RETAIL OUTLETS

IRES is planning construction of shopping center
with area of 30,000 sqm in Kosakowo near Gdynia.

The construction of a shopping center with an area
of 30,000 sqm will begin this year in Kosakowo near Gdynia (Pomorskie Voivodship). The realization
of the investment is supervised by IRES Polska, which,
as we informed, is also preparing the construction
of shopping centers in Szczecinek, Biała Podlaska and Bolesławice near Słupsk. The project of the complex
in Kosakowo is being prepared by
the Litoborski&Marciniak workshop from Poznań. Talks are currently being conducted regarding the acquisition
of a general contractor for the investment. ■

Bose International is preparing project of shopping gallery with area of 34,000 sqm for CLH. In the first half of next year Church Land Development, a company
with shares recently taken over by Dariusz Miłek, chairman of NG2, will commence the construction of a shopping gallery in Kielce. Architectural documentation
of the outlet, with an area of 34,000 sqm, is being prepared by Bose International, an American workshop known
in Poland for example for the project of the multifunctional Silesia City Centre in Katowice. The cost of the realization of the investment in Kielce, planned in the area
of Warszawska and Polna Streets, is estimated
for 300 mln PLN.

The company with ties to Dariusz Miłek is preparing the realization of three other shopping-service centers.
The galleries in Olsztyn and Toruń will be built
on the basis of documentation prepared by APA Kuryłowicz, while the complex in Leszno is being designed by Łącki, Krzywoszański Architekci. ■

Budus will build shopping centers with area of 20,000 sqm
in Bolesławice near Słupsk.
Budus has acquired a contract for the general contractorship of a shopping center
in Bolesławice near Słupsk (Pomorskie Voivodship)
on Szczecińska Street. The enterprise, managed by IRES Polska, will consist of the construction of a complex
with an area of 20,000 sqm. The project of the investment was prepared by the Litoborski&Marciniak workshop
from Poznań. The outlet, which will operate as “Galeria Handlowa Pod Wiatrakami” will be put to use next year. The main tenants of the investment will be “Piotr i Paweł” and “Agata Meble”. ■

Gardiner&Theobald is supervising preparations for construction of shopping center with in Jasło. Gardiner&Theobald is supervising preparations for the construction of a shopping center at the junction
of Bieszczadzka and Przemysłowa Streets in Jasło (Podkarpackie Voivodship). As we informed,
the architectural concept of the complex was prepared
by IMB Asymetria. Buildings with a lease area of approx. 46,000 sqm (including 10,000 sqm to be taken up
by a grocery hypermarket, 8,000 sqm by a DIY market, 3,000 sqm by a household electronics market and
13,000 sqm by a gallery with smaller shops and services) will be built in the first stage of the enterprise.

The construction of a Kaufland hypermarket began several days ago in Jasło. General contractorship
of the outlet on Lwowska Street has been entrusted
to RE-Bau. ■

Piotr i Paweł is preparing construction of shopping-service complex with area of 12,000 sqm in Poznań. Piotr i Paweł, an operator of a chain of grocery supermarkets, is conducting administrative procedures connected with plans for the development of two lots
with an area of approx. 1.2 hectares, located
on Druskiennicka Street in Poznań. The enterprise will include the realization of a shopping-service-office complex with a development area of 3,200 sqm and
a usable area of 12,000 sqm. ■

Erbud will build shopping center with area of 10,500 sqm
in Jelenia Góra for 32 mln PLN.
On June 30
the management of Erbud informed about having acquired a contract worth 32 mln PLN net for the general contractorship of the “Pasaż Grodzki” shopping-service complex in Jelenia Góra (Dolnośląskie Voivodship).
The developer of the outlet, with an area of 10,500 sqm and a cubature of over 46,000 meters3, will be “Rank Muller Jelenia Góra”. A company created by PHU Muller and E.F. Rank Progress. Works on the investment, designed
by the Niebudek workshop, will take until mid October
of next year. ■

Antan is preparing construction of shopping gallery with area of 6,000 sqm in Ostrów Wielkopolski.
The construction of a shopping center will begin next year on Raszkowska Street in Ostrów Wielkopolski.
The complex, with an area of 6,000 sqm, will be built
in the central part of the city, at the intersection of national road number 25 and number 11, routes Poznań - Katowice, Łódź - Zielona Góra, Wrocław - Bydgoszcz.

We have informed in PREM that Antan is planning
the construction of three more shopping centers in: Kalisz, Bolesławiec and Strzegom. The German developer's strategic partner for designing outlets is RKW Rhode Kellermann Wawrowsky. ■

Savi is preparing construction of shopping gallery
in Pułtusk with area of 10,000 sqm.
The Urbano company from Poznań is conducting preparations
for the development of an over 6-hectare lot in Pułtusk (Mazowieckie Voivodship). Buildings of the former army barracks are located on a lot between Wojska Polskiego Avenue, Tysiąclecia Avenue, Strzelecka Street and Armii Krajowej Avenue. A shopping gallery with a development area of 10,000 sqm as well as a residential estate are to be built in their place.

Savi is also cooperating with Urbano on preparing developing projects, including ones in Dzierżoniów
and Jarosław. The company belongs to Sławomir Kuran and has been active on the commercial real estate market for several years. The company has cooperated
with Raiffeisen Evolution Project Development
on the construction of a shopping gallery in Puławy.
It is also the owner of lots for retail investments,
for example in Olkusz, Żyrardów and Łask. ■

Urbano Inwestycje is preparing construction of shopping gallery with usable area of approx. 8,800 sqm in Radom. Urbano Inwestycje from Poznań, as developer and designer, is realizing a shopping gallery in Radom (Mazowieckie Voivodship) on Poniatowskiego Street.
The company has the right of using approx. 3,800 sqm
of land belonging to a private individual and is currently conducting administrative procedures.

Plans assume the realization of an outlet
with a development area of almost 1,500 sqm and a usable area of approx. 8,800 sqm of usable space next
to the 6-story main train and bus station. After
the necessary permits have been obtained, Urbano
is planning to sell the project to one of the developers. ■

Authorities of Brodnica want to acquire investor for construction of shopping-sports center worth 120 mln PLN. A tender procedure for the architectural concept
of a shopping-sports center planned in Brodnica (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship) will be announced
in July. The complex, the cost of which has been estimated for 120 mln PLN, will be built along Królowej Jadwigi Streets. Tender procedures for leasing land
for the investment will be announced in September.
A shopping center with a multiscreen cinema, a hotel
and a complex of indoor swimming pools will be built as part of the investment. ■

Rystal is preparing construction of shopping-service outlet in Pleszew. Ryszard Kujawski, the owner
of the Rystal company, is planning the construction
of a retail-service outlet in the area of Zamkowa and Ogrodowa Streets in Pleszew (Wielkopolskie Voivodship). The enterprise will include the realization of a two-story building with an area of approx. 1,500 sqm. The project
of the investment was prepared by Krzysztof Kowalski from Jarocin. ■

PRODUCTION AND WAREHOUSE OUTLETS

Waimea Business Park is preparing construction of shopping-warehouse complex with area of 56,000 sqm in Korczowa. Waimea Business Park, a depdendent company
of the Brabant developing company, is conducting administrative preparations connected with plans
for the construction of the “Korczowa Distribution Center” in the commune of Radymno (Podkarpackie Voivodship). The enterprise will include the realization of a complex
of six buildings with retail and warehouse functions
with a total area of over 56,000 sqm. The center will be located next to the traffic junction joining national road
4 with the A4 highway, near the border crossing
with Ukraine. ■

Budimex Dromex will build MAN servicing centers
in Gdańsk and Nowa Wieś Wrocławska.
According
to information obtained by PREM, Budimex Dromex has acquired a contract for the construction of two MAN servicing centers. The investor of the outlets, the total area of which will be 8,000 sqm and the cubature - 50,000 meters3, is Property Team. The buildings were designed by Assmann Polska and will be located on Lubowidzka
and Nowej Wsi Wrocławskiej Streets. The choice
of the general contractor was supervised by the Prodem company. ■

CoBouw will build production complex with area
of 13,000 sqm in Czosnów for Blyweer.
CoBouw has informed about having signed a contract for the design and general contractorship of a production-warehouse-office complex for the Belgian company Blyweert Aluminium. The enterprise will be located in Czosnów (Mazowieckie Voivodship) and will include the construction of an outlet with an area of 13,000 sqm. ■

Green Planet will build warehouse-logistics complex with area of over 19,000 sqm in Komorniki. Green Planet is conducting administrative preparations connected with plans for the development of a property located
in Komorniki near Kleszczewo (Wielkopolskie Voivodship). The investment will include the realization
of a complex of two logistics-warehouse halls with a total area of over 19,300 sqm (approx. 15,600 sqm for the first hall and 3,100 sqm for the second hall). Green Planet
is a company from Poznań which deals
with the distribution of garden plants. ■

Multi Projekt will build wholesale center with area
of 8,500 sqm in Szczecin.
In the second quarter
of this year Multi Projekt realized administrative procedures connected with the planned construction
of a wholesale center on Gdańska Street in Szczecin (Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship). The investment
will include the realization on approx. 2.5 hectares of a hall with an area of approx. 8,500 sqm with a grocery and household products wholesale outlet, with office-social sections and a warehouse section. The property is leased by Multi Projekt. ■

Polish Energy Partners will build production complex in Ząbkowice Śląskie for 12.7 mln PLN. PEP Biomasa Energetyczna Południe, which belongs to Polish Energy Partners, has purchased a property with an area of over
2.7 hectares, located in Ząbkowice Śląskie, in a sub-zone of the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone Invest-Park.
The company has declared spending over 12.7 mln PLN
on the construction of a production complex producing ecological fuel. ■

Lifton Polska will build production-warehouse hall
in Gliwice.
Lifton Polska, a company dealing
with the distribution of construction machines,
is conducting administrative preparations connected
with plans for the realization of warehouse-production hall in Gliwice (Śląskie Voivodship). The investment
will include the realization, in the so-called Kolej district, of an outlet with an area of approx. 1,400 sqm. ■

Agropin has purchased over 3.2 hectares of land
in KSSE. The Agropin company has won a tender procedure announced by the Kostrzyńsko-Słubicka Special Economic Zone for the purchase of a property
in the Słubice sub-zone. The investor purchased a total
of over 3.2 hectares. ■

Intruck is planning construction of office-servicing outlet with area of 2,500 sqm in Karpin. The deadline
for submitting bids in the tender procedure for the general contractorship of an office-service outlet in Karpin (Mazowieckie Voivodship) passes on July 22. The investor of the outlet, with an area of 2,500 sq, will be Intruck,
a company specializing in servicing trucks. ■

Acer will open production-distribution center with area of 20,000 sqm in Kobierzyce. It was announced several days ago that Acer, one of the leading producers
of computer equipment, will open a production-distribution center in Kobierzyce (Dolnośląskie Voivodship).
The complex, with an area of 20,000 sqm, will be built as part of the warehouse-production park realized by Prologis. The works on the investment (along with the assembly
of technological lines) are planned for the second quarter
of 2010. ■

Weyerhaeuser will invest 200 mln PLN in construction of factory in Poland. Weyerhaeuser Company, a partner of Procter & Gamble, is conducting advanced negotiations with managements of Polish economic zones.
The American company is planning to invest 200 mln PLN in Poland in the opening of a factory of diaper inserts.
The company has abandoned the idea of locating
the investment in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, which we informed about in PREM 486. Kutno and Gdańsk currently have the best chances for attracting the investor. ■

Energoprojekt Warszawa will design power block
in Warsaw for 2.9 mln PLN.
Vattenfall Heat Poland has entrusted Energoprojekt Warszawa with a contract worth 2.9 mln PLN for designing a power block with a capacity of 480 MWe at the Siekierki Heat and Power Plant
on Augustówka Street in Warsaw. The enterprise will be realized by 2014. ■

GTL is seeking designer of technical hangar at Pyrzowice Airport. GTL (Upper Silesian Airline Association)
is accepting bids with a tender deposit of 15,000 PLLN
for the project documentation of a technical hangar
at the “Katowice” Airport in Pyrzowice. The outlet,
with an area enabling the simultaneous parking of two code-C airplanes or one code-E airplane, should be designed within 24 weeks. ■

OFFICE BUILDINGS

Biliński has prepared project of office center for 180 mln PLN in Łódź. The Biliński Architectural Workshop has prepared the concept of an office center planned at 21 Wigury Street in Łódź. As PREM was informed, the investor
of the enterprise is a company with Israeli capital, the name of which has not yet been revealed. The realization
will pertain to the construction of a complex with an area of approx. 40,000 sqm, completed with an underground parking lot for 600 vehicles. The cost of the enterprise
is estimated for 180 mln PLN. ■

Novomex is planning construction of office building with area of 5,700 sqm in Opole. Novomex, a company belonging to Marian Berman, is conducting preparations for the construction of an office complex on Katowicka Street in Opole. The investment will consist of two segments (5 and 8 stories high) with a lease area
of 5,700 sqm. The project of the building was prepared by Arch Studio under the supervision of Adam Szczegielniak. Talks are currently being conducted with potential tenants of the investment, the total cost of which is estimated
for 30 mln PLN.

The office building will be built next to the “Wiktoria House” apartment building, the developer of which was Novomex and the general contractor - Budus
from Katowice. ■

NTPP is planning to build laboratory outlets worth
51 mln PLN in Suchy Las.
The decision concerning
the subsidizing from the “Innovative Economy” program
of the construction of two laboratories in the Nickel Technology Park Poznań complex in Suchy Las near Poznań will be known in upcoming weeks. If the decision is positive, the commencement of the realization
of a Medical Biotechnology Center worth 46 mln PLN will be possible in January of next year. The investment
is planned by BioCiontract.

The second of the planned projects is a laboratory researching supercondensers for the Institute
of Construction, Mechanization and Electrification
of Agriculture in Warsaw. The value of the investment
is estimated for 4.7 mln PLN. ■

Holdimex is seeking contractor of works on office building in Katowice with area of over 7,000 sqm. Bids for preparing the raw state of the “Brynów Center” office building on Gawronów Street in Katowice are being accepted until the end of July. The developer of the outlet, with an area of over 7,000 sqm, is Holdimex. The project of the building was prepared by Atelier PS, under
the supervision of Mirosław Polak and Marek Skwara. ■

Technobud has acquired contract worth over 71 mln PLN
for construction of Sky Tower skyscraper in Wrocław.
Last week the management of LC Corp informed about having entrusted Technobud from Nowy Sącz with a contract
for the general contractorship of the raw state of the “Sky Tower” multifunctional complex on Powstańców Śląskich Street in Wrocław. The contract, worth over 71 mln PLN, will be realized by the end of May 2011. ■

Authorities of Gdańsk are preparing tender procedure for construction of office complex with area of over 11,200 sqm. The tender procedure for the construction of the Gdańsk Business Incubator on Lęborska Street will be announced at the turn of September and October of this year.
The investor, the City of Gdańsk, is planning to realize
a complex with a total area of over 11,200 sqm (approx. 6,500 sqm of office space), according to a project prepared by the Tourus company. The cost of the realization, subsidized from EU funds, will reach approx. 58 mln PLN. The enterprise will be supervised by the Development Directorate of the City of Gdańsk. The first works
will begin in early 2010, the planned date of completion has been set for the second quarter of 2011. ■

Ten companies are trying to acquire contract for construction of exhibition outlet with area of 6,700 sqm in Kielce. According to unofficial information obtained by PREM, ten companies (Agat, Condite, Dorbud, Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex, Betonox, Binż, Joka, Mostostal Warszawa, Pol Aqua and Polimex Mostostal) have submitted bids for building an exhibition hall
on Zakładowa Street. The outlet, which will be used
by the Targi Kielce company, will have an area of 6,700 sqm and will be built on the basis of a project prepared by the BSP workshop from Bytom. Works are planned to be completed on July 15 2010. ■

Budimex, Warbud, Mitex are among companies invited to take part in tender for construction of teaching outlet .Budimex Dromex, Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex, Unibep, Warbud and Erbud have received an invitation
from the Catholic University of Lublin (KUL)
for submitting bids for the general contractorship
of a teaching-research outlet for the purposes
of the Biotechnology Faculty on Konstantynów Street. Bids with a tender deposit of 300,000 PLN will be accepted until July 21. Works on the investment, designed
by Bieńkowski Lis Mierzwa Architekci, are planned to be completed in mid June 2012. ■

Boxelder is preparing construction of office-warehouse complex with area of approx. 4,000 sqm in Rzeszów. The Irish Boxelder company is conducting administrative preparations connected with plans for the development
of a property on Załęska Street in Rzeszów. The enterprise assumes the construction of an office-service outlet
with an exhibition section with an area of approx.
2,000 sqm and a warehouse hall (also approx. 2,000 sqm). The project concept of the investment was prepared by
the Orlewski Architectural Workshop. The date
of the commencement of the works will depend
on obtaining the decision on the influence of the investment on the environment. ■

AGG Workshop has submitted bid for preparing project of Faculty of Philology of University of Łódź. AGG Workshop (Biuro Architekci Grupa Grabowski)
is the only participant in the tender procedure announced by the University of Łódź for designing the Faculty
of Philology with an area of 18,000 sqm. The outlet will be located on Pomorska Street behind the Faculties of Physics and Chemistry. Works on the investment will be realized
in the period 2010-2013. ■

Budbaum and BBWW will build school with area
of 7,400 sqm in Białystok for over 15 mln PLN.

The authorities of Białystok have chosen the bid submitted by a consortium consisting of Budbaum and BBWW worth over 15.1 mln PLN gross in the tender procedure
for the contractorship of an elementary school
in the Osiedle Bacieczki housing estate on Komisji Edukacji Narodowej Street. Documentation of the outlet, with an area of 7,400 sqm and a cubature
of 33,000 meters3, was prepared by Miastoprojekt Białystok. The works are planned to be completed
on August 15 2010. ■

Ekobud will receive 600,000 PLN for designing Nanotechnology Center in Gdańsk. The authorities of the Gdańsk University of Technology have entrusted “Ekobud” from Dmosin with preparing
the project of the Nanotechnology Center on Narutowicza Street. Documentation of the 4-story outlet with an area
of 5,250 sqm and a cubature of 25,000 meters3 and
a 2-story parking lot with an area of 4,700 sqm will be ready within 9 months. ■

Dombud has signed contract worth 13.3 mln PLN
for construction of library in Oświęcim.
In the past days the authorities of Oświęcim (Małopolskie Voivodship) have informed about entrusting Dombud with a contract worth 13.3 mln PLN net for the general contractorship
of a library. The investment on Nojego Street will consist of the construction of an outlet with an area of 3,000 sqm. The project of the library was prepared by Susuł & Strama Architekci. ■

Termobud will modernize teaching complex in Olsztyn for 11.7 mln PLN. Seven bids have been submitted
in the tender procedure organized by the University
of Warmia-Mazury in Olsztyn for the modernization
of the Milk and Food Quality Research Center
on Oczapowskiego Street. The bid submitted by
the Termobud company, worth 11.7 mln PLN gross, has been evaluated as the most advantageous one. The works will be realized on the basis of a project prepared
by the Akon workshop and will include the development
of the outlet which currently has an area of 3,900 sqm up
to almost 6,500 sqm.

Other companies trying to acquire this contract are: Budimex Dromex (12 mln PLN), Ekobud (12.3 mln PLN), Witka (12.7 mln PLN), Inwest-Serwis (13.8 mln PLN), Budoprzem (13.83 mln PLN) and a consortium of IPB-Ciechbud (15.8 mln PLN). ■

Przemysłówka will realize Aquaculture Center
in Olsztyn for almost 11 mln
PLN. Przemysłówka has submitted the most advantageous bid (10.9 mln PLN gross) in the tender procedure for the construction
of the Aquaculture and Ecological Engineering Center
of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.
The 2-story outlet, with an area of 3,500 sqm and
a cubature of 15,300 meters3, designed by the Arche workshop, will be ready in June 2011.

Other companies trying to acquire the outlet are: Arbet (13.72 mln PLN), Budimex Dromex (14.56 mln PLN), Pol-Aqua (14.56 mln PLN), Rombud (15.8 mln PLN), Ekobud (16.1 mln PLN) and IPB (17.7 mln PLN). ■

Authorities of Warsaw are seeking contractor of office building with cubature of over 30,000 meters3.
The Public Orders Office of the City of Warsaw announced a tender procedure for the realization of the Integrated Emergency Reaction and Coordination Center.
The investment will include the adaptation of a 5-story building from the 1950s, which used to house a complex
of vocational schools, located at 43/45 Młynarska Street, with a net area of 5,500 sqm and a cubature
of 30,100 meters3. The modernized outlet will contain Offices of the Security and Emergency Reaction Center and the Headquarters of the Municipal Guard. Bids
with a tender deposit of 800,000 PLN are being accepted until July 24. The period of the realization of the enterprise, the documentation of which was prepared by Tebodin SAP-Projekt, has been set for 18 months. ■

KWP in Gorzów Wielkopolski is seeking contractor
of modernization of outlet with area of 4,900 sqm.
Applications for taking part in the tender procedure
for the modernization and adaptation for the needs
of the police force of former army barracks on Myśliborska Street in Gorzów Wielkopolski (Lubuskie Voivodship) are being accepted until July 7. Five contractors will be invited to submit bids with a tender deposit. Works in the outlet, which has an area of 4,900 sqm, should be completed by September 30 2010. ■

Authorities of Oława are seeking contractor
of reconstruction of City Hall with area of 2,500 sqm.
The deadline for submitting applications for taking part
in the tender procedure for the reconstruction of historic City Hall in Oława (Dolnośląskie Voivodship) passes
on July 6. Five contractors will be invited to submit bids with a tender deposit of 150,000 PLN. Works in the 3-story outlet with an area of 2,500 sqm and a cubature
of 8,000 meters3 will be realized on the basis of a project prepared by Pracownia Konserwacji Zabytków
from Wrocław. The order should be realized by June 30 2010. ■

Marbud-Inwest will prepare development concept
of school in Zalesie Górne
for 227,000 PLN.
The authorities of the commune of Piaseczno (Mazowieckie Voivodship) have entrusted Marbud-Inwest with preparing the documentation of the development
of the elementary school on Sarenki Street in Zalesie Górne. Documentation of the school, for approx.
500 students, will be ready by the end of March 2010. ■

Contest for architectural concept of City Hall in Rewal is announced. The authorities of Rewal (Pomorskie Voivodship) are accepting applications for taking part
in the contest for the architectural concept of the new building of the City Hall until July 30. The outlet,
with a cubature of approx. 7-10,000 meters3, will be located on a lot at the intersection of Słoneczna and Nowy Świat Streets. The contest will be settled on August 12. The winner will receive 10,000 PLN and the order
for preparing detailed projects. ■

HOUSING INVESTMENTS

POC Partners has purchased lot with area of 15 hectares
for construction of apartment complex in Darłowo.

Last week it was announced that “Darłówko Development”, a company created by the Belgian company POC Partners, purchased a lot with an area of 15 hectares for 12.3 mln PLN net in Darłówek (Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship). The lot is located near the sea and will be used for the construction of an apartment complex. ■

SM Koło is preparing construction of residential complex with 455 apartment units in Warsaw. The Koło Housing Cooperative is conducting administrative proceedings connected with plans for the construction
of a residential housing estate on Białowiejska Street
in Warsaw. The enterprise will include the realization
of outlets with approx. 455 apartment units and underground garages. Environmental permits are being acquired at the magistrate of Warsaw on behalf
of the investor by the Arcadis company. ■

Polmozbyt is preparing construction of apartment-shopping-service complex on over 2.7 hectares in Krakow.
The Polmozbyt company is trying to obtain permission
for developing a property on approx. 2.7 hectares
in Krakow-Nowa Huta in the area of Pokoju 81 Street and Na Łąkach Street. The preliminary concept assumes
the realization of two outlets up to two stories high and eight buildings with a height of eleven stories. They will house apartments, shops, services and garages
in the underground levels. The investor is represented
in the proceedings by Małgorzata Reichel from the Aksjonat workshop. ■

SM Grodzka is preparing construction of Osiedle Jurajskie Housing Estate with 500 apartment units in Krakow. Grodzka Housing Cooperative is conducting preparations for the realization of the third stage of Osiedle Jurajskie
in the area of Wierzyńskiego, Myczkowskiego and Łupaszki Streets in Krakow. The enterprise will pertain
to the realization of multi-family residential outlets
with approx. 500 apartments units. Documentation
of the investment was prepared by Ryszard Goleń's Project Workshop. ■

Toruń authorities seek architect and contractor
for 2 multi-family buildings with area of 4,400 sqm.
Until 20th July, Toruń City Office will be collecting offers with a deposit of 80,000 PLN, concerning the development of design and contractorship of a multi-family building with 67 flats, as well as the development of design
for a building (34 flats) on Olsztyńska Street. Functional concept of the complex with total area of 4,400 sqm has been prepared at Aleksander Furmanek's Toruń based architectural office. Realization of the contract is to take
18 months. ■

Jakro seeks contractor for apartment building
with area of 2,100 sqm in Kołobrzeg.
Jakro, Poznań based company operating in the trade- and hotel real estate line of trade, has begun the procedure of choosing contractor for the “Willa Kapitańska” apartment building
in Kołobrzeg. The building with area of 2,100 sqm and cubature of over 6,300 meters3 will be created by modernizing the former Port Authority building
in Kołobrzeg. ■

Inwest-Bud will design, for 249,000 PLN, 3 residential buildings in Konin. The authorities of the Municipal Social Building Association (MTBS) in Konin have hired Inwest-Bud to design 3 multi-family buildings with total area of 2,900 sqm and cubature of 12,000 meters3
on Wojska Polskiego Street. Realization of the contract
is to be finalized by 15th September of this year. Another offerer in the tender, with the price of 257,000 PLN,
was Bydgoszcz based office “Complex”. ■

SM Powiśle will build residential building with groceries supermarket according to design by PA Marka. SM Powiśle housing cooperative is holding preparations
for the demolishing of Aba retail outlet on Kołłątaja Street in Puławy (Lubelskie Voivodship). The investor is planning to build there a multi-family building with 24 flats and a grocery-service store with area of 400 sqm
on the ground floor. The retail space will be leased to one of the national store chains. Design of the investment has been prepared by Pracownia Architektoniczna Marka. ■

Rem-Bud will erect multi-family building with cubature of 17,500 meters3 for Krakow based SM “Czyżyny”. Management of Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa “Czyżyny” housing cooperative in Krakow has hired the Nowy Sącz based company “Rem-Bud” to build a 5-story building with 49 flats at the “Dywizjony 303” residential complex. The building with cubature of 17,500 meters3 has been designed by Krakow based architectural studio “Fasada”. Works on the investment will take 12 months. ■

HOTELS AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTERS

Aquila Park in cooperation with Prodem is preparing construction of Express by Holiday Inn with 165 rooms. “Aquila Park Wrocław” is plannign the construction
of a 3-star hotel Express by Holiday Inn in Bielany Wrocławskie. The project manager of the investment
is going to be Prodem. Works on the realization of complex with 165 rooms will begin next year.

Aquila Park has so far carried out a Holiday Inn hotel
in Józefów near Warsaw. The general contractor
of the investment, also supervised by Prodem, was Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex. ■

Wagamo is preparing construction of four-star Hotel Wilkasy for approx. 13.5 million PLN. The company Wagamo is holding administrative proceedings
at the Giżycko Commune Office (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship), regarding the plans for the construction
of Hotel Wilkasy in Wilkasy. The investment will comrpise the realization, for approx. 13.5 million PLN, of a four-star hotel, based on local architecture. The investor, Grzegorz Sieroński, is applying for a subsidy from the EU funds. ■

PPHU Krajewski will build hotel complex in Orzysz commune for over 13 million PLN. Marek Krajewski, owner of the Łowicz based company PPHU Krajewski,
is holding administrative proceedings regarding
the construction of a hotel-recreation complex
in the Orzysz commune (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship). On the turn of 2008/2009, he applied
to the local municipality to establish the influence
on the nevironment for two investments. In Wężewo,
the investor is planning to build a four-star htoel
with conference and sports facilities for approx.
8.5 million PLN. In Tuchlin, he is planning to build
a tourism complex named Zielona Szkoła Puchlin.
This investment will cost approx. 5 million PLN. Krajewski is applying for a subsidy from the EU funds
for his investments. ■

Zielona Góra University will appropriate over
20 million PLN for modernization of students' hotel.
16th July is the deadline for submitting offers with a deposit of 200,000 PLN in a tender for the modernization
of the “Wcześniak” students' hotel in Zielona Góra. Design for the modernization of the building with area of approx. 10,000 sqm has been prepared by Archit. Zielona Góra University has acquired over 20 million PLN
for the realization of the investment from the Lubuski Regional Operational Fund. ■

Amako, together with KS Zwierzyniecki, is planning
to build hotel with area of 2,000 sqm in Krakow.
Agencja Reklamowa Amako will finance the construction of a hotel on the land plot of Klub Sportowy Zwierzyniecki, in the area of Focha Av. in Krakow.
The investment, designed by MTWW Architekci,
will comprise the construction of a building with area
of approx. 2,000 sqm, with 26 rooms. It will be complemented by sports, SPA, and restaurant premises. Currently, administrative applications regarding
the planned construction are being considered
by the Krakow municipality. ■

Hochtief made offer for modernization of stadium
in Chorzów for nearly 340 million PLN.
On 30th June, the representatives of the Śląski Marshall's Office announced that the offer (with the price of nearly
340 million PLN) made by Hochtief was the best
in the tender for the construction of roofing at the Śląski Stadium in Chorzów and the realization of works concerning the extension of the stadium's accompanying infrastructure. The price offered by the consortium
of Budimex-Max Boegl was 9 million PLN higher,
and the one offered by the companies Polimex Mostostal and Hans Boerner - 13 million PLN higher. Design
of the investment has been prepared by the German company GMP Architekten. The investment,
the realization of which is to take 21 months, will be managed by the consortium of Inwestprojekt Śląsk and Promis. ■

Fundacja TVN in cooperation with APA Kuryłowicz will appropriate 30 million PLN for construction of medical center. Fundacja TVN “Nie Jesteś Sam” (“You're Not Alone” Foundation) will appropriate 30 million PLN
for the construction and equipping the Oncology Profilactics Center. The building with area of 3,000 sqm will be situated on Roentgena Street in Warsaw-Ursynów. The investment, which will be put into use
in the 2nd quarter of 2010, will be based on documentation prepared by APA Kuryłowicz. ■

Archimedia wants to design sports hall in Poznań
for over 930,000 PLN.
Three offers have been submitted in the tender issued by the authorities of Poznań, concerning the designing of a sports hall with the value
of 60 million PLN. The lowest price was offered by Archimedia (approx. 930,000 PLN gross).
Other participants of the tender are Perbo Projekt
(2.64 million PLN) and Dedeco in consortium
with the engineer Jan Jakubowski (2.39 million PLN).
The hall, with seats for 2,500 spectators, is to be situated on Pułaskiego Street. Realization of the contract is to take
7 months. ■

MCS will receive 500,000 PLN for designing modernization of stadium in Bytom. The authorities
of Bytom Sports and Recreation Center (BOSiR) have hired Poznań based company Modern Construction Systems to prepare a design for the extension of sports stadium on Olimpijska St. in Bytom. The modernized stadium will fulfill UEFA's guidelines for 3rd category stadiums and will increase its capacity to 15,000 spectators from the current 3,600.

Design of the investment, the value of which is estimated at 50 million PLN, is to be ready
by 30th September of this year. Other candidates
for the contract were the consortium of Strzelecki Biuro Architektoniczne and Biuro Architektoniczne Maciejko, Ferbo Projekt and JSK Architekci. The highest offered price amounted to 2.9 million PLN. ■

ABM Solid and GPBP made offer worth 32 million PLN
for construction of hall in Jastrzębie-Zdrój.
Eight offers have been submitted in the tender issued by the authorities
of Jastrzębie-Zdrój (Śląskie Voivodship), concerning thorough modernization and extension of a sports-performance hall on Leśna Street. The cheapest offer (approx. 32 million PLN) has been presented
by the consortium of ABM Solid and Gliwickie Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Przemysłowego.
Other participants of the tender are the consortia
with Mostostal Warszawa and Mostostal Płock, Skobud and Holma, Budus and Chemobudowa, Warbud, Przemysłówka Częstochowa, PBOiUT Śląsk
from Katowice and Tychy based Concret.

The hall with area of 8,400 sqm and cubature
of 57,200 meters3 will receive e.g. stands
for 3,000 spectators. Documentation of the investment has been prepared by Gliwice based office Projekt Consulting. The contract is to be carried out by the end of November 2010. ■

Oleśnica authorities seek contractor for sports complex worth 27 million PLN. Until 5th August, the authorities
of Oleśnica (Dolnośląskie Voivodship) will be collecting offers, along with a deposit of 808,000 PLN, concerning the construction of a sports-recreation complex
with the estimated value of 27 million PLN.

The works will comprise the construction of a roofed ice rink with tennis courts functions, with area
of 1,200 sqm, social premises and a fitness club
(1,700 sqm), as well as the modernization of a swimming pool (approx. 1,000 sqm). The investment, based
on the design by Trans-Gaz, is to be finalized in October 2010. ■

Kołobrzeg authorities will issue tender for construction of sports complex worth 25 million PLN. 5th August
is the deadline for submitting offers with a deposit
of 250,000 PLN, concerning the contractorship
of modernization of football stadium on Śliwińskiego St.
in Kołobrzeg (Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship). Cost
of the investment will amount to over 25 million PLN net. Architectural concept has been prepared by the A.S.P.A. office. It includes modernization of the football stadium with a full-size pitch with natural surface, with two roofed stands for 3014 spectators, along with technical and social premises, as well as one training football pitch with natural surface. The investment is to be finalized in March 2011. ■

Sport StadiaNet interested in building sports-rereation complex for approx. 50 million PLN in Katowice. German company Sport StadiaNet GmbH is holding negotiations with the authorities of Kartuzy (Pomorskie Voivodship), regarding the conditions for the construction of a sports-recreation complex worth 45-50 million PLN. The investment will be carried out according to rules
of public-private partnership. The investment will include the construction of the city stadium with 800 seats
(400 under the roof) and a sports-performance hall
with 280 seats. The investment is to take 18 months. ■

Construction of sports complex for over 25 million PLN is being prepared in Nowy Dwór Gdański. The Mayor
of Nowy Dwór Gdański (Pomorskie Voivodship) has presented a concept for the realization of a sports-recreation complex on the basis of the current buildings
of the Ludowy Klub Sportowy Żuławy sports club
on Warszawska Street. The investment will be carried out by a public-private partnership. Three models
of the investment, the cost of which in the cheapest version would amount to approx. 25 million PLN, are currently being prepared. Tender procedures are also being prepared, concerning the choosing of partner for the realization
of the investment. Preliminary architectural assumptions have ben prepared by the office Arch & Pro Concept Zaleski. The works will include the construction of new stands, footbal pitches, roofed swimming pool, sports hall and possibly a hotel. ■

Częstochowa Art Schools Complex is planning construction of teaching building worth 21 million PLN. Construction of a teaching-cultural complex is planned
on Pułaskiego Street in Częstochowa, at the Art Schools Complex (Zespół Szkół Plastycznych). Design
of the complex, the realization of which will cost approx. 21 million PLN, has been prepared by Częstochowa based company “Forma”. The investment has been guaranteed financing from the EU funds. ■

Q-Arch will prepare design of Shakespeare Theater
in Gdańsk according to concept by A.T.I.
Gdańsk Shakespeare Theater (Teatr Szekspirowski) has hired Krakow based office Q-Arch to prepare a full-range design for a theater in the area of Podwale Przedmiejskie and Bogusławskiego streets. The works will be carried out according to the concept by Prof. Arch. Renato Rizzi, chosen in a contest in 2005. The concept anticipates
the realization of a building, the cost of which is estimated at approx. 30 million PLN. ■

Budimex-Dromex wants to carry out, for 16 million PLN finishing works in IGiCHP in Warsaw. Three offers have been submitted in the tender for the realization of finishing works in the building of the Institute of Tuberculosis and Pulmonary Diseases (IGiCHP) in Warsaw. The cheapest offer, with the price of approx. 16 million PLN, has been presented by Budimex-Dromex. Other participants
of the tender are Grupa 3J and Hochtief. The highest offered price amounts to approx. 21 million PLN. Documentation of the building with area of 5,000 sqm and cubature of 21,000 meters3 has been prepared by Warsaw based office Unimed. The works are to be finalized
by 1st September 2011. ■

Mitex has offered to build swimming pool in Kielce
for nearly 11 million PLN.
Five offers have been submitted in the tender, issued by MOSiR in Kielce, concerning the designing and construction of a roofed swimming pool at the Osiedle Barwinek residential complex. The cheapest offer, with the price of nearly
11 million PLN, has been made by Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex. Functional concept of the 2-story building with area of 3,100 sqm has been prepared at the ELA Zbigniew Miechówka office. The works should be finalized
by 31st August 2010. ■

Solec Zdroj authorities will appropriate 16 million PLN for construction of recreaiton-rehabilitation complex. The authorities of Solec Zdrój (Świętokrzyskie Voivodship) have informed about receiving a subsidy
of 8 million PLN from the European Union funds
for the realization of a complex of six recreation swimming pools on Partyzantów Street. Concept of the investment worth, in total, 16 million PLN, has been prepared
by Busko Zdrój based office Team. The works should begin in 2010; they will be finalized in 2012. ■

Kłodzko authorities seek contractor for aquapark
with area of 5,400 sqm.
3rd July is the deadline
for collecting applications concerning admission to tender for general contractorship of a roofed swimming pool
in Kłodzko (Dolnośląskie Voivodship). 5 companies will be invited to submitting contractorship offers
with a deposit of 300,000 PLN. The investment on Jana Pała II Street will comprise the construction of complex with total area of 5,400 sqm and cubature
of 29,000 meters3. Documentation of the complex,
the realization of which is to take 18 months, has been prepared by Pas Projekt Archi Studio. ■

PBM Południe wants 10 million PLN for modernization of Fort Sokolnicki in Warsaw. PBM Południe has made the best offer (10 million PLN net) in the tender, issued by the Warsaw City Development Management (SZRM), concerning the modernization of Fort Sokolnicki
in the area of Żeromskiego Park in Warsaw. Works
in the complex with area of 2,200 sqm, based on the design by the company Arhead, will probably begin as early
as this July. The other participants of the tender were: Intop Tarnobrzeg (11.2 million PLN), Winnicki (11.5 million PLN), Budimex Dromex (12.2 million PLN), Ciałbud (12.75 million PLN), consortium of Mostostal Warszawa-Acciona Infraestructuras (13.8 million PLN) and Stabilator (14.9 million PLN). ■

Instal Rzeszów and Nautilus want to build aquapark
in Tarnów for over 10 million PLN.
Seven offers have been submitted in a tender issued by the Tarnów Sports and Recreation Center (TOSiR), regarding the contractorship
of the Water Park on Piłsudskiego St. in Tarnów (Małopolskie Voivodship). The cheapest offer,
with the price of over 10 million PLN gross, has been presented by the consortium of Instal Rzeszów-Nautilus. Other participants of the tender are Firma Gutowski
(13.42 million PLN), Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex
(13.41 million PLN), Skanska (10.34 million PLN), Fewaterm (12.49 million PLN), Chemobudowa Kraków (12.78 million PLN) and ABM Solid (10.94 million PLN).

The investment, designed by the consortium
of companies Inwest Bau Dębica and Paweł Tiepłow Warszawa, will comprise the extension of the current complex by approx. 2,400 sqm. Once the works are completed the water park will have total area of approx. 5,700 sqm. Realization of the investment should
take 14 months. ■

Skanska, Budimex, Alstal and Warbud among companies interested with building sports complex in Warsaw. Skanska, Budimex-Dromex, Alstal and Warbud are among
the companies interested in the contractorship of a sports-recreation complex on Wiertnicza Street in Warsaw-Wilanów. The investment, designed by Aqua-Inwest,
will comprise the construction of a swimming pool, sports hall and an underground parking lot at the Schools Complex No. 79. The complex will have the building development area of 3,400 sqm and cubature
of 45,900 meters3. The works are to take 25 months. ■

Ekocentrum to be substitute investor for construction of medical center with area of 5,100 sqm in Krakow.
14 companies (e.g. ECM Group, GD&K Kraków, Hill International, PM Group, PXM Projekt Południe Kraków) have competed for the contract regarding the role
of substitute investor at the construction of L. Rydygiera Hospital's Radiotherapy Center in Krakow. The best offer turned out to be the one by Wrocław based company Ekocentrum, with the price of 440,000 PLN net.
The investment, designed by the local office PTS-IP,
will comprise the construction of a 3-story building
with area of 5,100 sqm and cubature of 20,400 meters3
on Złotej Jesieni Street. The estimated cost of the investment, the realization of which is to take 22 months, will amount to 60 million PLN; the construction
and installation works will consume approx. 32 million PLN out of total amount. ■

IKAR will receive 380,000 million PLN for acting as contract engineer on modernization of theater in Jelenia Góra. Jelenia Góra based company IKAR will act as contract engineer on the modernization of Zdrojowy Theater. Cost of modernization of the 19th century building with cubature of 7,000 meters3 is estimated at 11 million PLN.
The investment, co-financed by the Jelenia Góra authorities, is to take 25 months. ■

APP Drożdżyński will design, for 427,000 PLN, medical center in Torzym. Tomasz Drożdżyński's Architektoniczna Pracownia Projektowa has won a tender for the development of a full-range design documentation for the extension and modernization of a hospital
in Torzym (Lubuskie Voivodship). Value of the contract will amount to 427,000 PLN gross. The investment will comprise works on three hospital buildings with 150 beds. ■

Modernization of medical center with area of 4,700 sqm is planned in Śrem. 4th August is the deadline
for submitting offers with a deposit of 200,000 PLN, concerning the development of design and modernization of hospital in Śrem (Wielkopolskie Voivodship)
on Chełmońskiego Street. Total area of premises to be modernized amounts to approx. 4,700 sqm. Functional concept of the investment has been prepared by Marek Świerczak. Realization of the contract is to take 36 months. ■

WARS will prepare, for 230,000 PLN, concept
for extension of hospital in Nowy Dwór Maz.

The authorities of District Starost's Office in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki have hired the company WARS to prepare
a program- and spatial concept for the modernization
of District Hospital on Miodowa Street. Documentation, comprising buildings with total area of 6,000 sqm, is going to constitute an appendix to the application regarding EU funding. Realization of the contract is to take 4 months. The remaining offers were made by Pro-Medicus
(460,000 PLN) and WXCA (394,000 PLN). ■

Perfekt will modernize, for 6.27 million PLN, ZSM pavilion in Chorzów. Management of the City Hospitals Complex (ZSM) in Chorzów has hired Świętochłowice based company “Perfekt” to carry out extension of Pavilion I on Strzelców Opolskich Street. The new wing with area of 4,600 sqm will hold a surgery ward with four rooms. The works, which will be based on the design by
the “Gorgoń” archtiectural office, are to take 18 months. ■

Authorities of Lubicz commune seek contractor
for sports hall with area of 2
,200 sqm. 17th July is
the deadline for submitting offers with a deposit
of 116,500 PLN, concerning the construction of a sports hall in Grębocin, Lubicz commune (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship) on Szkolna Street. Design documentation
of the hall with area of 2,200 sqm and cubature
of 17,800 meters3 has been prepared by Nowa Tuchola based office Prodom. The works are to be finalized
by the end of September 2010. ■

Interbud-Lublin will receive 6.3 million PLN for modernization of Neuropsychiatry Hospital in Lublin. Management of the Neuropsychiatry Hospital in Lublin has hired the company Interbud-Lublin to erect a building
with area of 1,800 sqm and cubature of 7,700 meters
on Abramowicka Street. The two-story building has been prepared by BP “Arconel” as a connection between
the hospital and the administrative building. The works should be finalized in November 2010. ■

Borbud will receive 6.9 million PLN for construction
of cultural center in Pietrowice Wielkie.
The authorities of the Pietrowice Wielkie commune (Śląskie Voivodship) have hired Wodzisław Śląski based company Borbud
to erect, for 6.9 million PLN, buildings of the Cultural-Social Center on 1-go Maja Street. Works on the complex with area of 3,000 sqm are to be completed in November 2010. ■

Mark-Bud will build hall for SRKAB in Białystok
for nearly 6 million PLN.
Stowarzyszenie Rodzin Katolickich Archidiecezji Białostockiej (SRKAB - Association of Catholic Families of Białystok Archdiocese) has chosen the offer by Mark-Bud, with the price of over 5.9 million PLN, in a tender for the contractorship
of a sports hall at the Catholic Schools Complex
on Kościelna Street in Białystok. The investment, designed by the Ptaszyński-Rubin office, will comprise
the construction of a building with usable area
of 2,000 sqm and cubature of 16,000 meters3. Realization of the investment is to be finalized by 30th September 2010. Other participants of the tender were Fadbet and Rodex. ■

Krzysztof Żurkowski's office is preparing, for 329,000 PLN, design for extension of hospital in Przasnysz. Management of dr Wojciech Oczka's Hospital in Przasnysz (Mazowieckie Voivodship) has hired Krzysztow Żurkowski's Pracownia Architektoniczna office from Warsaw to prepare, for 329,000 PLN, a design
for the adaptation of former laundry pavilion (1,600 sqm) for the purposes of the Admission Center. Another participant of the tender was Olsztyn based “Studio Form” with the price of 350,000 PLN. ■

INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENTS

Consortium with Strabag will build A2 motorway Nowy Tomyśl-Świecko for 1.3 billion EUR. Austria Press Agency (APA) has reported that Strabag is the leader
of a consortium that will build, for 1.3 billion EUR,
106 km of A2 motorway from Nowy Tomyśl to Świecko. The investment, the realization of which is coordinated by the Autostrada Wielkopolska company, is to be financed from three sources: European Investment Bank
(974 million EUR), 11 international commercial banks (394 million EUR) and contributions from the shareholders of Autostrada Wielkopolska (186 million EUR). Works
on the realization of the investment are to be finalized
in the 2nd quarter of 2012. ■

17 aplications were submitted in tender for contractor of section of A4 motorway in Rzeszów. 17 applications concerning admission to tender have been submitted
in the tender, issued by the Rzeszów division of GDDKiA (General Management of National Roads and Motorways), regarding the general contractorship of the A4 motorway between Rzeszów Zachód and Rzeszów Wschód junctions, as well as the S19 road between Rzeszów Zachód junction and Świlcza.

The participants of the tender are companies and consortia with the leaders: SRB Civil Engineering, Dragados, Sando Budownictwo Polska, Poldim, Mostostal Warszawa, Strabag, Erbud, MSF Moniz da Maia, Alpine Bau, Budimex Dromex, PRDM Lublin, Herman Kirchner Polska, Siac Construction, J&P - Avax, Autostrada Wschodnia, Skanska, Mota-Engil. The contract includes the construction of 3 bridges, 9 overpasses and 6 culverts. Realization of the works is to take 18 months. ■

Tender dor construction of bridge for 234 million PLN, connecting Solec and Kamień, will be issued in 2010. Krzysztof Grabczuk, marshall if Lubelskie Voivodship, said that next year, a tender will be issued, regarding
the construction of a bridge connecting Kamień near Opole Lubelskie (Lubelskie Voivodship) with Solec (Mazowieckie Voivodship). It is estimated
that the realization of 1 km long bridge will cost
234 million PLN. The investment, which is to be put into use in 2013, is to receive a subsidy of 35 million EUR
from the European Union funds. ■

15 applications were submitted in tender for contractor of national road No. 7 Kalsk-Miłomłyn. 15 applications have been submitted to the Olsztyn division of GDDKiA (General Management of National Roads and Motorways), regarding admission to tender for the construction
of national road No. 7 between Kalsk and Miłomłyn (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship). The participants
of the tender are consortia with the leaders: PBG, Pol Aqua, J&P Avax, Budimex Dromex, Autostrada Wschodnia, Dragados, MSF Moniz Da Maia, Serra & Fortunato Empreiteiros, Eurovia Polska, Sando Budownictwo, Strabag, SRB Civil Engineering, Bilfinger Berger Polska, Alpine Bau, Erbud and Mostostal Warszawa. The task will comprise the realization of 37 km of an expressway, along with the construction of Pasłęk, Marzewo and Małdyty junctions. The works are to take
22 months. ■

PWiK is preparing construction of sewage system
in Sierakowice for over 65 million PLN.
Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów I Kanalizacji (PWiK - Water Supply and Sewage Systems Enterprise)
in Sierakowice (Pomorskie Voivodship) has obtained
a subsidy from the European Union for the realization

The investment will introduce order to the water supply and sewage management in the drainage basins of rivers Słupia and Łupawa. Cost of the works will amount to over 65.3 million PLN, out of which over 54.7 million PLN will come from the EU funds. ■

Consortium of Inżynieria-PRB Metro will carry out, for 41 million PLN, sewage system investment in Rzeszów. The consortium of companies Inżynieria Rzeszów and PRB Metro has made the best offer (41 million PLN net)
in a tender issued by the Rzeszów authorities, concerning the designing and construction of infrastructure connecting Mikuśka River and Wisłok. The construction of 2.2 km long channel, running from Witosa Av., along Langiewicza, Chrzanowska and Bulwarowa streets, where it is to be connected to Wisłok, will take 11 months. Another participant of the tender was the consortium
of companies Skanska and Ludwig Pfeiffer Hoch und Tiefbau (55.8 million PLN). The offer by the consortium
of Pol-Aqua and Sonntag Baugessellschaft
(69 million PLN) was rejected due to formal reasons. ■

Hydrobudowa wants to finish construction of sewage system in Rybnik for over 5.3 million EUR. Hydrobudowa Polska has made the cheapest offer,
with the price of over 5.3 million EUR gross, in a tender issued by the Rybnik authorities, regarding the finishing
of construction of sewage system in the Ligota-Ligocka Kuznia, Gotartowice and Boguszowice Stare districts
of Rybnik (Śląskie Voivodship). Other participants
of the tender were Pol-Aqua (12.3 million EUR), consortium of Bilfinger Berger Polska and Hydrobudowa 6 (8.4 million EUR), consortium of Strabag-Dywidag
(9.1 million EUR) and consortium of Akwedukt-PRI Korkosz (5.9 million EUR). ■
