1.
Run FordScanSetup.exe from the CD-disk given or from another source
2.

Software for the scanner and for Driver for "Windows XP" will be installed into the folder:
C:\Program Files\FordScan

3.
Plug "FordScanner-USB ADAPTER" into any free USB-port of your PC

4.
When "Windows XP" System find new device through
"FOUND NEW Hardware Wizard" just manually point the location:

C:\Program Files\FordScan for "Windows XP"

5. Choose the Serial-Port Number in the Device manager of your Operating System

6. Start the software FordScanner

7. Choose the same Serial-Port as in the point 5.
