Accident in the mountains
Last weekend some of my friends and I decided to go on a cycling trip out of the city to enjoy early spring weather. We were looking forward to relaxing time, but we didn't realize then that it would turn into a disaster.
Everything was started from a simply Mark's idea - he got a bike for 18th birthday and he wanted try them. He had invited us for a trip and everyone agreed. We paced everything can have been usefully and set out. The sun was shining and I really wanted do something fun and memorable how all my friends. I offered a difficult route that extends around the mountains.
At first we didn't feel a difference between these routes, but suddenly the way turn into a large serpentine. We were not prepare for this… We were spending great time and we weren't careful. For our immature behavior Paul and Kevin paid a high price. They were cycling in the lead of our group, because they were raced. When the fist bend had appeared, they didn't managed properly keep the route. They came off from the path and began to roll down the slope. The rest of our group heard only their cries which were reflecting from the slopes of the other mountains.
If only I had been more prudent, this accident would never have occurred. Now our friends are located in the hospital in a coma. We are still waiting for information about their lives.
