1. Within Analysis Manager, expand the Module 18 database, expand the Cubes folder, expand the Warehouse cube, right-click the Partitions folder, and then click New Partition.
2. Click Next, click Change, click inventory_fact_1997, click OK, and then click Next.
3. Click the Time dimension, expand All Time within the Members pane, click 1997, and then click Next twice.
4. Type Inventory 1997 in the Partition name box, click Copy the aggregation design from an existing partition, select the Process the partition when finished checkbox, and then click Finish.
5. Click Close when the partition finishes processing.
