Release Notes for ArgusLab 4.01 bug fix release August 3, 2005

Bugs fixed:
-----------
1. Sometimes a geometry monitor could not have its value changed when the user right-clicked on it.
2. ArgusDock: if all poses in a docking had positive energies, an exception was thrown.
3. RMSD code had bug fixed (some hydrogens were being ignored).
4. ArgusDock code exhibits better reproducibility when the same calculation is repeated.


Behavior changed:
-----------------
1. If you were displaying a pose from a docking calculation and tried to save the file or start another calculation,
ArgusLab would turn off the display of the specific pose and restore the starting configuration of the ligand.
ArgusLab no longer does this. The currently displayed pose is retained when you save the file or start a new calc.
