It is really a waste of time to replicate the above attached beautiful info-graphics or create my own info-graphics for my course.

These are the info-graphics which I have collected over a year as I have been extensively involved in performing eye exercises and helping others to enhance their vision. These info-graphics are from various top organizations/websites which are deemed to be well wishers when it comes to eye health and care. Thus I owe the complete credits to them for the info-graphics alone and not the contents of their websites nor have I been depending upon them. What I have shared with you all is my own experience and findings
