RETAIL OUTLETS

Central Development with MWM Architects is planning construction of shopping center with area of 51,000 sqm. Central Developments, a company managed by Wojciech Jaśtal, is conducting preparations for the construction
of a shopping center in Tarnobrzeg (Podkarpackie Voivodship). The architectural concept of the complex, with an area of 51,000 sqm, planned in the area
of Sikorskiego, Sarny and Św. Barbary Street,
was prepared by MWM Architects from Rzeszów.
The procedure of adopting the local spatial development plan for a shopping gallery is taking place now.

Wojciech Jaśtal, who is coordinating preperations
for the investment in Tarnobrzeg, was the owner of an over 3-hectare lot designated for the construction of a shopping gallery in Wałbrzych. The lot was sold for 7.8 mln PLN
to NFI Octava.

Central Developments is not the only developer preparing a retail project in Tarnobrzeg. We have informed in PREM that Mayland Real Estate in cooperation
with IMB Asymetria is planning the construction
of a multi-functional complex. ■

Dedeco is finalizing contract for designing development by approx. 35,000 sqm of shopping center in Szczecin. According to PREM's unofficial information Mayland Real Estate is conducting advanced preparations
with the Dedeco Design Office concerning preparing documentation for the development of the “Ster” shopping center, located on Ku Słońcu Street in Szczecin. According to the assumptions, the first stage will consist
of the construction of an outlet with a lease area of approx. 25,000 sqm and the second stage of an outlet with an area of almost 10,000 sqm. As we informed, the concept
of the investment was prepared by Chapman Taylor. ■

Arch-Deco is preparing construction of Parkridge shopping center with area of 12,500 sqm in Żary.
The Arch-Deco workshop from Gdynia is supervising administrative and project preparations connected
with plans for the development of a property on Pancerna Street in Żary (Lubuskie Voivodship). The developer
of the enterprise is Parkridge, which is planning to build
a complex with an area of 12,500 sqm. Currently, the local magistrate is opinioning the architectural concept in light of the investment's influence on the environment. ■

PSS Społem is preparing development by approx. 15,000 sqm of Galeria Opolanin in Opole. Krzysztof Boczar, director of Galeria Opolanin and vice-chairman
of PSS Społem, said in a talk with PREM that preparations for the development of the shopping complex on Teatralny Square are at the stage of negotiations with two investors. According to preliminary assumptions, the enterprise will include the enlargement of the current outlet
by 15,000 sqm up to approx. 30,000 sqm. In addition
to retail, service space and an underground garage, the new complex will include an entertainment section. The cost
of the investment is estimated at 100 mln euro. Społem has not yet applied to the local magistrate with an application for administrative permits and has not yet chosen
the design workshop which will be entrusted
with preparing the architectural concept.

In 2004 we informed that the contract, worth
15 mln PLN, for the contractorship of the modernization
of “Galeria Opolanin” had been entrusted to Mostostal Siedlce. ■

Kubara Investment House preparing construction of shopping center with area of approx. 11,000 sqm in Dzierżoniów. Kubara Investment House is conducting preparations
for developing a property located in downtown Dzierżoniów (Dolnośląskie Voivodship), near the city market square. The preliminary development concept
of the area was prepared by Q2 Studio. It assumes
the construction of a complex with a total area of 11,000, with shopping, service, entertainment (multi-screen cinema) and hotel functions. The spatial development plan will be ready in November.

Kubara Investment House is a company publishing several local newspapers in the area of Lower Silesia. ■

Azbud is interested in construction of multi-functional complex in Warsaw for approx. 1 billion PLN. Azbud is interested in the construction of a multi-functional complex on Konwiktorska Street in Warsaw. The company
from Krakow, which has taken over 51% of shares
in the basketball section of the Polonia sports club,
one of the users of the property on Konwiktorska Street, has declared that is is ready to spend 1 billion PLN
on the modernization of sports facilities and
the construction of a retail complex with a shopping gallery.

Azbud has so far been focusing on development activity in the area of Małopolska. The company has been constructing office buildings and warehouse centers; it has also taken part, as sub-contractor, in the construction
of “Galeria Krakowska.”

Józef Wojciechowski, the main shareholder of J.W. Construction and the owner of the football section
of Polonia Warszawa, is also interested in cooperating
with the authorities of Warsaw. The architectural concept of the investment will be presented soon. ■

CHM Gwarek is preparing shopping-wholesale center with area of over 100,000 sqm in Tarnowskie Góry.
The Gwarek Shopping-Warehouse Center is preparing
the construction of a shopping complex with a final area
of over 100,000 sqm in Tarnowskie Góry (Śląskie Voivodship).

The first stage of the enterprise will include
the adaptation of post-industrial halls of the former meat plant on Zagórska Street. The investment will consist
of the creation of shopping stalls and warehouse space
in the outlets, which have an area of 50,000 sqm. Works are planned to begin in November of this year and
the general contractor should be chosen in October
of this year.

CHM Gwarek is also planning the realization of two more stages of the development of the property, which has an area of over 33 hectares. The enterprise will consist
of the construction of two halls with areas of approx. 30,000 sqm and 25,000 sqm. Commencement of the works will depend on progress of the commercialization
of existing outlets. ■

Instal Białystok will build shopping center in Ełk
for Tesco.
Hill International, acting on behalf of Tesco Polska, has entrusted Instal Białystok with a contract
for the construction of a shopping center in Ełk (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship). The outlet,
with an area of 3,000 sqm, will be built in the area
of Suwalska and Łukaszewicza streets. ■

Tal&Co Management is preparing construction
of Kaufland in Namysłów.
Tal&Co. Management
is conducting preparations for the construction
of a shopping center in Namysłów (Opolskie Voivodship). According to our unofficial findings, Kaufland will be
the main tenant of the outlet. The investment, the developer of which is Tal&Co Management, will be built on the basis of a design prepared by the Akson workshop
from Wrocław.

Akson is also cooperating with Tal&Co Management on the construction of Kaufland supermarkets in Wieluń and Hrubieszów. ■

Świtalski i Synowie will build shopping gallery
with area of 2,000 sqm in Płock.
Katarzyna Frąckowiak, Świtalski i Synowie marketing specialist, has informed
that the company she represents has received permission for the construction of the “MiniPark” shopping gallery
in Płock. The outlet, with an area of over 2,000 sqm,
will be put to use in the second quarter of 2010. ■

Budrem Development is planning construction of Netto supermarket in Ozorków. Budrem Development
is planning the construction of a supermarket
on 11 Listopada Street in Ozorków (Łódzkie Voivodship). The outlet, with an area of 1,000 sqm, will operate as part of the Netto chain. ■

Elektrobudowa has acquired contract for construction of Tesco hypermarket in Lubawa. According
to information obtained by PREM, Elektrobudowa has obtained an order for the general contractorship of a Tesco supermarket in Lubawa (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship). This is the second contract recently obtained for the construction of an outlet of the British chain. Several weeks ago we informed that Elektrobudowa would build a Tesco market in Pruszcz Gdański. ■

Urbano and Dekra will build retail-service complex with area of over 2,000 sqm in Koziegłowy. Urbano Inwestycje and Dekra are preparing the construction
of a shopping-service center in Koziegłowy (Wielkopolskie Voivodship), in the area of Gdyńska and Piaskowa streets. The investment will consist of the construction of a market of one of the German chains with a development area
of 1,350 sqm and an automobile servicing complex
with a workshop and a carwash (800 sqm) on a lot
with an area of over 1.3 hectares. The works should begin in the third quarter of this year. ■

Marc-Pol preparing construction of shopping center
in Podkowa Leśna.
In mid July Marc-Pol applied
to the City Council of Podkowa Leśna (Mazowieckie Voivodship) for establishing the effects on the environment of the construction of a shopping-service center.
The complex will be located near Voivodship Road 719. The investor is represented by Jerzy Kobus. ■

PZM is preparing construction of servicing center
on 0.8 hectare in Toruń.
PZM (Polish Motor Association) is preparing the construction of a complex consisting
of an automobile servcing outlet and training halls
at 90 Szosa Lubicka Street in Toruń. PZM has received from city authorities a property with an area of 0.8 hectare in exchange for a lot located on Św. Katarzyny Square.
The enterprise will include the construction of buildings with a development area of up to 2,000 sqm and up
to 10 meters high. The investment is currently at the stage of establishing its effects on the environment. ■

Tesco interested in purchasing lot with area
of 0.8 hectare for constructio
n of supermarket in Rypin. Authorities of the District of Rypin (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship) are preparing a property on Dłutka Street
for sale. The lot, with an area of approx. 0.8 hectare,
is developed with an unfinished hospital (approx. 3,200 sqm).

A change of the local spatial development plan is being prepared now. It will allow the construction of a shopping-service investment on the lot. It is unofficially known
that Tesco is interested in purchasing the parcel. ■

PRODUCTION AND WAREHOUSE OUTLETS

LM Glasfiber planning to invest 600 mln PLN
in development of factory in Goleniów.
Krzysztof Dołganow, chairman of the Kostrzyńsko-Słubicka Special Economic Zone, has informed that preliminary talks are taking place with representatives of LM Glasfiber,
a company producing sub-components for wind power plants. According to unofficial arrangements, the Danish company may invest approx. 600 mln PLN, in two stages, in the construction and equipping of a production plant. Andrzej Nadobny, director of the Branch of Architectural and Environmental Protection at the City and Commune Council of Goleniów, said that the lots (28 hectares)
which LM Glasfiber is in possession of are designated
for production activity.

We informed in January 2008 (PREM 428) that the first stage of LM Glasfiber's investment was being carried out by Multiprojekt, as general contractor. Documentation
of the complex, with an area of 25,000 sqm, was prepared by Niras. ■

Mirbud will build warehouse-office center in Łazy
for over 20.7 mln PLN.
Mirbud has informed of having signed a contract with Sinda Poland Corporation
for the contractorship of a warehouse-office complex
in Łazy near Warsaw (Mazowieckie Voivodship).
The contract, worth over 20.7 mln PLN gross, will be completed by the end of June 2010. ■

Unibep will build production-warehouse complex
in Wysokie Mazowieckie for over 16 mln PLN.
On July 28 the management of Unibep informed of signing
a contract with the Mlekovita Milk Cooperative
for the development of the production plant in Wysokie Maz. (Podlaskie Voivodship). The contract, worth over
16 mln PLN, will consist of the construction of a cheese-ripening hall. Works on the investment will take until April of next year. ■

Medcom will build production-office complex
in
Warsaw according to design by Outin. Medcom
is accepting bids with a tender deposit of 250,000 PLN
for the contractorship of the company's new seat on Barska Street in Warsaw until August 20. The investment will consist of the construction of an office-production outlet with a usable area of over 3,700 sqm, including an office section with an area of approx. 1,000 sqm and
a production-warehouse section with an area of over
2,700 sqm. The design of the enterprise was prepared
by Outin Architektura. ■

EFL Service preparing construction of servicing-warehouse center in Mirków near Wrocław.
EFL Service, a company which is part of European Leasing Fund's capital group, is conducting preparations
for developing a 3-hectare lot in Mirków near Wrocław. The lot on Jodłowa Street will be used for the construction of an office-warehouse-service complex. The investor will carry out the sale of automobiles and trucks there. ■

AON-T preparing construction of truck servicing complex in Biała Podlaska for DAF Trucks.
TB Nieruchomości, a dependent company of DAF Trucks Polska, is conducting preparations for developing
a property on Brzeska Street in Biała Podlaska (Podlaskie Voivodship). The investment will include the construction of a DAF truck servicing center. Administrative
and environmental procedures at the local magistrate are being supervised by AON-T from Łódź. ■

PRS Wschód and Karmar interested in building waste utilization plant in Chełm. Bids have been submitted
by PRS Wschód and Karmar in a tender organized
by the Chełm Waste Management Corporation
for the construction of the Communal Waste Processing Plant in Srebrzyszcze (Lubelskie Voivodship). The lowest bid, for over 10.6 mln PLN gross, was submitted by PRS Wschód. Karmar wants to carry out the order for over
11.8 mln PLN gross.

The outlet, with an area of 3,900 sqm and a cubature
of 29,600 meters3, will serve as a sorting plant, a used household appliance warehouse, a composting area and
an alternative fuel production area. Works, which are being carried out on the basis of a design prepared by Inżynieria Pro Eko from Warsaw, are planned to be completed within 9 months. ■

Zelnar seeking contractor of production complex
with area of 3,200 sqm near Rzeszów.
Zelnar is accepting bids with a tender deposit of 200,000 PLN
for the contractorship of a production hall with an office-social building in Trzebownisko near Rzeszów (Podkarpackie Voivodship). The investment,
the documentation of which was prepared by S-Projekt, will consist of the construction of a complex with an area of over 3,200 sqm.

We have informed in PREM of the purchase
by the company of a lot with an area of 1.3 hectares located in a sub-zone of the Euro-Park Mielec Special Economic Zone. According to the investor's declarations, a plant designing and producing technological machines and tools will be built there. ■

Shimano Polska has entrusted W.P.I.P. with construction
of warehouse-office complex in Żerniki near Gądki.
On July 16 the management of W.P.I.P. informed of having obtained a contract for the general contractorship
of a warehouse hall and office building in Żerniki near Gądki (Wielkopolskie Voivodship). The complex,
which will have an area of 3,000 sqm, will be built
for Shimano Polska Bicycle Parts.

In May of this year W.P.I.P. acquired a contract
for the construction of a warehouse for Donauchem,
a company specializing in the distribution of chemical raw materials and semi-finished products. The outlet,
with an area of over 3,000 sqm, will be built in Rokietnica near Poznań. Donauchem, as we informed in PREM 459,
is preparing the construction of two more outlets. ■

Fokus Logistyka will build warehouse hall with area
of approx. 3,000 sqm in Olsztyn.
Fokus Logistyka
is planning the construction of a high storage warehouse hall on Sprzętowa Street in Olsztyn. The investor
is planning to build an outlet with an area of approx.
3,000 sqm to be used by a grocery products and general goods wholesale warehouse. ■

Farmona will build production complex in Wysoka
for over 8 mln PLN.
The Farmona Company, a producer of cosmetics, is conducting administrative preparations connected with plans for the construction of a factory
in Wysoka near Sucha Beskidzka (Małopolskie Voivodship). The enterprise will consist of the construction of a plant producing cosmetics using innovative technologies. The cost of the design is estimated at approx. 8.2 mln PLN. The company has obtained an EU subsidy for the investment. ■

GetMar will build factory with area of over 5,000 sqm near Rawa Mazowiecka for Herco. GetMar has signed
a contract for the general contractorship of a production complex of the Herco Company in Cielądz near Rawa Mazowiecka (Łódzkie Voivodship). The investment will be located on a 1.6-hectare lot and will include
the construction of an outlet with an area of 5,100 sqm.
The factory will produce machine nails. Works are planned to be completed on December 31 of this year. ■

Formtec will build styrophoam block production hall
in Sitno.
In late May of this year Formtec BP obtained environmental permits for the construction of a production hall in Sitno near Zbójno (Lubelskie Voivodship).
The enterprise will consist of the construction of an outlet with an area of 2,300 sqm where styrophoam blocks and boards will be produced. ■

Trade-Trans preparing development of warehouse base in Wólka Dobryńska. Trade Trans is at the stage
of administrative preparations for the development
of the Zaborze warehouse complex in Wólka Dobryńska (Lubelskie Voivodship). The investment will include
the construction of a warehouse base and the construction of reloading-storage terminals. BPK from Katowice
is taking part in the preparations. ■

Mifam will develop production complex on 1.6 hectares of land in Milanówek. Mifam, a producer of medical equipment, is conducting preparations for the development of the production complex on Królewska Street
in Milanówek (Mazowieckie Voivodship). The enterprise will be located on a lot with an area of over 1.6 hectares. Some of the existing buildings will be disassembled, while the remaining ones will be modernized and developed. ■

Bartosz preparing construction of production plant with area of approx. 2,000 sqm in Czarna Białostocka. The Bartosz Company has recently carried out administrative procedures connected with the construction of a production plant in Czarna Białostocka (Podlaskie Voivodship). Ventilation parts will be producted
in the hall, which will have an area of approx. 2,000 sqm. ■

Metalbet will build production hall with area of over 1,800 sqm near Jędrzejów. Metalbet Tarach is conducting administrative preparations connected with the construction of a production-warehouse hall in Miąsowa near Jędrzejów (Świętokrzyskie Voivodship). The investment will include the construction of an outlet with an area of over
1,800 sqm. It will produce water heaters. ■

Sunex will build production-warehouse hall with area of 1,800 sqm in Racibórz. Sunex, a producer of sun collectors, has obtained an environmental decision
for the construction of a hall on Piaskowa Street
in Racibórz (Śląskie Voivodship). The investor is planning to build an outlet with an area of 1,800 sqm, including 1,300 sqm which will be used for production and approx. 400 sqm as a store. ■

OFFICE BUILDINGS

Szamocka planning construction of office apartment complex with area of 26,000 sqm in Warsaw-Żoliborz. Szamocka, a company managed by Angela Garcia-Resurrección, is conducting activities leading to obtaining building permission for the construction of an office-apartment complex in Warsaw-Żoliborz. An office building (7,600 sqm) and an apartment complex (18,500 sqm)
will be built on an over 1.8-hectare lot at the junction
of Krasińskiego and Szamocka streets.
The commercialization of the investment, which will be realized according to a design prepared by Plus3Architekci, is being conducted by Greenfields Investments. ■

Inter-Mar preparing development by approx.
12,000 sqm of Synergia office center in Łódź.

The Synergia office center on Wólczańska Street in Łódź will be developed by 12,000 sqm. The investor, the Inter-Mar Company, has begun preparations for the realization of another enterprise. A part of the investment will be built on the basis of the revitalization of post-factory outlets. Inter-Mar is cooperating with Wilkocki Projekt and architect Tomasz Rymarek. ■

Pro-Art has prepared development concept of office complex in Wrocław. Maciej Konopka from Pro-Art
has prepared development assumptions of an office complex on Fabryczna Street in Wrocław. The investor
of the enterprise is Wojdyła Inwestycje. The works will include the modernization of the existing office center
with an area of 16,000 sqm and the addition of a new section. Preparations are currently at the stage
of considering environmental opinions at the magistrate
of Wrocław. ■

Skanska has sumitted bid for construcion of computer center in Krakow for 46.5 mln PLN. Sixteen bids have been submitted in a tender procedure announced by AGH in Krakow for the construction of a computer center
on Kawiory-Nawojki Street. The lowest bid, with a gross price of 46.5 mln PLN gross, was submitted by Skanska. Other companies taking part in the procedure are: Skobud (56.8 mln PLN), Karmar (51.8 mln PLN), Mostostal Warszawa-Wrobis (48.4 mln PLN), EB Mitex
(52.3 mln PLN), Budus (53.5 mln PLN), Warbud-Qumak Sekom (48.9 mln PLN), Pol Aqua (50 mln PLN), Instal Kraków-ZRB Murza (58.9 mln PLN), RE-Bau
(57.3 mln PLN), Mota-Engil (59.8 mln PLN), Budostal-2 (50.6 mln PLN), Budimex Dromex (52 mln PLN), Erbud (61.9 mln PLN), Polbau (59.6 mln PLN)
and Chemobudowa (51.8 mln PLN). Design documentation of the 4-story outlet with an area of 10,600 sqm and a cubature of 55,000 meters3 was prepared by APA Czech Dulińśki Wróbel workshop from Krakow. Commencement of construction works is planned for November of this year and they are planned to be completed in early
March 2012. ■

Polimex Mostostal will sign contract for construction
of
exhibition outlet with area of 6,700 sqm in Kielce. According to unofficial information obtained by PREM, Polimex Mostostal will sign a contract for the construction of an exhibition hall on Zakładowa Street. The outlet,
to be built for the Targi Kielce Company, will have an area of 6,700 sqm. It will be built on the basis of a design prepared by the BSP workshop from Bytom. The works
are planned to be completed on July 15, 2010. ■

Arge has entrusted Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex with construction of office building with area of 5,200 sqm.
It was announced last week that Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex will build an office building with an area
of 5,200 sqm in Krakow. Construction of the outlet
on Wielicka Street will be financed by Arge, a company specializing in the distribution of fuels. The contract,
worth 12 mln PLN net, will be completed within one year. ■

Industria Projekt has submitted most advantageous bid for designing reconstruction of Dworzec Wschodni in Warsaw. Fourteen bids have been submitted in a tender announced by PKP for the reconstruction of Dworzec Wschodni (Eastern Train Station) in Warsaw. The lowest bid, worth 904,000 PLN gross, was submitted by a consortium
of Industria Projekt with Prostal-PUP Inwestor. Other entities taking part in the tender are: Scott Wilson-Budomeks (1.64 mln PLN gross), Agencja Architektoniczna Centrum-Movares-TW Engineers
(2.42 mln PLN), PM Group (2.67 mln PLN), Perbo-Projekt (1.5 mln PLN), PP Metirum-Atram (947,900 PLN), Estudio Lamela (5.96 mln PLN), WS Atkins-MPP Architekci (1.86 mln PLN), Sudop Praha (1.45 mln PLN), KV Projekty Inżynieryjne i Architektoniczne
(1.81 mln PLN), BPAiB AiB (944,280 PLN), OCSC-Ozone (1.09 mln PLN), Sener-Kolprojekt (1.7 mln PLN) and Rail Projekt-GK Architekten (3.53 mln PLN). ■

Warbud, Karmar, Strabag among companies invited to submit offers for construction of Basics of Informatics Institute. Nine entities have been invited to submit bids in a tender for the general contractorship of the seat of the Basics
of Informatics Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) in Warsaw. There are: Strabag, Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex, Skanska, Warbud, Budimex-Dromex, PORR, Karmar-Bouygues, Mostostal Warszawa
and Unibep-Allcon.

Let us recall that the following entities also submitted applications for taking part in the tender: Polimex-Mostostal, Vectra-Pribo, ABM Solid-Resbud, Budizol, Mirbud, Cz.P.B.P. An outlet with an area of almost 400,000 PLN
and a cubature of 15,600 meters3 will be built on the basis of documentation prepared by Biuro Projektów Budownictwa Ogólnego from Warsaw, in the area of Jana Kazimierza and Ordona streets. Works
on the investment will take until the end of November 2011. ■

PWSiP in Łomża will build Institute of Food Technology for approx. 54 mln PLN. PWSiP (Public College of Computer Technologies and Entrepreneurship) in Łomża (Podlaskie Voivodship) has obtained a subsidy from EU funds for the construction of the Institute of Food Technology. The enterprise, worth almost 54 mln PLN, will be located on a lot with an area of 2.8 hectares
on Poznańska Street. The investment, the architectural concept of which was prepared by Jan Kabac's team, wiill consist of the building of the institute and a laboratory complex for 600 students. The works should be completed in 2013. ■

Institute of Hearing Physiology and Pathology
is seeking designer of outlet with area of 7,500 sqm.
Applications for taking part in an architectural contest
for preparing the development of the Institute of Hearing Physiology and Pathology in Kajetany near Warsaw
are being accepted until August 10. Preliminary plans assume the creation of a 3-story outlet with an area
of approx. 7,500 sqm, containing a complex of workshops, 4 operating rooms and hotel facilities. The deadline
for submitting works in the contest has been set
for 14 September of this year. The winner will be invited
to take part in single-source procurement negotiations
for preparing the detailed designs. ■

Bauren has submitted most advantageous bid
for designing UE educational complex in Wrocław.
Twenty-three bids have been submitted in a tender procedure announced by UE (University of Economics)
in Wrocław for designing the Continuing Education Center on Kamienna Street. The lowestbid, with a gross price
of 302,300 PLN gross, was submitted by the bauren Renke Piotr workshop from Rybnik. Other entities taking part

TOI Gradomski has won contest for concept of teaching outlet of Music Academy in Łódź. The Music Academy has chosen the concept suggested by TOI Janusz Gradmski in a contest for preparing architectural-construction assumptions of the Regional Center for Culture, Education and Music Documentation. The outlet will have an area
of approx. 4,000 sqm and will be built in Łódź
on 1-go Maja Street.

The Music Academy has also announced a tender
for the construction of a concert hall with an area of over 5,400 sqm on Żubardzka Street. Bids with a tender deposit of 700,000 PLN should be submitted by September 7.
The works are to be completed within 24 months.

Remex will extend school building in Hornówek
for
13 million PLN. The authorities of Izabelin commune (Mazowieckie Voivodship) have hired Mińsk Mazowiecki based company Remex to carry out, for 13 million PLN, the extension of a primary school in Hornówek. Architectural documentation of the extension
of the existing building with an area of 1,000 sqm
by another 3,200 sqm, has been prepared by Pracownia Projektowa A-Z. The investment, being supervised by Boti C.E.L., is to be finalized by the end of July 2010. ■

Sanitex will carry out, for 10 million PLN, extension
of Lublin Science and Technology Park.
Lubelskie Voivodship's Marshal's Office has announced that Sanitex has been ordered a contract worth 10 million PLN concerning the construction of two buildings with a total area of 2,100 sqm and cubature of 14,800 meters3.
The investment on Droga Męczenników Majdanka St. and B. Dobrzańskiego St. will be carried out for the purposes
of Lublin Science and Technology Park. Other participants of the tender were the consortium of Resbud-ABM Solid, Polimex-Mostostal and the consortium of Henpol-Interbud Lublin-PRS Wschód. Works on the buildings, designed by the Stelmach I Partnerzy office, are to be finalized
in the middle of September 2011. ■

Radom authorities seek contractor for two teaching buildings with area of 4,800 sqm. Until 6th August, Radom City Office (Mazowieckie Voivodship) will be collecting offers with a deposit of 350,000 PLN concerning the construction of a kindergarten (1,400 sqm) and
a teaching building (1,700 sqm) and sports hall (1,700 sqm) in the area of Primary School No. 18 on Ofiar Firleja Street. The works, based on the design by Radom based company BMP, are to be finalized by 31st July 2011. ■

PBO Piotr Flens offers to erect teaching building
in Koszalin for 8.4 million PLN..
Koszalin based Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Ogólnego I Usług Inwestycyjnych Piotr Flens has made the best offer
(8.42 million PLN net) for the construction of a building for the Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering
of Koszalin Technical University on Śniadeckich Street. The investment, the documentation of which has been prepared by Nadarzyn based office Pas Projekt Archistudio, will comprise the construction of a building with an area of 4,100 sqm and cubature of 21,600 meters3. The investment is to be finalized by 20th August 2010. Other participants of the tender were: Skanska
(9.12 million PLN), PB Kuncer (10.62 million PLN), Selfa (8.5 million PLN), consortium of Wrobis-Mostostal Warszawa (9.35 million PLN) and Koszalin based Przemysłówka (9.65 million PLN). ■

Artkon acquires contract worth 9.6 million PLN concerning construction of teaching building in Lublin. The authorities of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University
in Lublin have hired the local company Artkon to carry out finishing works in the Earth Sciences Institute building
on Kraśnicka Av. The 2-story building with cubature
of 18,500 meters3, the shell structure of which has already been erected, has been designed by Gdańsk based Biuro Projektów Budownictwa Komunalnego. The works are
to be finalized by 31st March 2011. ■

ZUT seeks architect for Bioimmobilization Center
with area of 2,100 sqm.
Until 5th August, Zachodniopomorski University of Technology will be collecting offers with a deposit of 250,000 PLN concerning the design and contractorship of the Center
for Bioimmobilization and Innovative Packaging Materials in Szczecin. The plans anticipate adaptation of 2 buildings with a total area of 2,100 sqm, situated in the area
of campus No. 2, at the junction of Wernyhory
and Janickiego streets. Works are to last until
15th December 2010. ■

Novbud will modernize NKJO headquarters
in Wrocław for 6.3 million PLN.
Wrocław based company Novbud has made the best offer (6.3 million PLN gross) in a tender, issued by the Dolnośląskie Voivodship's Marshall's Office, concerning the development of a design and modernization of the Teacher's College of Foreign Languages (NKJO) building in Wrocław. Works
in the building with an area of 1,600 sqm, situated
on Skarbowców Street, are to be finalized by the end
of August 2011. Other participants of the tender were: PBH Akop and BB Studio Architektoniczno-Budowlane Zremb, PB Inter-System and the consortium of Bem-Bud and Budomex. ■

HOUSING INVESTMENTS

SGI Baltis is planning construction of residential complex with area of 30,000 sqm in Łódź. SGI Baltis
is holding preparations for the construction of a complex with 470 flats with a usable area of approx. 30,000 sqm
on Św. Teresy St. in Łódź. No information regarding
a schedule of the investment is being released at this point. The investor is in legal conflict with the architect
of the complex (the company Forming),
which is demanding payment of 1.6 million PLN for their services. ■

In April 2010, CFE will begin construction of complex with 520 flats in Gdańsk. Works on the realization
of the 1st stage (135 flats) of the “Cztery Oceany” residential complex on Obrońców Wybrzeża Street
in Gdańsk-Oliwa are to begin next year in April.
The investor of the complex, which will have 520 flats in total, is Immomax. The design of the investment has been prepared by Pomorskie Biuro Projektów GEL. Commercialization of the complex is being managed
by the Emmerson agency. ■

SBM “Maślice” seeks architect for complex
with 250-300 flats.
Until 28th August, Wrocław based Spółdzielnia Budowlano-Mieszkaniowa “Maślice” housing cooperative will be collecting offers without deposit concerning the development of a design for a residential complex in the Maślice Miałe residential district. According to preliminary assumptions, the investment will comprise the construction of 5-7 multi-family buildings with approx. 50 flats each on a land plot with an area
of 4 hectares. The tender will be concluded
on 15th September. ■

Tobin Consulting and WYG International want
to design Ludwików residential complex in Bełchatów.
Two offers have been submitted in a tender issued
by the authorities of Bełchatów (Łódzkie Voivodship) concerning the design of “Ludwików” residential complex, planned in the area of Lipowa St., Ks. Kard. S. Wyszyńskiego Av., Ludwikowska St. and the western city border. The lower offer for realization of the task,
with the price of over 848,000 PLN gross, has been made by Tobin Consulting. The other participant of the tender is WYG International with the price of over 1.4 million PLN gross. Documentation is to be ready by the end of March 2010. Bełchatów has got a land plot with an area
of 86 hectares in the so-called Ludwików area, appropriated in the spatial development plan for housing development. ■

Oleksy&Polaczek prepares concept of residential complex on 2.7 hectares of land in Krakow. Representatives of the Oleksy&Polaczek architectural office have applied to Krakow City Office for establishing the influence on the environment for the construction
of a residential complex in the area of Telimeny, Bieżanowska and Imielna streets in the Podgórze district. The planned investment will include the construction
of residential buildings with an area of building development amounting to over 8,600 sqm,
with 450 parking spaces, on a land plot with an area
of 2.7 hectares. ■

TBS seeks contractor for multi-family building
with 87 flats in Koszalin.
Until 17th August,
the authorities of Koszalin based Social Building Association (TBS) will be collecting offers with a deposit of 200,000 PLN concerning the construction of a building with 87 flats at the Unii Europejskiej residential complex
in Koszalin (Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship). Documentation of the 5-story building with an area
of 8,300 sqm and cubature of 24,000 meters3 has been prepared by Szczecin based office Struktura. Completion of the contract is to take 15 months.

In the past few days it was announced that the tender regarding the construction of residential buildings
in Kamień Pomorski (Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship) had been concluded. The lowest offer for the construction of a complex with 35 flats, with the price
of 4.6 million PLN, has been made by the consortium established by ZRI-B Józef Spadło, Praefa and Skawa-Inwest. ■

Betpol will erect building with 56 flats in Wałcz. Social Building Association (TBS) in Wałcz (Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship) has chosen the offer by Betpol as the best in a tender for general contractorship
of a residential building on Zdobywców Wału Pomorskiego Av. Other participants of the tender were Pil-Building, Zakład Budowlany inż. Zbigniew Olejnik and Dombud. The cubature of the building with 56 flats will amount to 16,100 meters3, and the total area to 4,700 sqm (2,700 sqm of which will be usable area). The design
of the investment has been prepared by Spółdzielnia Obsługi Inwestycyjnej Dompil from Piła. Works
on the investment are to be finalized by 20th November
of next year. ■

Leg-Bud will erect building with 47 flats in Legionowo. Leg-Bud has begun earthworks on the construction
of a residential building in Legionowo near Warsaw (Mazowieckie Voivodship). According to the construction permit obtained this April, it is possible to erect a six-story building with 47 flats and underground garages. The works are to be finalized in 2010. ■

HOTELS AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTERS

Budizol will invest 75 million PLN in construction
of Holiday Inn hotel in Bydgoszcz.
In the past few days, work began again on the construction of a Holiday Inn
in the area of Bernardyńska and Grodzka streets
in Bydgoszcz. Wrocław based Budizol is going to erect
a building with 140 rooms with a usable area of 5,500 sqm. The 4-star hotel will be managed by Intercontinental.
The design of the investment has been prepared by Poznań based office CDF Architekci. The developer is applying
for co-financing of the investment from European Union funds. ■

Jordan agency in cooperation with Inter-Bud is building hotel with area of approx. 8,500 sqm in Krakow. Inter-Bud
is building a shell structure of a hotel with SPA facilities on Gęsia Street in Krakow. The investor is Jacek Legendziewicz, owner of the Jordan travel agency.
The architectural design has been prepared by Ryszard Armata. It anticipates the construction of an eight-story building with an area of approx. 8,500 sqm
with a swimming pool and SPA facilities
in the underground part. According to our unofficial sources, the investor is getting ready to sell a building belonging to one of the hotel chains. ■

Wektor Inwestycje will build hotel-recreation complex in Karpniki for approx. 25 million PLN. Gliwice based company Wektor Inwestycje has purchased the historical palace in Karpniki (Dolnośląskie Voivodship).
The investor is planning to modernize the buildings
for the purposes of a hotel and open a SPA center utilizing local geothermal springs. The cost of the investment
is estimated at 25 million PLN. According to schedule,
the works will take three years. ■

Amoeba preparing concept of hotel in Wrocław
for K&K Kośniewski.
In the middle of June, Amoeba architectural office, on behalf of K&K Kośniewski Development, submitted administrative applications
to the Wrocław municipality concerning plans
for development of a land plot of the former Piekarnia Mamut bakery. Let us recall that, according to the new concept, the company is planning to adapt historical buildings for the purposes of a hotel with approx.
82-110 rooms meeting four- or five-star standards,
with an area of approx. 5,500 sqm, having a conference-restaurant and SPA facilities (approx. 1,900 sqm).
The complex will also have 26 raised standards lofts. ■

K&B Development will build hotel with 99 beds near Trzebownisko. K&K Development is conducting administrative proceedings regarding plans
for the construction of a hotel in Nowa Wieś near Trzebownisko (Podkarpackie Voivodship). The investment will comprise the construction of a hotel with beds
for 99 guests and a parking lot for 55 vehicles. ■

Authorities of Brzeg commune planning to appropriate 30 million PLN for modernization of sports complex. Until 10th August, Brzeg City Office (Opolskie Voivodship) will be collecting offers with a deposit
of 254,000 PLN concerning the modernization
of the Regional Sports and Recreation Center on Sportowa Street. The design by Wrocław based office Arcorp anticipates the construction, on a land plot with an area
of 7.5 hectares, of three sports grounds, two stands
for spectators with a total area of 1,600 sqm, and three accompanying buildings (2,500 sqm). The investment worth approx. 7.2 million EUR (30 million PLN) is to be finalized by 30th June 2010. ■

Tiwwal-Holma consortium wants to modernize swimming pool in Bielsko-Biała for over 21.7 million PLN. Seven offers have been made in a tender issued by the Bielsko-Biała authorities concerning the modernization of a swimming pool on Startowa St. The lowest offer, with the price
of over 21.7 million PLN gross, has been made
by the consortium of Tiwwal-Holma. Other participants
of the tender are Bielskie Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Przemysłowego, PBO Śląsk, PBO Beskid Holding, EB Mitex, Hydrobielsk and Chemobudowa.

The investment is to comprise the demolition
of buildings on approx. 2.5 hectares of land and
the construction of a swimming pool (area of 1,000 sqm), recreation pool (1,500 sqm) and a wading pool. The center will serve over 2,000 people. The works are to be finalized by 31st May 2010. The design of the investment has been prepared by Czechowice based office Pro-Arch 2. ■

Martifer makes lowest offer for construction
of teaching-sports complex for AWF in Wrocław.
Three offers have been made in a tender issued by the Academy of Physical Education (AFW) in Wrocław concerning
the construction of a sports complex in the Pola Marsowe area. The best offer has been made by Martifer;
other participants of the tender are the consortia with Maxi-Star and Tanex. The offered prices have not been revealed.

The plans include the construction of a 3-story teaching building with an area of 3,100 sqm and cubature
of 19,400 meters3 and external sports grounds with a total area of approx. 36,000 sqm. Documentation
of the investment, being supervised by Miastoprojekt Wrocław, has been prepared by Janusz Blachowski's architectural office. The project is to be finalized in March 2011. ■

EB Mitex wants to build aqua park in Wołomin
for over 14.3 million PLN.
Five offers have been made
in a tender issued by the authorities of Wołomin (Mazowieckie Voivodship) concerning the construction
of the Regional Center for the Promotion of Tourism
and Recreation. The lowest offer, with the price
of over 14.3 million PLN gross, has been made by EB Mitex. Other participants of the tender are Vectra
(19.1 million PLN), Zambet (14.9 million PLN), Przemysłówka Olsztyn (16.9 million PLN) and Tiwwal (16.6 million PLN).

The investment is to comprise the construction
of a roofed swimming pool with a net area of 3,700 sqm and cubature of 19,400 meters3, with the main pool sized 25 x 16 m and seats for 200 spectators. The investment, designed by Autorska Pracownia Architektury CAD,
is to be finalized by 31st March 2011. ■

Budimex, Dorbud, Vectra and Budexpol among bidders invited to tender for extension of Cultural Center in Sierpc. Eight companies have been invited to submit offers
in a tender issued by the authorities of Sierpc (Mazowieckie Voivodship) regarding the modernization and extension of the Cultural Center. The companies admitted to submit offers with a deposit of 300,000 PLN are Budimex Dromex, IBP, WPB, Dorbud, Budrox, Vectra and Budexpol. Eko-Hurt, Karmar and FRB Lipowski have been excluded from the tender.

The contract concerns repair works in the existing
2-story building with an area of 1,500 sqm and construction of a new wing with an area of 2,000 sqm.
The works are to be finalized by 25th June 2010. ■

Warbud offers to build Centrum Haffnera
for 14 million PLN.
Warbud has offered to carry out finishing works in the Centrum Haffnera buildings in Sopot (Pomorskie Voivodship) for 14 million PLN. Their main rival for the contract was Megaron. The investment
is being carried out in the private-public partnership system by the authorities of Sopot and the company NDI. ■

Adamietz will build Water Recreation Center
in Strzelce Opolskie for 14 mill
ion PLN. Adamietz has made an offer for the construction of the Center for Water Recreation and Sports in Strzelce Opolskie for 14 million PLN. Other candidates for the contract are ABM Solid and PB Zur. The investment, the concept of which has been prepared by K&P Consulting, will be situated on a land plot with an area of 8 hectares and will be carried out
in four stages. The first stage will comprise
the construction of a roofed swimming pool with the main pool sized 25 x 16 m. ■

Redan-Metropolis wants to design Museum of Fortifications and Weapons in Zamość for over 1.1 million PLN. Three offers have been submitted in a tender issued
by the Zamość authorities concerning the development
of a design for the Museum of Fortifications and Weapons. The lowest offer, with the price of 1.15 million PLN gross, has been made by the consortium of Szczecin based offices Redan and Metropolis. Other participants of the tender
are Arkona Kraków (1.53 million PLN) and the consortium of Lege Artis-Jan Burmas from Zamość
(1.17 million PLN).

The cost of the investment, co-financed by the UE,
will amount to approx. 30 million PLN. The works
will comprise construction of the exhibition area in Bastion III and a museum building with an area of approx.
1,000 sqm. The concept of the investment has been prepared by a team from Krakow Technical University, under the direction of Zbigniew Myczkowski. According to schedule, the documentation is to be ready
by 30th December of this year, and the construction works should begin in the 1st quarter of 2010 and end
in the beginning of 2012. ■

Archeology and History Museum in Elbląg will modernize complex with area of 5,000 sqm for approx. 30 million PLN. Archeology and History Museum in Elbląg is holding administrative preparations concerning plans
for the modernization of buildings belonging
to the complex on Bulwar Zygmunta Augusta Street.
An opinion regarding the investment's influence
on the environment is currently being prepared. The report has been prepared by the company Ekosystem.
The investment, the value of which in the 1st stage
is estimated at nearly 30 million PLN, will include modernization of the two main museum buildings,
with a total area of approx. 5,000 sqm. ■

Sopot authorities seek contractor of marina
for 80 million PLN.
The authorities of Sopot have issued
a tender with a deposit of 2.7 million PLN and deadline
for submitting offers falling on 31st August concerning
the construction of a marina at the Sopot Pier, along
with a cubature building. The investment will comprise
the construction of a harbor for 100 yachts and a building with a restaurant, sanitary facilities, ticket office
and background premises. The works are to be finalized
by 30th April 2011. The design of the investment has been prepared by the konsortium PP Małgorzata Kruszko-Szotyńska and Budmors Consulting. The cost
of the investment is estimated at 80 million PLN. ■

PSROUU seeks substitute investor for construction
of rehabilitation complex i
n Olsztyn for 17 million PLN. Polish Association for Mentally Disabled (PSROUU) has been granted a subsidy from EU funds for the construction of a Rehabilitation and Support Center in Olsztyn (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship), worth 17 million PLN. The organization has issued a tender with a deadline for submitting offers falling on 6th August and a deposit
of 10,000 PLN concerning the role of contract engineer. ■

CLO in Siemianowice Śląskie seeks architect
for building with area of 5,500 sqm.
Until 12th August, Burns Treatment Center (CLO) will be collecting offers with a deposit of 60,000 PLN concerning the development of a design and the author's supervision over
the construction of a hospital building in Siemianowice Śląskie. Development of documentation of the building with an area of 5,500 sqm and cubature of 21,000 meters3, based on the functional program by Myszków based PP “Architekt”, is to take 3.5 months. ■

Dombud will modernize hospital in Biała Podlaska
for 9.5 million PLN.
Management of the Voivodship Specialist Hospital (WSS) on Terebelska St. in Biała Podlaska (Lubelskie Voivodship) has hired the local company Dombud to carry out modernization of a medical center with an area of 6,500 sqm. The contract,
worth 9.5 million PLN net, is to be completed by the end
of October 2011. Other candidates for the contract were Instalprojekt Holding, Wamaco, Budomex and Bialbud. ■

Erbet will build Galician Town in Nowy Sącz
for 9 million PLN.
Management of the District Museum
in Nowy Sącz (Małopolskie Voivodship) has hired
the consortium of Erbet and ZB Szarek to build,
for 9 million PLN gross, the “Galician Town” (Miasteczko Galicyjskie) in the area of Lwowska Street.
The other participant of the tender was the consortium
of companies Grimbud, Zakład Usług Malarsko-Drogowych A. Sarata and Eko-Rem-Bud. The contract concerns the reconstruction of 14 buildings with a total area of 1,600 sqm, representing 19th century small town Galician architecture. The works, based on the design by Inwestbud from Nowy Sącz, are to be completed
by the end of June 2010. ■

Szubin authorities seek architect for roofed swimming pool with area of 2,000 sqm. Until 5th August, Szubin City Office (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship)
will be collecting offers for the development of a design
of a roofed swimming pool on Browarna St. The design
of the 3-story building with an area of approx. 2,000 sqm, with two pools, is to be ready by the end of June 2010. ■

Uniejów authorities seek contractor for museum complex. Until 17th August, the authorities of the Uniejów commune (Łódzkie Voivodship) will be collecting offers with a deposit of 120,000 PLN concerning the construction of a museum-lodging complex named “Zagroda Młynarska”, constituting a part of the Termy Uniejów (Uniejów Thermal Springs) project. The plans anticipate the revitalization of 6 historical buildings and construction of an office building (1,000 sqm), situated on a land plot with an area of 2.3 hectares in the vicinity of Voivodship Road No. 72. Architecture Maria Godlewska will receive 565,000 PLN
for designing Lubartów Center for European Culture.

The authorities of Lubartów (Lubelskie Voivodship) have hired Architect Maria Godlewska's office from Pantin (Francja) to prepare design documentation for the seat
of the Lubartów Center for European Culture
on Popiełuszki Street. The contract is the result
of negotiations conducted with the winners of last year's architectural contest for the development of the Center's concept. Talks were also conducted with Janusz Pachowski's office, which offered the price
of 615,000 PLN. The city authorities are planning
to appropriate approx. 12.5 million PLN
for the construction of the building with an area of approx. 2,900 sqm. ■

Consortium of Wimar-Agapp will extend medical center in Drezdenko for 9 million PLN. Management
of SPZOZ in Drezdenko (Lubuskie Voivodship) has hired the consortium established by Wimar and Zakład Ogólnobudowlany Agapp to build a 3-story building connecting the existing hospital buildings on Piłsudskiego St. The building with an area of 2,500 sqm, designed
by the Wandachowicz-Kashyna office, is to be built
by 30th October 2010. The investment is being supervised by Przedsiębiorstwo Obsługi Inwestycji from Stargard Szczeciński. ■

OW Łokietek preparing construction of recreation-sports hall on approx. 1 hectare of land in Borowice. Ośrodek Wczasowy Łokietek recreation center has begun administrative proceedings regarding the planned construction of a sports-recreation hall in the area
of the recreation complex in Borowice near Karpacz (Dolnośląskie Voivodship). The investment will comprise the construction of a building with an area of building development of up to 10,000 sqm. ■

INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENTS

Consortium of Mota Engil-Strabag will extend road No. 8 between Jeżewo and Białystok for 675 million PLN.
Last week it was announced that the consortium
in which 51% of shares belong to Mota Engil, and the rest to Strabag, had signed a contract for the design and extension of a 7 km long section of National Road No. 8 between Jeżewo and Białystok, so that it meets
the parameters of an expressway. Completion
of the contract is to take 3 years. ■

Białystok authorities seek contractor for modernization of National Road No. 8 for over 170 million PLN.
The authorities of Białystok have issued a tender
with a deadline for submitting offers falling on 25th August, concerning the modernization of National Road No. 8 (DK 8). The investment, the cost of which will amount to over 170 million PLN net, is going to comprise modernization of an approx. 3.4 km of the route within the city borders. The works are to be finalized by 15th December 2010. ■

of a ring road for Pabianice (Łódzkie Voivodship) have been submitted by: Dragados, Budimex-Dromex, AB Kauno Tiltali, Impres Cavalleri Ottavio, Bilfinger Berger, Skanska, PBG-Aprivia, Erbedim-Mosty Łódź-Johan Bunte, Mostostal Warszawa, Alpine Bau-ABM Solid, MSF Polska-Energopol Szczecin, SRB Civil Engineering, Hermann Kirchner, Polimex Mostostal, Eurovia-Warbud and Mota Engil-Mirbud.

The planned route will constitute a part of National Road No. 14 and S14 between Ksawerów and Dobroń and will be 15 km long. Works on the investment are to be finalized by 30th November 2011. ■

WYG International will receive 984,000 PLN for designing modernization of voivodship road No. 713. Voivodship Roads Management in Łódź has hired the consortium
of WYG International and WYG Engineering Limited
to develop a design for modernization of Voivodship Road No. 713 (DW 713) in Tomaszów Mazowiecki.
The contract is to be carried out by 31st May 2010.
Other participants of the tender were EKKOM
(with the price of 1.16 million PLN) and the Klotoida office (1.53 million PLN). ■

Wolbórz commune authorities seek contractor
for sewage system works worth 26 million PLN.

Until 28th August, Wolbórz Commune Office (Łódzkie Voivodship) will be collecting offers with a deposit
of 300,000 PLN regarding the construction of sewage system works in 16 towns in the area of the commune.
The investment will comprise the construction of 77 km
of sewage system, 49 intermediate pumping stations,
1280 connections and a sewage treatment plant
with a capacity of 420 meters3/day. The contract,
worth approx. 26 million PLN net, is to be carried out
by 30th November 2012. ■

APIA XXI will prepare, for 960,000 PLN, design for modernization of Żmigrodzka streets in Wrocław.
The management of Wrocławskie Inwestycje Company have hired the consortium of companies APIA XXI
to prepare a design for the so-called “Łącznik Żmigrodzki” (Żmigrodzki connection) - modernization of Żmigrodzka and Sułowska streets in Wrocław. The 1 km long section
is to connect the Wrocław Motorway Ring Road
with the internal ring road. Other participants of the tender were Biuro Projektów Budownictwa Komunalnego
in Bydgoszcz and BBKS-Projekt. ■

PZDW seeks architect and contractor for 5 km long ring road for Grębów. Until 25th August, Podkarpacki Voivodship Roads Management (PZDW) will be collecting offers with a deposit of 426,000 PLN concerning
the development of a design and construction of a 5 km long ring road for Grębów, in the course of National Road No. 871. Works for the contract are to be finalized
by 30th October 2011. ■

ZMID seeks contractor for construction of connection between 17 Stycznia and Cybernetyki streets in Warsaw. City Road Investments Management (ZMID) in Warsaw has issued a tender for construction works in the realization of a road connection between 17 Stycznia and Cybernetyki streets. Offers, with a deposit of 1 million PLN,
will be collected until 12th August. Completion
of the contract is to take 18 months. ■

PZDW seeks contractor for modernization of Voivodship Road No. 884 between Przemyśl and Domaradz.
Until 10th August, Podkarpacki Voivodship Roads Management (PZDW) will be collecting offers
with a deposit of approx. 970,000 PLN concerning
the modernization of Voivodship Road No. 884 (DW 884). The investment, the realization of which is to last until
the end of October 2011, will comprise the modernization of 64 km of the road between Przemyśl and Domaradz. ■

Solec-Zdrój commune authorities seek contractor
for sewage system.
11th August is the deadline
for submitting offers with a deposit of 800,000 PLN concerning the modernization of the water supply and sewage system in the Solec-Zdrój and Pacanów communes. The contract will comprise the construction of 77.1 km
of gravitational sewage system, 14.7 km of pressure sewage system, 22 intermediate sewage pumping stations and two sewage treatment plants in Świniary and Wełnin. The investment is to be finalized by 31st October 2012. ■

VARIOUS NEWS

PKP will spend 22 mln PLN on renovating Central Train Station in Warsaw. PKP (Polish Public Railways) will spend 22 mln PLN on renovating Dworzec Centralny (Central Train Station) in Warsaw before the Euro 2012 championships. The renovation will include platforms
and hallways and a food court. PKP is delaying the final reconstruction of Dworzec Centralny until the period
2014-1018. An international architectural contest,
which will be announced soon, will decide whether
the building will be disassembled or only modernized. ■
