Fold 10 inch doiły in half.
Turn into cone and secure with 2 sldeded tape or glue. Thread about 2 feet of thread on a needle Sew loosely around the cone hole.
Fold over chenille plpe cleaner and push gently through cone hole.
Push wooden bead on the plpe cleaner until a smali bit comes out the top.
Bead size - about 3/4 Painting the whole bead is your choice.
Remember doli eyes are Just below the center of the bead. Use the end of a paint brush dlpped In puddle of paint, dot on.
Brlng needle back through tht gathering at tht neck.
Wrap thread around a few times and knot to tali thread.
Sew up second half and gently gather
Ir U your choke.
Trim thread and push Into neck area wfth a dot of glue.
Tle a pretty rlbbon around the glued area and make a bow.
