Aliora, luego, and todavia are single words. Anteayer is a compound of two adverbs, antes and ayer. Notę that, unlike in English, the adverb todavla does not come between the auxiliary verb and the participle in the compound tenses (he terminado). Compound tenses cannot be sepa-rated in Spanish.
