Grammar Review: Resultative Complement
A verb can be followed by another verb or an adjective to indicate the result of the action or change (of the main verb or adjectival verb).

Examples:
Adjective as resultative complement: 做好了;吃饱了/吃飽了
verb as resultative complement:做完了;学会了/學會了;听明白了/ 聽明白了
Negative: “没(有) / 沒(有)” and drop 了
我没听明白。/ 我沒聽明白。
Interrogative:
V. Comple. 了嗎? 你学会了吗? 你学会做饭了吗?
你學會了嗎? 你學會做飯了嗎?
V. Comple. 了沒有? 你听明白了没有?/ 你聽明白了沒有?
V. (Comple. ) 沒 V. Comple. 你吃(饱)没吃饱?/ 你吃(飽)沒吃飽?
Commonly used resultative complements:
V. 完 - finished; fulfuilment of the action so that nothing left
我说完了。/ 我說完了。That's all I want to say.
票卖完了。/ 票賣完了。Tickets are sold out.
V. 好- finished; satisfied; successful
饭做好了。/ 飯做好了。The dinner is ready.
门没关好。/ 門沒關好。The door is not closed well.
V. 到 - arrived; attained
他没买到日本茶。/ 他沒買到日本茶。
V. 錯 - incorrect
对不起,我说错了。/ 對不起,我說錯了。
