Teacher comes to the class, says “hello” and asks students how they feel. Then, she goes to each student and asks to choose one colour card with names of country and nationality.

Teachers says students that the two with the same colour card are a pair and asks them to go to the board. She asks each group: “where are you from?” and “what is your nationality?”. Students try to answer.

- to practise structures “Where are you from?” -“I'm from…” and “What is your nationality?”- “I'm…”

Teacher asks students to sit down and gives each pair puzzle with names of countries and nationalities. Student task is to match names of countries with correct nationality. When students are working, the teacher stick to the board cards with names of countries.

- to provide further practise of newly taught vocabulary

When students finish, teacher asks each person to go to the table and choose one nationality and stick to the correct country on the board. Then, students write down to the copy book.

Teacher gives each person a flag and a small card with the columns (name, age, country, nationality). Students task is to choose three people and asks them about the four things.
