Wheii making ccccntric sliapcs, you arc going to move the center of thc shapc to one sidc. Start by rolling your p.iper strip into a loosc roli, then place your roli in the desired size circle on your design board or a circle template. Take a straight pin and, placing it in thc center hole of your loosc roli, draw the paper to one side of the roli and insert the pin in the ln>ard. Now. glue the “bunched up" paper so the roli will hołd its new otf-center shapc. After thc glue is dry, you can shapc your eecentric circle into any rolled quilling shape.

To make a spiral, take your thumb and press one end of your paper strip against thc lip of thc needle of your tool. Kecping the strip at an auglc and the tension cvcn, twist the pajn-r up the needle between your thumb and indos finger. Kee|> twist i ng the paper nntil the desired length bas bccn achicved. The strip should roli off thc end ol your tool in a spiral.
