Task 1

Aim:

Working out the set of conceptions realizing the set need and appropriate harvest of criteria in order to choose the optimal solution for given to the circumstance:

Process of constructing preceded by identification of the need - the designer must what tasks understand are resulting from this problem. Working the set out is the first step of conception, in which solutions action differs in nature. With the second step to the purpose of choice about the conception creating the set of criteria which irrespective of the set need will be characterized is with the following requirements:

1. exploitation

2. technological

3. production

4. economic

For machine structures these criteria will be answering:

Ad 1) step of adapting to the realization the given need:( the permanence, the reliability, the simplicity of the structure, protection against overloading or damaging)

Ad 2) the simplicity of technological processes, the easy assembly, repair, the exchange of elements used up,

Ad 3) preparing machines, preparing the staff

Ad 4) the efficiency, the profitability, prime costs, the cost of damage, the influence on the natural environment,

At describing the optimal conception in given conditions we are practicing the method of the double scoring- - it is approximate method (qualitative assessment through weighing the conception and criteria in given circumstances),

• set of solving the conception of given need R_L(L=1,2...n),

• set of criteria judging the conception k_j(j=1,2...m),

• circumstances in which the need is supposed to be realized, w_k(k=1,2...k),
