To debug TX failures you need to

perform

the following in Radiocomm
1. Suspend
2. Set the PA level
3. Set the Channel
4. Set Carrier options,
5. Click ON

Note the use of “Carrier_Syn_Attn” is equivalent to

setting those three parameters individually
