These are not the best instructions!!
if the bolt will not go back into the receiver then there are 3 likely causes
1. the bolt is in battery position with the rollers locked out
2. the trigger pack is installed
3. the charging handle is not all the way forward and locked
4. a combination of the above
here are my instructions
using the picture above completely dissasemble your bolt group
clean it, oil it, and get it ready for reassembly
to reassemble, first take the firing pin spring and insert the firing pin through it. then take
the firing pin with spring and insert it into the rear of the locking piece

then holding the bolt carrier in your hands as pictured above, take the locking piece and
firing pin assembly and insert it into the bolt carrier - turn it until it just locks
then with the bolt carrier in your hand as pictured above with the long tube facing right,
and the grooves of the bolt carrier facing up - you will see 2 little windows in the grooves
of the carrier - if you are holding the bolt carrier like i have described, the window
closest to you is the one you need to worry about. then take the locking piece and slowly
turn it until you see the notch on the locking piece fill up the window closest to you.
then take the bolt head with the bolt head grooves facing down and the extractor facing
up - slide the bolt over the locking piece and push it all the way against the carrier.
then with your fingers - push the rollers in until they become flush - this will pop the bolt
head off of the carrier about 1/4 of an inch. then with a gorilla grip (or a wrench) take the
bolt and twist it clockwise until the grooves on the bolt are facing up matching the
grooves on the bolt carrier. this is your assembled bolt - if the rollers on the bolt are
locked out at all, you have to dissasemble the bolt and start from scratch. the rollers will
not allow the bolt to enter the receiver.
some people have said to put the bolt in the back of the receiver backwards and give the
carrier tube a whack - this seats the rollers and allows you to turn the bolt group around
and install it into your receiver. im not saying that this is incorrect - im sure alot of
armies have been taught this procedure, however, i cannot see any benefit to doing it like
this, and it can only damage your receiver - with a little practice you can turn this with
your hand - if youre still not strong enough to do this - use a wrench to turn the bolt.
to reinstall it into your receiver, make sure the entire trigger pack is removed and setting
somewhere else besides on your receiver - then check to make sure your charging handle
is all the way forward and locked onto the little tit, then carefully drop your bolt through
the rear of your receiver - it should roll downs the rails effortlessly, and slam home into
battery - flip the rifle upside down and peek into the bottom of the magwell - there
should be no gap between your bolt and carrier.
hope these instructions help
