The reader should bc able to tat at a beginner level, including mak-ing the tatting Double Stitch, or DS, rings, chains, picots, and basie join tochnigues, as well as hiding the thread ends.
Beginning level pattems are the first pattems in this book pp 3 - 7.
Many of the patterns require morę advanced skills; split rings, and zig /ag chains.
