For three days in September every year, thousands gather in Milwaukee. USA. to celebrate Indian cułture. Last year, I was lucky enough to attend the festival and experience it tor mysełf.
Dance teams from all over the country practise to compete in the tribal Pow Wow dance contest. Indian craftsmen work to produce the many łradrtional items on display. Then. in the week befbre the testival, the stails are put up and the food is prepared. so that everything will be ready for the big day.
I vłsited a traditional Indian village, watched skilled craftsmen carve totem poles, and even leamed how to do tribal Indian dancing. It was also a great opportupfty to sample some traditional natiye dishes. like com bread and buffelo burgers.
It was a wonderful way to leam about Native American culture and celebrate the end of eummer.

The last time I went to Winterfest, I had a great time. I had a delicious Pancake Breakfast with the Winterfest Mascots. I watched beautiful and humorous scenes being created in the Family Snów Sculpture Contest My brother and I even took part in the Snowman Building Contest Unfórtunately. we didn't win. Hamilton Winterfest is entertaining and a lot of fun. It isa great opportunity to spend time with the family and the best way ever to beat those mid-winter blues.
