* Depress the rctractable knob O •
The knob retracts out.
* Tum Ihe knob (to the left to reduce the bass; tu Ihe ńght lo increase the bass).
* Depress the kitob to return it to its relrao ted position.
* Depress Ihe retractable krob 0,
The knob retracts out.
* Puli the knob out further,
* Turn ihe knob (lo the lett to reduoe the treble; lo the right to increase the treble).
* Depress the knob to return it to ita relrao-tcd posi&on,
Turni ng the radio on will automatically se-lect the waveband previously tuned, A dlf-ferent waveband can be selected using the [JML] © key.
Depress Ihe [UMLJ key repeatedly until the desired waveband is selected.
Depressing the key oncefrom the VHF waveband (Very High Frequency) will se-lect the MW waveband (Medium Wave), Depressing the key again will sclect the LW waveband (Long Wave). Depressing the [UML] key again will switch fcaok to ihe VHF waweband again.
The wavcband currently selected is shown on the display ("D1", ¥M"or"L").
