How to install
1- Download the game.
2- Allow access to the internet for the following:
Install and allow access the EA Download manager
Allow access for the "Sims3Launcher"
3- copy/paste all downloadable content into your Download folder


4-Launch The Sims 3
5-You have added downloadable content to your Sims 3 menu
6-Select ALL to install







If it does not work. Your pc is still blocking the internet for both EA Downlaod
Manager and The Sims 3 launcher.

Finally got Riverview map to install.
1- Updated EA download manager
2- Use the copy of the map from the upload above.
Guess my prior map was corrupt
