This version brings together all the changes since V2.2.1.4 (last released CD) and
incorporates support for the new QControl4, and PTS V2.3:
1. Scope and Terminal understand 1.3ms servo loop in QControl4.
2. PTS Editor supports PTS V2.3 syntax and parsing.
3. PTS Command help has been updated for the new PTS commands in PTS V2.3.
4. QDrive setup understands IRT3294 is a PTS based version (rather than analogue).
5. PTS Terminal understands %I% is a development version of PTS firmware.
6. Copying text in PTS Terminal used to extend the selection by one character each
time - this has been fixed.
7. PTS Scope autoscale didn't work well on a straight line; now the autoscale has
a minimum scale of 10 units.
8. PTS Terminal flash upgrade (V2 type) always issues ZP, whether or not PTS Terminal
knows there is a PTS connected.
9. PTS Clone feature of PTS Terminal copes with AnyBus for QManager and QControl4.
10. QDrive Setup now correctly reports instant current (was 1.41* too large).
11. PTS Editor leaked "resources" when syntax highlighting was enabled. This shows on
Windows 9x machines mainly. It is fixed at this release.
