Spring
The snow after winter is melting and the nature is waking up (not only plants but also animals are waking from the hibernation). Temperature is increasing and stagnates between 10 and 18°C. The weather is mostly sunny, but also the rain isn't an exception. There could be floods because of melted snow.
Summer
Both the hot, sunny weather and thunderstorms are typical of this season. Many people like this season because of sunbathing and wearing thin clothes and are looking forward to it. These could be were easy disappointed by never-ending rain and thunderstorms. People are often on leave in summer. They are travelling all over the world.
Fruits and vegetables are ripening and are very cheap to buy. Summer provides also a good climate for animals (when there's no draught for a long time).
Autumn
Very sad season. It often rains, the wind blows and it's getting cold. Trees are shedding their leaves and become absolutely bare. Animals are searching for food for the winter. Birds fly to the south. People often have depressive moods.
Winter
Someone could love winter more than summer. The snow is everywhere, temperature beneath zero, simply a paradise for winter-lovers (especially for skiers and snowboarders). Even though the sky is clear, it is still very cold. People have to dress warmly, in order not to be ill. The nature is hibernated, only time to time you can sea a deer in a forest.

Environment in our country
On the one hand people have realized that the nature must be protected, so here were established National Parks, protected zones etc., but on the other hand here are still lots of factories producing tons of exhaust fumes so as cars do. But also the European Union tries to take steps to persuade people to think green. They have quotas of produced fumes, they promote recycling waste, environment-friendly products and alternative sources (especially renewable) of energy.
How can I help?
First I have to stop polluting the nature by throwing of litters on the grass and things like that. Then start separating waste, using bottle or paper bins and buying green products. If I were a green extremist I would take part in protest marches and publicly demonstrate my attitude.
Types of pollution
Air-pollution is caused by an industrial production and car exhausts. It could be visible as a smog (smoke and fog) what absolutely harms the health.
The greenhouse effect is the process in which the absorption of infrared radiation by an atmosphere warms a planet. Normally infrared radiation reflexes partially back to the space, but nowadays after the first reflection it reflexes back of the layer of carbon dioxide.
Ozone hole is a leak in the ozone layer, which arises by the activity of CFCs. CFCs were emitted by factories or even by the usual sprays. Without a complete ozone layer we couldn't be protected from very dangerous ultraviolet radiation.
