TRANSKRYPCJA NAGRAŃ

Zadanie 1.

Tekst 1.
Girl: When I grow up I’m going to be a writer. I’m going to write books about the lives
of rich and famous Hollywood stars. My friends say I should be a film star myself but I don’t
think I’d enjoy living in Hollywood. It’s not a good idea to have children in Hollywood
and I’d like to have three – two boys and a girl. I even know what their names will be!

Tekst 2.
Boy: I think you should buy this one.
Girl: No, it makes me look like a hippo. You know, big and fat.
Boy: Come on, you know that’s not true. And hippos are nice animals. Besides, it will look

good with your new shoes.

Girl: Maybe, but I want to try on another T-shirt. This one with the panda bear looks cool.

Tekst 3.
Woman: Emma, I know I promised to leave you the car keys on the kitchen table,
but I completely forgot. Sorry! When you get back home, go straight to my bedroom.
The keys are on the bedside table. By the way, I’ve found the book you’ve been looking for.
It’s in the living-room.

Tekst 4.
Girl: You know what, I was thinking again about our trip to Spain this summer.

What do you think about taking a plane?

Boy: Are you sure you want to? Don’t you remember all the trouble we had when

the airline lost our luggage last year?

Girl: You’re right! Never again! How about the train then?
Boy: I think it would be best. At least there won’t be any traffic jams!
Girl: That’s true. Cars are great but not in this heat!

Zadanie 2.

Mrs. White:

Morning. How are things today?

Mr. Brown:

Morning. Actually, not that great. We had a big problem earlier this morning.
One of my students had an accident.

Mrs. White:

Did he? Were the students running in the playground again?

Mr. Brown:

No, for a change. Two boys were running in the corridor during the break
and one of them fell.

Mrs. White:

Oh gosh! Was he hurt?

Mr. Brown:

Well, at first it didn’t look bad but he cut his arm and he couldn’t move
his leg. It may be broken, I’m afraid.

Mrs. White:

Did any of the teachers see the accident?

Mr. Brown:

Yes, I did and I called the ambulance. It came quickly and took the boy
to hospital.

Mrs. White:

I see. Let’s hope he’ll be fine.

ź 1.

Man: My parents often complain that I spend too much time in front of my computer, but,
to be honest, I don’t think it’s a waste of time. On the contrary, thanks to the Internet, I can
do my homework or prepare for school much faster.

Wypowied

ź 2.

Woman: I agree that the Internet is a great source of information, and you can stay in touch
with people who live far away. But, once you switch on your computer, time starts flying.
I’ve noticed that I don’t meet my friends as often as I used to and it worries me.

Wypowied

ź 3.

Man: Many people think that the Internet is dangerous for friendship because people
no longer talk to each other, they only send each other e-mails now. I don’t think that’s true.
I think it’s great that I can go out with my schoolmates and also use the Internet to chat with
them. It’s cheaper than talking on the phone and I enjoy chatting just sitting at my computer
in my room.
