IS IT IMPORTANT FOR MILITARY TO KEEP FIT
It is very important for military to keep fit. The service in the army for people who are seamen, pilots or commandos of special force is very difficult and require a good fitness. On the other side all soldiers should keep fit. They must take an exam in physical education every year in the Polish army. There are five age group. The first group concerns people who are under 28. Fortunately, I'm in the third age group. The age groups differ a level of difficulty but every exam consists of a running, a gymnastics and swimming. The most difficult and heavy is gymnastics exercises for me. I hate exercise on a horizontal bar. Sam people say that in my age group there are only same exercises with a doctor's ball. Seriously, if you want to keep fit, you must do exercises every day, especially when you have predisposition to a over weight. I know, I have lost my good shape because of the English course. After the course I'm going to swimming pool twice a week and go to a gym to play volleyball.
It is truth that a big belly isn't suitable for people who are wearing uniforms especially when they are young.
