Overview




CIDS can generate event notifications
based on alarm severity. These notifications can be delivered via
email when an SMTP server has been added to the Network Topology Tree
(NTT) and all parameters have been correctly configured. Email can be
generated to single or multiple recipients. CSPM allows customization
of the notification process. In addition to email notification, the
CSPM host can be configured to execute a script triggered by the
event. All alarm events can be viewed using the powerful reporting
features of CSPM. These customizable reports can be accessed from
within CSPM, via HTTP, or securely via HTTPS.
