Row 15(17, 19): Now working in rows, ch 7, sc in 2nd ch from hook, [ch 1, sk next ch, sc in nc.\t ch] twice, ch I, sk next ch, sc in same st as joining sl st on last rnd, [ch 1, sk next st, sc in next stj 11 [13,15] times, ch 1, sk next st, sc in sl st, working on oppositc side of chs,

[ch 1, sk next ch, sc in next ch] 3 times, turn.
