outcomes against deliverables




Once you have created the client's
website, you will need to review the actual outcomes against the
previously agreed upon deliverables. It is important that this is done
before the final client sign-off takes place. This way you can make
sure that nothing was overlooked.

To review deliverables against
outcomes, you should create a spreadsheet containing all deliverables
that were agreed upon during the pre-production process. You should
check all documents listed below for deliverables and check them off
in your spreadsheet
if they were completed.

Milestones and Deliverables
Milestone Sign-Off

Once your client is ready for sign-off,
you can repeat the review together and then provide your client with
the completed work. This will help considerably to obtain the sign-off
that is necessary for you to finalize the project and bill your
client.
