2 Scoops Ice Cream, Any Flavor
1 cup Milk
1 Banana, Broken Into Chunks
2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
Dash of Nutmeg/Cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until fairly smooth. Serve in a sour glass.
