Apply the base of the Kinesio Tex to
the palmar surface of the mid-shaft of
the proximal phalange of the fifth
finger.
Peel the Kinesio Tex from the paper
liner and place the tape temporarily
on the skin. Do not activate the glue
by rubbing.
Extend the wrist and fingers to
increase the tissue tension.
Apply the ulnar tail of the  y just
medial to the pisiform on the medial
aspect of the wrist crease while
maintaining extension of the wrist and
5th finger.
Apply the radial tail of the  y to the
flexor retinaculum of the wrist along
an imaginary line drawn from the web
space between the 4th-5th fingers to
the wrist crease.
