and each of remaining chs. F/O leaving a tail long enough

FINISHING: Cut 2 circles out of pink felt. Sew or hot glue to cheeks. Cut 2 small pieces
of black ribbon (approximately 1 inch long) and cut a V in 1 end. I apply a small amount of
clear nail polish to this end to keep ribbon from fraying. When it's dry, hot glue peice
under button eye (just above middle of eye). Using thick black thread ( I usually use 2
strands), stitch mouth. Attatch Brown yarn to any stitch at top of boot and sl st around.
This gives the boot a finished look. I also took a long peice of brown yarn and made laces
for her boots by weaving it along the front of the boot in the same way you'd lace a shoe,
and then tying a bow. If you haven't already attached your Gold button to her belt, you
can do it now. YOU'RE DONE!!!!! Give her a hug!!
