to register the sf3 dll, execute: "sf3_reg.cmd"
to unregister: "sf3_unreg.cmd"

then place sf3.dll and sf3_ext.dll into gamedir (to game.exe)
you can also try out special sf3_ext.dll and disasm.dll (from bin_ext dir)
to see how the full cracks are made.
