Subject: hotel in Paris
As requested, I visited the just opened hotel after redecoration. The aim of this report is to assess the suitability of this hotel, for our future customers, who are going to Paris.
Accommodation.
The hotel has 40 double rooms and 15 single rooms which are situated on the first and second floor. The double rooms are attractive and comfortable because all rooms are newly redecorated and they have private bathroom. In addition every room is equipped with colour TV. On the other hand, in spite of redecoration, the single rooms are quite small.
Facilities.
Facilities at this hotel include a large lounge with seats for guests where they may drink coffee or read a current issue of magazines. At the back of this hotel there is a swimming pool for both adults as well as children. next to the swimming pool there is children's playground which is well-equipped. Close to the reception desk there is a restaurant, where delicious meals are served. Nevertheless, there is a limited choice of vegetarian dishes.
Cost.
Although the breakfast is included in the price, staying at this hotel is rather expensive. For example, a single room costs $60 per night, and a double room costs $80 per night. However, when the rooms are booked for organised groups the price per night/room is lower. For instance the single room costs $45, and the double room costs $60.
To conclude, I think that this hotel is well prepared for our customers. However, hotel staff do not speak English, only French. Therefore, it is my opinion, when we organise trip for groups we should appoint a guide who speaks French.
