ABS warning lamp
Correct operating sequence
Switch ignition ON. Warning lamp illuminates and then goes out after approximately 2 seconds.
Hydraulic system
Bleeding
System can be bled using normal method.
Bleed in sequence: RH rear, LH rear, RH front, LH front.
If using pressurised bleeding equipment, DO NOT allow pressure to exceed 1 bar.
DO NOT open bleed screws on hydraulic modulator.
NOTE: If air has entered the internal fluid circuits of the hydraulic modulator it may be necessary to use
special equipment that can activate the solenoid valves in order to successfully bleed the system.
Hydraulic modulator solenoid valves
NOTE: Solenoid valves are integral with the hydraulic modulator. They can only be checked using
diagnostic equipment.
