Song is quick; ss may be discouraged by it ; T may have to play it a few times and perform with ss

Presentation

T plays a CD, ss' task is to listen and repeat names of body parts showed on picture on the page 42; then T plays CD second time and ss while listening have to point to their part of the body

To teach body parts and practise pronunciation of them

Some ss may disturb while listening ; T may have to calm them down

Controlled practice

SS listen to a text describing monsters' appearance and their task is to match names of monsters to pictures; then T plays the CD once again and SS complete ex D, p. 44

T distributes handouts with odd-one-out task. SS have to encircle a word which is not a body part

T plays a game with ss. T asks ss to stand up; T says names of body parts and ss' task is to point to them correctly. If s make a mistake, sits down. The person who will stay the longest, takes place of the T and asks another ss.
