How to use Cute ftp

Click on Cute ftp in start menu

Then highlight Dreambox in menu

Then click on connect (4^th Icon on toolbar)

Files should open on both sides of page. Computer on left Dreambox on right

In the folder bar C:\ Click where files to be loaded are located. i.e. Desktop.

Then click into the folder ie Dreambox keys or whatever it's named.

Keep clicking into it until you either get Keys & Scce or Camd3 keys files

Now on the Right panel on screen (Dreambox)

Click on Var, you will see some folders

The ones that you will need are only keys & scce some times only keys if you're transferring camd3 files.

Now in the left hand side highlight keys by clicking on it

At the top of screen you will see a green up arrow

Click this and the files will transfer across

A box will come up sometimes And click yes to all

Do the same for the scce folder.

Screen across the bottom of computer will show you the progress. 100% = transferred

You will need to reboot your dreambox or restart your cam for the settings to be started.

PS. To change Attributes

Highlight the file

Right click on it

Down to bottom on list to CHMOD

In the permissions box write in 755

Apply & OK.
