Your opponent has you in an open guard. 

You lock in one of his legs with

you're knees.  

 

 

 

 

You then push his knee inwards, 

while you move your body upwards. 

You place you're knee against his hips. 

 

 

 

 

You also place your hand before his hips

to make sure your opponent doesnt move back

to the guard.
