CONDITIONS OF USE
1. The author shall not be responsible for any consequences arising out of the
use of this software.
2. The software is provided on an 'as is' basis only and no warranties are
given.

LICENCE CONDITIONS and LIMITED WARRANTY
This is an agreement between the 'user' and Sandrila Ltd (referred to
below as the 'author'). By using this software you are agreeing to become bound
by the terms of the agreement.
1. The author retains the copyright, title and ownership of the software.
2. The user may not attempt to disassemble or reverse engineer the software.
3. The software is provided "as is" and that in no event shall the author be
liable for any consequential, special, incidental or indirect damages of any
kind arising out of the use of this software (including loss of business
profits, business interruption and the like).
4. The author disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and does not
guarantee that the software is free from defects.
5. The licence will terminate automatically if the user fails to comply with any
provision of the licence.

EXTRA LICENCE CONDITIONS FOR UNREGISTERED VERSION
1. The unregistered version is provided for evaluation so that the user
can first verify that it is fit for the intended purpose.
2. The author grants the user the right to use a copy of this software on any
number of computers at any location by any number of users.
3. The user may freely distribute the unregistered version as an unmodified ZIP
file to others provided no charge is made.

EXTRA LICENCE CONDITIONS FOR REGISTERED VERSION
1. The author grants the user the right to use one copy of this software on a
single computer at a single location per license purchased. You may also use the
software on a desktop machine and a laptop as long as the software is not in use
on both at the same time.

EXTRA CONDITIONS FOR EDUCATIONAL SITE LICENCE
1. The author grants the user the right to install and use this software on any
computer used at one educational establishment site i.e at one physical address.

EXTRA CONDITIONS FOR COMMERCIAL SITE LICENCE
1. The author grants the user the right to install and use this software on any
computer used at one commercial establishment site i.e at one physical address.
