RETAIL OUTLETS

Libra Project is planning construction of shopping center with area of over 60,000 sqm in Kielce.
PREM has found out unofficially that Libra Project,
a company with ties to Dariusz Miłek who is active
in the footwear production and distribution industry,
has purchased rights to a lot in the area of Warszawska
and Polna streets. An over 2-hectare lot has been taken over from Church Land Development and will be used
for the construction of a shopping-service gallery
with an area of over 60,000 sqm. The investment is being commercialized by Mallson Polska. Libra Project is also preparing, in cooperation with APA Kuryłowicz,
the construction of the multi-functional “Brama Jakubska” complex in Toruń, in the area of Żółkiewskiego, Szosa Lubicka and Targowa streets, and in Olsztyn, in the area
of Sikorskiego and Tuwima streets.

We have informed in PREM that Libra would invest approx. 200 mln in the construction of “Galeria Goplana” in Leszno. The investment would be built on the basis
of a design prepared by Łącki, Krzywoszański Architekci. ■

Q2 Studio will design Rank Progress shopping center with net area of 25,000 sqm in Łomża. The Q2 Studio architecural workshop from Wrocław has prepared
the concept of a shopping gallery, the construction
of which is planned in Łomża (Podlaskie Voivodship)
by Rank Progress from Legnica. The construction
of a 2-level outlet with a sales area of approx. 25,000 sqm is planned. The complex, which will be built
on the premises of the former military warehouses
on Legionów Street, will consist of approx. 100 stores. ■

Epico and Graf will invest 37 mln PLN in construction of shopping gallery with area of 10,000 sqm.
A consortium created by Epico and Graf is conducting preparations for the construction of a shopping-service company “Galeria Bialska” in Biała Podlaska (Lubelskie Voivodship). The investment, with a total area
of 10,000 sqm, will be located on Łomaska Street
on the premises of the former Bialskie Furniture Plant.
The procedure of registering changes in the structure
of shareholders of the company which will deal
with the construction of the outlet is taking place now.

The schedule of the works will depend on the approval of changes to the spatial development plan.
It is preliminarily assumed that the construction, the cost
of which has been estimated at 37 mln PLN, will begin
in 2011. The architectural workshop which will prepare
the concept of the outlet has not been chosen yet. ■

Niebieski Dom is preparing construction of Decathlon shopping center in Żory. Niebieski Dom company
from Krakow is supervising administrative procedures connected with plans for the construction of a Decathlon chain sports hypermarket in Żory (Śląskie Voivodship)
on Francuska Street. In Poland Decathlon builds outlets with areas of approx. 8,000 sqm. ■

Marbud will build RECE retail outlets with areas
of 5,500 sqm in Inowrocław and Grudziądz.
Marbud from Toruń has been chosen by the RECE Group
as the general contractor of shopping centers
in Inowrocław and Grudziądz (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship). Let us recall that in Grudziądz the outlet will be built on Kalinkowska Street, while in Inowrocław -
on 800-lecia Street. In both cases buildings with areas
of over 2,700 sqm will be built and the main tenant will be Piotr i Paweł.

In the past few weeks RECE has also entrusted
the general contracting of retail outlets in Piotrków Trybunalski or Kalisz. The investments, designed
by the Arcad workshop, are being carried out by Erbud. ■

Mercedes-Benz will build automobile dealership
and hotel in Bochnia with area of over 7,000 sqm.

ASO Mercedes-Benz Jan Kosmowski from Krakow
has begun administrative proceedings connected
with the planned construction of a hotel-exhibition complex and a hotel in Bochnia (Małopolskie Voivodship), next to the highway exit. The enterprise will consist
of the construction of a complex with a development area of over 7,700 sqm, consisting of a hotel with 44 rooms
and a Mercedes automobile showroom and dealership. ■

Akson has prepared construction of shopping center
for Tal&Co in Wieluń.
In late March of last year
the Tal&Co company from Wrocław received a positive environmental decision for the construction of a shopping-service center in the area of Popiełuszki and Warszawska Streets in Wieluń (Łódzkie Voivodship). The enterprise, designed by Wojciech Wilimowski's Akson workshop,
will consist of a market with an area of approx. 3,000 sqm. ■

Orion has commenced construction of shopping gallery with Aldi market in Lubin. The Orion Company
from Wolsztyn has commenced the disassembly of outlets located on the premises of the bus terminal in Lubin (Dolnośląskie Voivodship). The company will build
a shopping-service gallery with an area of approx.
2,500 sqm, with a section designated for servicing passengers. An Aldi supermarket will be opened
in the gallery. The schedule assumes completing the works at the turn of the third and fourth quarters of this year.
The general contractor of the investment is the Fesko Company from Lubin. ■

Futura 6000 is preparing construction of shopping-service center with area of 4,500 sqm in Mielec. Futura 6000 is trying to obtain permits for the construction
of a shopping-service center in Mielec (Podkarpackie Voivodship) on Szafera Street. According to preliminary assumptions, the enterprise will include the construction
of a complex with a total area of approx. 4,500 sqm,
which will consist of a grocery hypermarket (approx.
3,000 sqm), a general store (approx. 400 sqm)
and a shopping passage (approx. 1,200 sqm).

Futura 6000 is connected through its owners, Arkadiusz Barszczewski and Waldemar Kawalec, to the Rawix Capital Group, which deals with development activity
and the distribution of products of the Unilever concern and with the Komfort Dom construction company. ■

Prestige Development is planning shopping center
in Sandomierz according to concept prepared by ZIP Studio.
ZIP Studio from Warsaw has prepared the concept
of a shopping-service center which would complement
the “Nowy Sandomierz” residential complex
on Baczyńskiego Street in Sandomierz (Świętokrzyskie Voivodship). The investment will be carried out by
a company of the same name, created by Prestige Piaseczno and SM Sandomierz. The enterprise will include the construction of an outlet with an area of approx.
2,500 sqm. The investor is currently trying to apply
to the local magistrate for administrative permits enabling the commencement of construction works. ■

DEEM is preparing development of Galeria Sieradzka for KPP. KEEN Property Partners is getting ready
to develop a property located near Galeria Sieradzka,
on Grunwaldzka Avenue in Sieradz (Łódzkie Voivodship). As we found out, the company is planning to purchase
the property and to obtain administrative permits
by the end of June of this year. The construction
of the outlet, with an area of approx. 2,000 sqm, should
be completed within 18 months. The architectural concept was prepared by Anna Dziuba-Jaglińska's DEEM workshop. ■

Pol-Orsa is negotiating sale of lot with area of 1 hectare in Żary for 5.5 mln PLN for shopping center. PREM has found out that the Pol-Orsa Company is conducting negotiations connected with the sale of a property
with an area of over 1 hectare located on Żabikowska Street in Żary (Lubuskie Voivodship). An entity
which is planning to locate a shopping-service gallery
there is interested in the land. The lot is developed
with industrial outlets that should be disassembled
or adapted. The asking price is approx. 5.5 mln PLN. ■

Invest Consulting is preparing construction of Aldi supermarket in Piekary Śląskie. Invest Consulting, acting on behalf of Aldi, is conducting administrative procedures leading to obtaining permits
for the construction of a grocery supermarket. The outlet, which will have an area of 1,400 sqm, will be located
on an over 1.1-hectare lot in the area of Roczkowskiego, Śląska and Papieża Jana Pawła II streets.

According to our unofficial findings, the Junior Renovation-Construction Plant has high chances
for acquiring the contract for the general contracting
of the enterprise. Junior is currently building an Aldi supermarket on Piastowska Street in Ruda Śląska. ■

TBS Praga Południe is seeking designer of residential-service complex for 80 mln PLN in Warsaw. TBS Praga Południe (Social Building Association) has announced
an architectural contest for the concept of a residential-service complex at the junction of Grójecka and Banacha streets in the district of Ochota in Warsaw. Applications
for taking part in the contest can be submitted by May 11. The sum of the awards will reach 65,000 PLN.

The investment, the cost of which is estimated
at 80 mln PLN, will include the construction of a shopping center with an area of approx. 2,000 sqm in the location
of the current outdoor market and the construction
of an 18-story residential outlet with 200 apartment units (approx. 10,000 sqm). ■

Jeronimo Martins has commenced construction
of Biedronka supermarket in Suwałki.
In April
the Portuguese Jeronimo Martins commenced
the construction of a Biedronka chain supermarket.
The outlet, with an area of approx. 1,000 sqm, will be put to use in the third quarter of this year. ■

PRODUCTION AND WAREHOUSE OUTLETS

Cargotec will build factory for approx. 280 mln PLN
on 41 hectares in Stargard Szczeciński.
The Finnish concern Cargotec is planning to take part in the tender procedure, planned for May 29, for the purchase of approx. 41 hectares of land located in the area of the Regional Park of High Technologies, near the runway of the former military airport in Kluczewo, which is currently a part
of the city of Stargard Szczeciński. The asking price
of the land is 12 mln PLN.

According to information obtained from representatives of the authorities of Stargard, the Scandinavian group
is planning to invest almost 65 mln euro (approx.
280 mln PLN), including almost 40 mln euro which will be invested in the first stage, and over 24 mln euro in the years 2011-2013. The construction of a machine assembly hall and reloading machinery (for example, cranes and forklifts), a painting plant and office-social facilities are planned. Final employment is to reach 400 people. ■

ABB in cooperation with Industria Baltic Group will build factory with area of 23,000 sqm in Aleksandrów Łódzki. Industria Baltic Group, acting on behalf of ABB,
is conducting works on the contracting project of a second factory in Aleksandrów Łódzki. An application for issuing building permission for the construction of a hall
with an area of 23,000 sqm will be submitted in upcoming weeks. The general contractor of the outlet will be chosen through a request for quotes. During the realization
of the first stage of the investment ABB cooperated
with MC Kontrakty Budowlane. ■

Kronospan will develop production complex
in Dobroszyce for 72 mln PLN.
Kronospan Mielec
from the Kronospan Group has declared spending
72 mln PLN on the development of a production complex in Dobroszyce (Dolnośląskie Voivodship). The enterprise will include the thorough modernization of existing halls and the construction of a new outlet, which will be used
for the production of furniture accessories. Employment will be increased by 200 people. The schedule of the works depends on when approx. 30 hectares of land will be incorporated into the Kamiennogórska Special Economic Zone. ■

Luvena will spend 30 mln PLN on development
of production complex near Gryfów Śląski.
The Luvena Company has declared spending approx. 30 mln PLN
on the development of a plant producing phosphoric fertilizers in Ubocze in the commune of Gryfów Śląski (Dolnośląskie Voivodship). The investment will consist
of the reconstruction of outlets of the now bankrupt Fabryka Nawozów Fosforowych and the construction
of new production halls. Employment will reach 30 people. The date of the commencement of the works will depend on incorporating a property with an area of over
7.8 hectares into the Kamiennogórska Special Economic Zone. ■

Atmon has prepared construction of warehouse complex
in Żary with area of over 10,000 sqm for Kronopol.

The Atmon Company from Jelenia Góra is supervising administrative procedures connected with plans
for the construction of warehouse outlets on the premises of the Kronopol factory on Serbska Street in Żary (Lubuskie Voivodship). The enterprise will include
the development of a total area of over 10,000 sqm, including an Astron type warehouse hall with an area
of 4,700 sqm. The remaining 5,000 sqm will be used
for the location of five tent halls. ■

BASF will invest 17 mln PLN in construction of another production plant in Śrem. BASF, through the Elastogran dependent company, will commence the construction
of a second factory in Śrem (Wielkopolskie Voivodship) this year. The investment, worth 17 mln PLN, will be built in the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone. The plant will produce polyurethanes used in the production of plastics.

We have informed in PREM that during
the construction of the first factory in Śrem the German concern is cooperating with Wielkopolskie Przedsiębiorstwo Inżynierii Przemysłowej. ■

HSV will build production plant on 5 hectares
in Radomsko for 15 mln PLN.
In March the authorities
of the Łódź Special Economic Zone solved a tender procedure for the sale of an undeveloped property
with an area of 5 hectares, located in Radomsko (Łódzkie Voivodship). The property was purchased by HSV Polska, a producer of styrofoam packaging and isolations. By 2012 the company is planning to spend 15 mln PLN
on the construction of a factory employing 30 people.

HSV has been cooperating with, for example, Trasko-Stal during the construction of its plants in Poland. ■

RWE will invest 500 mln euro in construction of wind power plants in Poland. Kevin McCullough, a member
of the management of RWE Innogy, has informed
that the German concern would spend 500 mln euro
on the development of wind power energy in Poland
by the end of 2015. The company is currently realizing investments in Suwałki and in Tychów (Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship). ■

CoBouw will build Nafa complex with area
of 8,100 sqm near Goleniów.
CoBouw has acquired
a contract for the contracting of the design and construction works of a production-warehouse hall with a social building of the Dutch Nafa Company in Modrzew near Goleniów (Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship). Let us recall that in late December of last year the company received permission for commencing an investment in the Goleniów sub-zone of the Kostrzyńsko-Słubicka Special Economic Zone. The investor is planning to build a plant with an area of 8,100 sqm connected with processing hides,
for 8.5 mln PLN on an approx. 1-hectare lot. A hide processing plant of the Dutch Norpol Company is already operating in the area of Goleniów. It was also built
by CoBouw. ■

CoBouw will build Eurocolor complex with area
of 3,900 sqm in Pyskowice.
CoBouw has signed contract for the design and construction of a production outlet
with office facilities for a Polish producer of doors
and windows, the Eurocolor Company. The enterprise
will be carried out in Pyskowice (Śląskie Voivodship)
and will include a hall with an area of approx. 3,900 sqm. ■

Ecorys will prepare study documentation of Poznań Logistics Center. The authorities of Poznań have entrusted a consortium created by Ecorys Polska and Kolpron
with preparing the documentation of the Franowo-Zegrze Logistics Center, which will be a part of the Poznań Park of Technology-Industry, planned by the city.
The investment will be located on 105 hectares
in the Kostrzyńsko-Słubicka Special Economic Zone.
The contract will consist of preparing a study
of the feasibility of the construction of technical infrastructure, a report concerning the effects
of the investment on the environment and a marketing-financial analysis. ■

OFFICE BUILDINGS

Liberty Development is planning construction of office complex with net area of 40,000 sqm in Warsaw.
A conditions of development (WZiZT) decision
for the construction of an office complex, which Liberty Development is planning to building on Grzybowska Street in Warsaw, should be issued in upcoming days.

Maksymilian Ebenstein, chairman of the company,
has told PREM that according to the most recent assumptions, the complex will consist of two A-class buildings, an 8-story building with a lease area of approx. 9,000 sqm and a 27-story height dominant with a height
of approx. 100 meters (30,000 sqm net). A residential function had also been planned, but due to the market conditions the entire area of the buildings will be used
for office space.

The concept of the investment was prepared by APA Kuryłowicz and Costas Kandylis's workshop from Greece, in cooperation with Ove Arup. The investment, which has an estimated cost of over 100 mln euro, will most likely be managed by Euromost. It is preliminarily assumed
that construction works will begin next year. ■

E&L Architects and Parsons Brinckerhoff are preparing construction of office building with area of 42,000 sqm. E&L Architects is preparing design documentation
for an office outlet at 48 Domaniewska Street in Warsaw. The building, with a development area of approx.
4,000 sqm, will range in height from 5 to 14 stories
and will have a total area of approx. 42,000 sqm,
with 750 parking spaces. Administrative permits are being obtained by the Parsons Brinckerhoff consulting company, on behalf of an investor whose name we have not managed to find out. ■

Budomal in cooperation with Archi-dea workshop is preparing construction of office building with area of 22,000 sqm. Budomal is conducting preparations for the construction
of an office-apartment outlet with an area of 22,000 sqm
on Zgierska Street in Łódź. The design of the investment was prepared by the Archi-Dea workshop. A conditions
of development (WZiZT) decision has already been obtained. The date of the commencement of construction works is not known yet. ■

Budner will construct BTD office building with net area of approx. 8,600 sqm in Warsaw. Several days ago BTC-Invest entrusted Budner with the general contracting
of an office building which will be built in the area
of Niepodległości Avenue and Wielicka Street in Warsaw. The A+ class building, designed by the Kazimierski i Ryba workshop in cooperation with Ergo-Architekci,
will be 11 stories high (+ 1 underground level)
and will have a total area of 14,000 sqm, including almost 8,600 sqm of net space for lease (approx. 8,200 sqm
of office space and over 400 sqm of services).
The investment will be completed in the fourth quarter
of next year. ■

B'Art is preparing design of office building with area
of 7,000 sqm in Krakow.
Preparations for the construction of the “Pawia Trade Center” office building are at the final stage of obtaining permits. The investor, Angel Properties, is planning to build an outlet with a total area of approx. 6,700 sqm in the area of Pawia and Ogrodowa streets.
The design of the enterprise was prepared by B'Art
and the general contractor is being chosen now. Works should commence in the second or third quarter of this year and take until August 2010. Leach & Land Property Consultants is conducting the commercialization
of the investment. ■

Erbud will build office building in Krakow for Ericpol for over 20 mln PLN. On April 22 the management
of Erbud informed of having acquired a contract worth over 20 mln PLN net for the general contracting
of an office building with an area of approx. 5,800 sqm, planned on Bobrzyńśkiego Street in Krakow,
in the Krakow Special Economic Zone. We informed
of plans for the project in November 2007. The tender procedure was supervised by Tebodin SAP Projekt.

This week the management of Erbud confirmed information which we provided in PREM 487.
The company has signed a contract worth over 23 mln PLN for the construction of a Tesco hypermarket in Przemyśl. ■

Skanska has submitted lowest bid for development
of office building in Poznań.
Skanska has submitted
the lowest bid in a tender procedure for the development
of the office building of the Voivodship Administrative Court on Ratajczaka Street in Poznań. Erbud, Warbud, Begier, consortium of Agrobex-Budopol, Mostostal Warszawa, Budimex Dromex and PB Nikiel are also taking part in the procedure.

The design of the outlet, with a usable area of approx. 3,000 sqm, was prepared in the “Forma” architectural workshop. Works on the investment are planned to be completed in April 2011. ■

Polish Academy of Sciences is seeking contractor
of teaching outlet with area of 5,000 sqm.
The deadline for submitting applications for being admitted into
the tender for the general contracting of the seat
of the Institute of Basics of Informatics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) passes on May 21. An outlet with an area of almost 5,000 sqm and a cubature
of 15,600 meters3 will be built in the area of Jana Kazimierza and Ordona streets in Warsaw on the basis
of documentation prepared by the BPBO workshop.
No more than 8 companies will be allowed to submit contracting offers with a tender deposit of 400,000 PLN. Works on the investment will take until the end
of November 2011. ■

Authorities of Michałowice are planning construction of teaching complex with area of approx. 10,000 sqm in Reguły. The authorities of the commune of Michałowice have announced a tender procedure for preparing the concept and design of a school/pre-school complex on Kuchy Street in Reguły near Warsaw. Offers with a tender deposit
of 15,000 PLN are being accepted until May 4. Design works can be completed within 9 months.

The investment will be carried out in stages. The first stage, the realization of which will be completed in July 2011, will consist of the construction of a preschool
for 150 children. The second stage, to be completed by mid 2013, will consist of the construction of an elementary school for 360 students and a middle school
for 180 students. A sports hall will be built in the last stage. The total net area of the complex will reach approx.
10,000 sqm. The utility program was prepared
by the Architriada workshop from Pruszków.

WSIZ is seeking contractor of teaching outlet with area of 5,400 sqm in Kielnarowa. WSIZ (University
of Information Technology and Management) in Rzeszów has announced a restricted tender procedure (deposit
of 150,000 PLN) for the general contracting
of the International Education Center in Kielnarowa.
The subject of the order is the construction
on the university campus of a 4-story teaching outlet
with a usable area of 5,400 sqm and a cubature
of 21,400 meters3. Applications for taking part in the tender procedure are being accepted until April 27.
The investment should be completed by September 30, 2011. The cost of the enterprise is estimated
at 22.5 mln PLN, including 17.3 mln PLN which will come from the European Fund for Regional Development,
3 mln PLN from the national budget and 2.2 from the university's own funds. ■

FUAM Foundation is seeking designer of laboratory-office complex in Poznań with area of 4,300 sqm.
The Adam Mickiewicz University Foundation (FUAM)
in Poznań has announced a contest for the architectural concept of the “Complex of Incubators of High Technologies - Materials and Biomaterials”. Applications for taking part in the tender procedure should be submitted by May 8. The investment, located in the district
of Naramowice on Rubież Street, will consist
of the construction of laboratory-office outlet with a usable area of 4,300 sqm. 28 mln PLN will be spent
on the realization of the enterprise. ■

In June authorities of Szczecin will choose contractor
of teaching complex with cubature of 37,700 meters
3. The commune of Szczecin has announced a tender procedure for the construction of an elementary school
for 500 students with a sports complex, in the area
of Złotowska and Jantarowa streets. This is the first stage of the investment, designed by the Struktura workshop, which will consist of the construction of a 2-level teaching outlet and a sports hall with a total usable area
of 6,600 sqm and a cubature of 37,700 meters3. An indoor swimming pool will be created next (2,400 sqm,
18,000 meters3). Offers with a tender deposit
of 500,000 PLN are being accepted until May 27.
The enterprise will be completed in 16 months. ■

Authorities of Kielce are planning construction
of teaching complex with area of 5,300 sqm.
The City Council of Kielce has announced a tender procedure
for preparing the documentation of an elementary school with a preschool in the Dąbrowa II housing estate. Offers with a tender deposit of 21,500 PLN are being accepted until April 28. The project will be completed
within 7 months.

The investment will include the construction
of a complex of outlets with a total usable area
of 5,300 sqm and a cubature of 21,200 meters3,
which will consist of a school for 500 students
(2,800 sqm), a preschool (700 sqm), a gymnasium
(800 sqm) and a cafeteria with backup facilities (1,000 sqm). ■

Jerzy Partyka's workshop will design office building with area of 2,600 sqm in Kobylany. Jerzy Partyka's workshop from Kielce has submitted the lowest bid,
with a gross price of 150,000 PLN, in a tender procedure organized by the commune of Terespol (Lubelskie Voivodship) for the documentation contracting of an office building in Kobylany. The design of the outlet,
which will have a usable area of 2,600 sqm and a cubature of 9,000 meters3, will be ready in March of next year. ■

Intereko is supervising preparations for construction
of office-service complex by LC Corp in Katowice.
Joanna Horodecka from the Intereko Company
from Katowice is supervising administrative procedures connected with plans for the construction by LC Corp
of an office-service-shopping complex “Wieże Roździeńskiego” in Katowice. Let us recall
that the company from Wrocław is planning to build two skyscrapers, over 30 stories high and with an area
of approx. 200,000 sqm, according to a concept prepared by the Konior workshop. ■

Domino will design modernization of Voivodship Office Building in Gorzów Wielkopolski for approx. 10 mln PLN. The Domino Architectural Group has won a tender
for the modernization concept of the Lubuskie Voivodship Office in Gorzów Wielkopolski. The value of the works
in the outlet on Jagiellończyków Street will reach approx. 10 mln PLN. ■

Authorities of Legionowo are seeking contractor
of teaching complex with area of 5,200 sqm.
Bids
with a tender deposit of 138,000 PLN for the development of the elementary school on Jagiellońska Street
in Legionowo are being accepted until May 4. Design documentation of two outlets, with areas of 2,100 sam
and 3,100 sqm and a total cubature of 18,000 meters3,
was prepared by the Jarosław Wywigacz Design Services Workshop. Works are planned to be completed
in 12 months. ■

Elbląg authorities seek contractor for modernization
of teaching complex with area of over 5,000 sqm
.
8th May is the deadline for submitting offers, along
with a deposit of 100,000 PLN, concerning
the modernization of the Economic Schools Complex
on Królewiecka St. in Elbląg (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship). Documentation of the investment worth approx. 9 million PLN has been prepared by Maria Landowska's Starogard based architectural office. Works on the complex with an area of over 5,000 sqm should
be finalized by 16th August 2010. ■

Miastoprojekt-Bydgoszcz will prepare, for 180,000 PLN, design for extension of high school in Siedlce. The authorities of Siedlce (Mazowieckie Voivodship) have hired Miastoprojekt-Bydgoszcz to prepare documentation
for revalorization and extension of the IV High School
on Konarskiego Street. The design of the building
with an area of 2,700 sqm and cubature of 17,000 meters3 is to be ready by 15th November of this year.
An architectural concept of the investment has been prepared by Bożena and Henryk Kosieradzcy's office K2. ■

HOUSING INVESTMENTS

Dolcan is planning construction of complex with over 1,300 flats in Warsaw-Białołęka. Dolcan is holding preparations for the construction of a residential complex on Lewandów Street in Warsaw-Białołęka. The investment will comprise the construction of a complex of 52 three-story buildings with 1,300 flats in total. Dolcan's second project in Białołęka is going to be the construction
of a complex of 87 ribbon houses. The investment
will be situated on a land plot with an area of 6.5 hectares on Kamykowa Street. Architects of the complexes have not been revealed. ■

Gronner&Rączka preparing concept of complex with 20 buildings in Bielsko-Biała for Sobiesław Zasada. Acar Development has hired the Gronner&Rączka office
to prepare a preliminary concept for the development
of a land plot in the Sarni Stok area in Bielsko-Biała (Śląskie Voivodship). The investment would comprise
the construction, in the Trzy Lipki residential complex,
of 20 residential buildings with service premises, four-
to six-story tall, including two skyscrapers. The architect's representatives have informed us that so far, they have not received an order for the development of construction design. We have been told at the investments' preparation department of Acar Development that a detailed plan
for the complex will be prepared once the spatial development plan is issued. The area of the real property has not been revealed either. The investor has not applied to the City Office for WZiZT (building development conditions) yet. ■

SMLW is planning construction of residential complex with 244 flats in Jelcz-Laskowice. Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa Lokatorsko-Własnościowa (SMLW) housing cooperative has begun preparations
for the construction of a complex of five multi-family buildings with 244 flats in Jelcz-Laskowice (Dolnośląskie Voivodship). The investment will be situated on a land plot with an area of approx. 2 hectares on Grabskiego Street.
It will be complemented by 240 parking spaces
and 92 garage spaces. The cooperative is currently applying for WZiZT (building development conditions). ■

Fronton is preparing construction of residential complex in Krakow. Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa
i Obrotu Towarowego Fronton has applied to the Krakow City Office for an administrative permit concerning
the plans for the construction of a residential complex
in the area of Kobierzyńska, Rydlówka and Konopnickiej streets, in the Podgórze district of Krakow. According
to our sources, the investment will comprise
the construction of a complex of three five-story residential buildings, with an area of building development amounting to 1,600 sqm, on a land plot belonging to the Robotniczy Klub Sportowy Garbarnia sports club. The investment also anticipates the modernization of the existing sports buildings and the construction of a new one, with an office-hotel-restaurant section. In the proceedings, the investor
is represented by Sławomir Kozłowski's Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego legal office. ■

Warsaw-Mokotów District Office seeks architect
for residential complex with area of over 8,000 sqm.

28th May is the deadline for submitting offers, along
with a deposit of 10,000 PLN, in a tender
for the development of a design for a residential complex on Gotarda Street in Warsaw. We have informed in PREM that the investor, Warsaw-Mokotów District Office,
has hired Biuro Architektoniczne, under the direction
of Piotr Czyżewski, to prepare the concept
of the investment. According to preliminary assumptions, the investment will comprise the construction of a complex of buildings with an area of over 8,000 sqm and cubature of 32,000 meters. The district has reserved over
1.6 million PLN for the documentation development. ■

3E will build complex of multi-family buildings
with 190 flats in Chorzów.
Next year, Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa Budownictwa Rodzinnego “3E” housing cooperative, established by Robert Badura's Biuro Projektowe “Architektura” office, is planning to begin
the construction of a complex of multi-family buildings
in the “Panorama Maciejkowicka” residential complex
on Główna Street in Chorzów (Śląskie Voivodship).
The complex will be comprised of three buildings,
with approx. 190 flats in total, with usable areas
from 26 to 84 sqm. So far, the whole complex
has 28 ribbon houses. ■

Construction of residential buildings with area of 5,000 sqm is planned in Pruszków and Raszyn. 15th May is
the deadline for submitting offers, along with a deposit
of 200,000 PLN, concerning the construction of two residential buildings with a total area of 2,500 sqm
and cubature of 8,000 meters3 on Komorowska Street
in Pruszków (Mazowieckie Voivodship). Design documentation for the buildings has been prepared
by Radom based company “Inwest-Dom” for the “Zieleń Miejska” TBS (Social Building Association). Completion of the investment is to take 16 months.

A building with 48 flats will also be erected
on Nadrzeczna Street in Raszyn. The lowest offer
for the investment, with the price of 3.5 million PLN,
has been made by Krosno based company ComfortHome. Other participants of the tender are PPU Domek
from Radłów (5.3 million PLN) and Volcz-Bud
from Warsaw (7.3 million PLN). ■

Wroński will erect building with 76 flats in Gdańsk
for SM Chełm.
Kiełpin based company Wroński has been chosen by Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa Chełm housing cooperative as general contractor of a residential building with 76 flats in Gdańsk. The four-story building
with a usable area of 3,700 sqm will be situated on Szpota Street. The design of the investment has been prepared
by Sopot based office Gel. ■

PB Dombud will build TBS residential complex in Ruda Śląska. Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane Dombud (PB Dombud) has won a tender for the construction
of a residential complex for Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego Dombud (Social Building Association)
in Ruda Śląska (Śląskie Voivodship). Three 6-story buildings with 102 flats in total will be erected in the area of Kędzierzyńska and Ks. Czempiela streets, according
to a design by the Moska I Rachuba office.
The construction works are to take 12 months. ■

Nowbud will build residential-service complex
with area of 3,100 sqm in Kielce for KSM.
Zakład Usług Budowlano-Handlowych “Nowbud” has begun, as general contractor, the construction of a residential-service complex in the area of Warszawska and Wojewódzka streets in Kielce. The project, the investor of which is
the Kielecka Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa (KSM) housing cooperative, will comprise the construction of two buildings: an 8-story building with 32 flats (1,600 sqm)
and a 6-story building with service-office premises
with a total usable area of 1,500 sqm. Documentation
of the investment, which is to be finalized next year in July, has been prepared by Zbigniew Grządziela's office. ■

Domek and Anatex will carry out investments
in Raszyn and Ciechanów for 9.4 million PLN.
Ostrów based company PPU Domek has won a tender
for the design and general contracting of a residential complex on Nadrzeczna Street in Raszyn near Warsaw. The investment, conducted by the commune authorities, will comprise the construction of two buildings
with 48 social flats in total. Completion of the contract, worth 5.4 million PLN gross, will take 13 months.

Meanwhile, the authorities of Ciechanów have hired
the company Anatex to carry out, for 4 million PLN gross, the extension and revitalization of the town hall;
the investment has been designed by the Pantel office. ■

Wegner and PB Walkowiak will erect residential building with 48 flats in Gniezno. The consortium
of companies Wegner and PB Wiktor Walkowiak has won a tender for the construction of a multi-family building with 44 flats on Liliowa Street in Gniezno (Wielkopolskie Voivodship). Works on the building, with usable area
of 2,200 sqm and cubature of 13,300 meters3, designed
by the Architektor office, will take 14 months. ■

Świnioujście authorities are planning construction
of complex with 45 flats.
Świnioujście City Office (Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship) is preparing
the construction of a residential complex on Grunwaldzka Street. The plans anticipate the construction of a 3-story building with 45 flats. Offers with a deposit of 3,000 PLN, regarding the development of documentation
for the investment, will be collected until 8th May. Architectural works are to take 6 months. ■

HOTELS AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTERS

Coplan is working on design of 4-star hotel
with 100 rooms near Gietrzwałd.
Coplan Polska, following the order from the “Bliżej Natury” Company,
is working on a design for the construction of a 4-star hotel with 100 rooms on a peninsula at Wulpińskie Lake,
in the Siła village, Gietrzwałd commune (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship).

The investment is to comprise the construction
of the “Marina-Club” hotel with a complex of swimming pools, SPA center with 8-10 rooms, fitness club
and a complex of training-conference rooms. ■

Schletterer interested in building 2nd stage
of “Tropikalna Wyspa” in Marklo
wice. Vogt
of the Marklowice commune (Śląskie Voivodship), Tadeusz Chrószcz, has informed that advanced talks are
in progress with an investor interested in building
the 2nd stage of the “Tropikalna Wyspa” complex. We have been able to find out that Austrian company Schletterer Wellness & Spa Design GmbH, specializing in this kind
of investment, is to take part in the project. According to preliminary announcements, the second stage of the project will include a hotel, aqua park and
a parking lot complex. The cost of the investment
is estimated at 100 million PLN. ■

Polimex-Mostostal wants to build Polish Jews History Museum in Warsaw for 152.3 million PLN.
The consortium whose leader is Polimex-Mostostal,
and member - Interbud-West, has made the lowest offer, with the price of 152.3 million PLN gross, in a tender
for general contracting of the Polish Jews History Museum on Anielewicza Street in Warsaw. Other participants
in the tender (on their own or as consortium leaders) are: Warbud (163.4 million PLN), Budimex Dromex
(164.6 million PLN), Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex
(169.6 million PLN) and Sando Budownictwo Polska (217.5 million PLN). The investor, Warsaw City Development Management (Stołeczny Zarząd Rozbudowy Miasta), is planning to conclude the tender by July
at the latest. The construction is to take less than 3 years.

Let us recall that the investment, designed
by the Finnish office Lahdelma&Mahlamäki, will comprise the construction of buildings with a total area
of 18,400 sqm and cubature of 123,000 meters3 on a land plot with an area of 1.3 hectares. ■

Sopot authorities will appropriate over 74 million PLN for modernization of Opera Leśna. Jacek Karnowski, president of Sopot (Pomorskie Voivodship), has announced that works on the modernization of Opera Leśna
at 12 Moniuszki Street will begin this year.
The investment, worth over 74 million PLN, has received
a subsidy of 28 million PLN from European Union funds. The design of the investment, which is to be put into use
in 2010, has been prepared by Gdańsk based company Archi-CAD.

A tender for the substitute investor is currently
in progress; offers, along with a deposit of 25,000 PLN, will be collected until 26th May. ■

Construction of O. Kolberg Świętokrzyska Philharmonics
is planned in Kielce.
21st May is the deadline for submitting offers with a deposit of 1.5 million PLN in a tender
for the construction of a new seat for Świętokrzyska Philharmonics in Kielce. The plans anticipate
the construction of a complex with a usable area of over 13,000 sqm, on the basis of a design prepared by Piw-Paw Architekci. Works on the investment, planned in the area
of Żeromskiego and Głowackiego streets, will take 2 years. ■

Rzeszów Philharmonics seeks contractor
for modernization of buildings with area of 6,100 sqm.
23rd May is the deadline for submitting applications concerning admission to tender for the modernization
of Rzeszów Philharmonics buildings with a total area
of 6,100 sqm and cubature of 37,000 meters3. Five contractors will be invited to submit offers with a deposit of 900,000 PLN. Design documentation of the investment, which is to be finalized in the middle of 2010, has been prepared by Krakow based architectural office KKM Kozień Architekci. ■

APA Rosólski prepares concept of hotel with approx.
50 rooms in Poznań for CN Meritum.
CN Meritum
is holding preparations for modernization of a tenement house at 8 Roosevelta Street in Poznań. The investor
is currently at the final stage of obtaining WZiZT
for adapting the building for the purposes of a hotel
with 48 rooms or a high-standard office center.
The architectural concept of the investment has been prepared by the architects Sławomir Rosólski and Jerzy Ewing. The developer is considering carrying out
the investment on their own or selling the hotel. The value of the building with a usable area of approx. 1,500 sqm has been estimated at approx. 10 million PLN. ■

Buro Happold is working on design of Contemporary Museum in Wrocław. Buro Happold representatives have announced that works have begun on the design
of construction and installation of Contemporary Museum in Wrocław. We have informed in PREM that the contest for the concept of the investment had been won
by the consortium of companies Nizio Design International and DCK Pracownia Projektowa Damian Cyryl Kotwicki. The cost of carrying out the investment, which is to be financed from European Union funds, is estimated
at 160 million PLN. ■

WOW Wisła seeks general contractor for roofed swimming pool in Warsaw. Warszawskie Ośrodki Wypoczynku (WOW) Wisła has issued a tender
for substitute investor on the modernization of a roofed swimming pool on Inflancka St. in Warsaw. Applications concerning admission to tender will be collected until
20th May. No more than 20 companies will be invited
to submit contracting offers, with a deposit
of 800,000 PLN, for the realization of the investment,
the cost of which has been estimated at 47 million PLN. The construction works are to begin on August 1st
of this year and will take 2 years. ■

Kwidzyn authorities are preparing construction of sports-recreation complex for approx. 55 million PLN. The authorities of Kwidzyn (Pomorskie Voivodship) have applied for a subsidy from the European Union
for the construction of a sports-performance hall
on Wiejska Street. The value of the investment is estimated at approx. 55 million PLN. The design of the investment has been prepared by the Warsaw based office APA Cad.
It anticipates the construction of a complex with a total area of approx. 8,000 sqm and seats for 1,500 spectators,
a sports hall and a swimming pool. ■

Eight companies apply for participation in tender
for modernization of stadium in Inowrocław.
Tamex and Polcourt from Warsaw, Unipol and Masters from Szczecin, Alstal from Inowrocław, Ludbud from Police, Budopol from Bydgoszcz and AkBud from Poznań have applied
for admission to tender for the modernization of the city stadium on Wierzbińskiego Street in Inowrocław (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship). The works
will include modernization of the pitch surface, construction of a running track and main stand with an area of 1,400 sqm and cubature of 6,200 meters3. Works
on the investment should be finalized in August 2010. ■

Skanska makes offer with price of 19 million PLN
for construction of roofed swimming pool in Radom.
Skanska has made the lowest offer (approx.
19 million PLN) in a tender for the design and construction of a roofed swimming pool on Wyścigowa Street
in Radom. Works on the investment, being supervised
by the City Sports and Recreation Center (MOSiR),
will take 17 months. ■

Sanctuary with hotel with approx. 50 beds is to be built in Płock. A congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady
Of Mercy in Płock is preparing the construction
of the Divine Mercy Sanctuary. On 19th April,
a cornerstone was laid down for the investment which will constitute a part of the extension of the nunnery in the Old Town Square (Stary Rynek). According to the design, prepared by Grzegorz Ratajski's Tychy based office,
the investment will comprise the construction
of a pilgrim's house with approx. 50 beds, church
for 1,500 people and a museum. The date of beginning
the construction works will depend on the acquisition
of funds for the investment. ■

Consortium of ABM Solid-Instal Lubin will build swimming pool in Legnica for over 12 million PLN.
Last week it was announced that the consortium established by Rzeszów based ABM Solid and Instal Lubin had signed a contract for the modernization of a roofed swimming pool at the Primary School No. 7 on Polarna Street in Legnica (Dolnośląskie Voivodship).
The investment worth over 12 million PLN net, designed by the Archiprojekt office in Lubin, will comprise
the construction of a building with an area of 2,000 sqm. ■

Strawczyn commune authorities seek contractor
for swimming pool with area of over 4,600 sqm.

27th May is the deadline for submitting offers
with a deposit of 250,000 PLN in a tender
for the construction of a sports-recreation center
in Strawczynek (Świętokrzyskie Voivodship). A swimming pool complex will constitute an integral part
of the complex with an area of over 4,600 sqm
and cubature of 23,000 meters3. The investment will be based on a design prepared by the “Dom z Klasą M.M. Othman” Company. The construction works will last until the end of Jul 2011. ■

Jarocin Sport seeks architect and contractor for sports hall in Witaszyce. Until 5th May, commune company Jarocin Sport will be collecting offers with a deposit
of 210,000 PLN regarding the design and construction
of a sports hall in Witaszyce (Wielkopolskie Voivodship). The investment will comprise the construction
of a building with an area of 2,600 sqm by 15th August
of next year.

Jarocin Sport has also recently ordered a contract worth 3.5 million PLN to Novum concerning the design and general contracting of a hall with an area of 1,200 sqm
at the Primary School No. 4 on Curie-Skłodowskiej Street in Jarocin. ■

Mstów authorities are planning construction of sports hall for 11.5 million PLN. The authorities of Mstów commune (Śląskie Voivodship) have ordered a contract worth 175,000 PLN gross to Wielobranżowy Zakład Inwestycji Rolniczych concerning the function
of investor's supervision inspector on the construction
of a sports hall. The cost of the investment is estimated
at 11.5 million PLN. A contracting tender will be issued
in the beginning of May. ■

Integer will modernize National Museum in Wrocław for 10.5 million PLN. Management of the National Museum in Wrocław has hired Wrocław based company Integer to modernize a building with an area of 2,700 sqm and cubature of 10,000 meters3 at Powstańców Warszawy Square. Other candidates for the contract were Inter-System (11.2 million PLN), “Michalski”
(11.5 million PLN) and PREiB Krzysztof Zawadzki
(11.6 million PLN). The substitute investor of the project, the works of which will be finalized in 2011, is Partner Papes Edward Sierpowicz. ■

Fazbud makes lowest offer for construction of ice rink in Bełchatów. The consortium with Fazbud as leader has made the lowest offer (7.24 million PLN gross) in a tender for the construction of a roofed swimming pool
on Czapliniecka St. in Bełchatów (Łódzkie Voivodship). The consortium established by Mostostal Wrocław
and Binż offered a price higher by approx. 20,000 PLN. Other candidates for the contract are Hefal
(7.5 million PLN) and Strabag (8 million PLN).

Documentation of the building, with an area of building development amounting to 2,000 sqm and cubature
of 19,000 meters3, has been prepared by Rybnik based company Projekt 3. Works on the investment are to be finalized by 31st August 2010. ■

Consortium with PA W. Dominik will design, for 532,000 PLN, modernization of hospital in Częstochowa. City General Hospital in Częstochowa has hired the consortium established by Pracownia Architektoniczna W. Dominik, Elektrobud, Euro-Projekt and Anta to prepare documentation for the modernization of a medical center on Mirowska Street. The development of a design
for the complex with an area of 4,500 sqm is to take
5 months. ■

ABM will prepare, for 160,000 PLN, design for castle and park complex in Uniejów. The authorities of Uniejów commune (Łódzkie Voivodship) have hired Gliwice based office ABM to prepare documentation for the renovation
of the Castle and Park Complex in Uniejów (Łódzkie Voivodship), which constitutes a part of the “Uniejów Thermal Springs” project. Other candidates for the contract were Zakład Usług Architektonicznych Wanda Grodzka and Szlis Architekci office. ■

Remko will modernize students' hotel in Krakow
for 6.1 million PLN.
The authorities of the Krakow Mining and Metallurgy Academy have hired Krakow based Przedsiębiorstwo Remontowo-Budowlane Remko to carry out complete modernization of the students' hotel
on Budryka street. Design documentation of the building with an area of 3,200 sqm and cubature of 11,700 meters3 has been prepared by Skawina based company “Korpobud”. The works are to take 6 months. ■

Alfa-Dach will erect, for 6 million PLN, archive building for Falkiewicz hospital in Wrocław. Dolnośląski Marshal's Office has ordered a contract worth over 6 million PLN gross to the consortium of Wrocław based companies Alfa-Dach and BB Studio Architektoniczno-Budowlane ZREMB concerning
the development of design documentation and construction of an archive building with an area of 1,200 sqm
for the purposes of Falkiewicz Specialist Hospital
in Wrocław. The building, situated on Japońska Street, should be put into use within a period of 18 months. Other participants of the tender were: the consortium of OZ Bud and 5D Pracownia Projektowa (7 million PLN),
and Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane Inter-System
(7.8 million PLN). ■

San-Bud will build, for 6.5 million PLN, sports complex in Świdnica. Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Inżynieryjno-Budowlanych San-Bud has won a tender
for the construction of a sports complex at the Schools Complex on Ogrodowa Street in Świdnica (Dolnośląskie Voivodship). The value of the contract, ordered
by the commune authorities, will amount
to 6.5 million PLN gross. The contract will comprise
the construction, by 31st August 2010, of a building
with a net area of 2,300 sqm and cubature
of 17,500 meters3. ■

Złota authorities seek contractor for sports hall
for approx. 6 million PLN.
Until 21st May, Złota commune (Świętokrzyskie Voivodship) will be collecting offers with a deposit of 100,000 PLN for the construction of a sports hall at the Zespół Placówek Oświatowych teaching complex. The investment, designed by Zielonki based office Studio MK, will comprise the construction
of a building with a usable area of 1,300 sqm and cubature of 7,900 meters3. Works on the investment, the cost
of which will amount to approx. 6 million PLN, are to be finalized by 30th September 2010. ■

Hażbud will build sports hall in Biecz for 6 million PLN. Hażbud has made the lowest offer, with the price
of 6 million PLN gross, concerning the construction
of a sports hall at the Vocational Schools Complex
on Kazimierza Wielkiego Street in Biecz (Małopolskie Voivodship). Other participants of the tender, issued
by the Gorlice District Starost's Office, were: Alfa
with the price of 6.5 million PLN, Krośnieńskie Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane (6.8 million PLN), Modulor (7.9 million PLN) and Erbet (8.8 million PLN).
The investment, designed by Ekobud, will comprise
the construction of a building with an area of 2,500 sqm. ■

Arkona-Archikwant will design, for 280,000 PLN, renovation of Castle in Nakło Śląskie. The authorities
of Tarnogórski District (Śląskie Voivodship) have hired Bytom based consortium of companies Arkona
and Archikwant to prepare design documentation
for the overhaul and adaptation of the Castle building
in Nakło Śląskie for the purposes of the Silesian Culture Museum. Documentation of the 5-story building
with an area of building development amounting to approx. 1,100 sqm, situated on Parkowa Street, should be ready by 31st October of this year. ■

INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENTS

GDDKiA seeks contractor for National Road No. 7 between Kalsk and Miłomłyn. Olsztyn Division
of the General Management of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) has issued a tender
for the construction of National Road No. 7 between Kalsk and Miłomłyn (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodhip).
The task will comprise the construction of 37 km
of expressway, along with the Pasłęk, Marzewo
and Małdyty junctions. Applications concerning admission to tender with a deposit of 10 million PLN are to be submitted by 20th May. The works are to take 22 months. ■

Rzeszów authorities seek contractor for road
for 145 million PLN.
Until 18th May, the City Roads
and Green Areas Management (MZDiZ) in Rzeszów
will be collecting applications, along with a deposit
of 1.5 million PLN concerning admission to tender
for the construction of a route which will connect the city's northern ring road and National Road No. 4 and S19.
The investment will comprise the construction of 2.5 km
of a 4-lane road, along with access roads, two-level intersections and two overpasses. Completion
of the contract, the value of each is estimated
at 145 million PLN gross, is to take 20 months. ■

Sando will build bridge on River Bug in course
of National Road No. 627 for 75 million PLN.
Sando Budownictwo has acquired a contract worth 75 million PLN gross concerning the extension of Voivodship Road No. 627. The investment, being supervised by
the Mazowsze Voivodship Roads Management (MZDW), will comprise the modernization of 3 km of the road, along with tearing down an old bridge over the River Bug and construction of a new one. The investment is to be finalized by 31st October of next year. ■

Strabag's offer with price of approx. 162 million PLN chosen in tender for construction of junction in Warsaw. City Road Investments Management (ZMID) in Warsaw has chosen Strabag's offer, with the price of approx.
161.9 million PLN gross, in a tender for the construction
of a road junction at the intersection of Jerozolimskie Av. and Łopuszańska St. As we have informed, Bilfinger Berger's offer was initially lower by approx.
0.5 million PLN, but the committee found accounting errors in their documentation. ■

Pruszcz Gdański authorities seek contractor for city ring road. The mayor of Pruszcz Gdański (Pomorskie Voivodship) has issued a tender for the construction
of the city ring road. Offers, along with a deposit
of 2.7 million PLN, will be collected until 21st May.
The investment, the cost of which will amount to approx. 100 million PLN, will comprise the construction,
within a period of two years, of an overpass over
the railway tracks, as well as 2.5 km of the road connecting the intersection of Przemysłowa and Grunwaldzka streets with the exit of Kopernika Street. ■

Rybnik authorities seek contractor for infrastructure works worth 61 million PLN. 28th May is the deadline
for submitting offers with a deposit of 700,000 PLN
in a tender for finishing the construction of a sewage system in the Ligota-Ligocka Kuznia, Gotartowice

by the city authorities, is estimated at 61 million PLN gross. Completion of the contract will take 6 months. ■

Arcadis Profil will prepare, for 1.8 million PLN, construction of 12.5 km of Mniszew-Magnuszew road. Warsaw Division of the General Management of National Roads and Motorways has ordered a contract worth
1.8 million PLN to Arcadis Profil concerning
the preparation of a study for designing the extension
of National Road No. 79 between Mniszew
and Magnuszew. The documentation, concerning
over 12.5 km of the road, is to be ready within a period
of approx. 6 months. ■

DEVELOPERS AND CONTRACTORS

Tebodin SAP-Projekt has signed three new contracts. Tebodin SAP-Projekt has signed three contracts
in the Małopolskie Voivodship. Two of them are
for infrastructural projects: investorial supervision
of the reconstruction of National Road Nr 75, the Szarów-Targowisko section, and the construction of a connecting runway in the Jan Paweł II International Airport
in Krakow-Balice. The third project is connected
to coordinating lease of space in the Sandecja gallery, which is being built in Nowy Sącz. ■

VARIOUS NEWS

Matexim will receive 8 mln PLN for revitalization
of Old Town in Białogard.
The authorities of Białogard (Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship) have entrusted
a consortium led by Matexim with the renovation
of the facades of 29 historic tenement houses in the area
of Najświętszej Marii Panny, Staromiejska, Grottgera, Lindego, Kopernika, Rycerska and Matejki streets.
The works will also include the modernization of roads
and pedestrian ways with an area of 13,500 sqm.
A consortium created by Ekobud and Ekocentrum will be the engineer of the contract, worth over 8 mln PLN. ■
