1) Unscrew 4 points of the Rear.

1) Put up the upper side of the REAR with

decomposition tool or hand, then disassemble
the Rear ① → ② → ③ → ④

1) Remove the Volume Key from board.
2) Detach the slide FPCB connector from board
using the tweezers.

※ Caution

1) Not to scratch or damage the Slide FPCB.

1) Detach the PBA from Front Ass'y

1) Unscrew 6 points of the Front.

※ Caution

1) Do not force much power on the screws.

1) Unscrew 4 points of the Lower.

※ Caution

1) Be care of scratch and molding damage.

1) Open the LCD connector and slide FPCB

connector and CIF, Receiver, Motor Ass'y
FPCB Connector and detach them from the
LCD PBA.

1) Deatch CIF, Receiver, Motor Ass'y ,LCD

and SUB PBA

※ Caution

1) Be care of CIF Camera, Receiver, Motor Ass'y
when it deatch

1) Detach the navigation Key from the front.

11-2. Assembly

1) Attach the navigation key to the Front.

1) Place the LCD module on the Upper.

2) Attach CIF, Receiver, Motor Ass'y.

1)Connect the LCD connector and slide FPCB

connector and CIF, Receiver, Motor Ass'y
FPCB Connecotr

1) Place the lower on the Upper

2) Screw the 4 points for assembly.(Torque:1.2KgfㆍCm )

1) Place the Front on the Lower.
2) Screw the 6 point like picture.(Torque:1.0KgfㆍCm )
3) Place the 3 x 4 Key on the Front.

1) Attach the PBA on the Front Ass'y

1) Connect the Slide FPCB and Main PBA.
2) Attatch the Volume Key on board.

1) Place the Rear on the Main PBA.
2) Push the upper of rear like ① on the picture
the push the side of rear like ② on the picture
